16 East Beach Lagoon è la tua classica casa fronte mare Sea Pines. Questa casa con sei camere da letto, cinque e mezza camera da letto si trova direttamente sull'oceano e anche a pochi passi dal Sea Pines Beach Club, recentemente ricostruito.

Questa casa ha una splendida piscina con vista sull'oceano e centro benessere con ampi posti a sedere per l'equipaggio. La piscina e il centro benessere possono essere riscaldati stagionalmente a un costo aggiuntivo, si prega di chiamare il nostro ufficio in anticipo per pianificare. Godetevi il grill a gas e fate un pasto all'aperto mentre intrattenete il vostro gruppo con gli spruzzi in piscina!

1 ° piano:

Quando entri in casa, sei accolto da una grande e aperta zona giorno con TV a schermo piatto. Appena fuori dalla zona giorno è un posto perfetto salotto con posti a sedere supplementari. C'è una stanza di polvere situata nelle vicinanze.

Accanto alla zona giorno è uno dei migliori vantaggi della casa, la cucina GORGEOUS aggiornato gourmet! Questa cucina vorrà mangiare ogni pasto in casa. È davvero il sogno di uno chef. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere per l'intero gruppo appena fuori dalla zona cucina.

La prima suite principale si trova di fronte all'oceano al primo livello e ha accesso diretto alla zona della terrazza della piscina. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un televisore a schermo piatto e ampio armadio walk-in. Ha anche una piccola area salotto nella camera da letto. Il bagno padronale privato dispone di doppio lavabo, ampia vasca da bagno e cabina doccia separata.

Proprio di fronte al corridoio c'è la camera da letto numero due che ha un letto matrimoniale e un televisore a schermo piatto. Questa camera da letto ha un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e cabina doccia.

La terza camera dispone di due gemelli ed è più vicina alla zona cucina. Ha una televisione a schermo piatto e bagno privato con una combinazione doccia / vasca.

2 ° piano:

La seconda suite principale si trova al secondo piano. È dotato di un letto king size, vista sull'oceano e di una zona salotto con un televisore a schermo piatto. Ha accesso diretto ad un balcone al secondo piano. Il bagno aggiornato è appena fuori dalla camera da letto con doppio lavabo e ampia cabina doccia. Questo bagno è condiviso con la camera doppia.

La quinta camera ha due letti singoli e un televisore a schermo piatto. Ha accesso diretto allo stesso bagno condiviso con la camera da letto del re sopra.

La finale, sesta camera da letto è una camera da letto fronte oceano con un letto matrimoniale e una piccola area salotto. Ha un televisore a schermo piatto e l'accesso al balcone di fronte all'oceano al secondo piano. Ha un bagno privato con cabina doccia.

C'è una tana aperta al secondo livello che ha un divano letto per ulteriori sistemazioni.

Another great week on Hilton Head Island!!

This was our 2nd stay in the home - it never disappoints. It's got the best pool deck in Sea Pines - large pool and short boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen is large with plenty of space to cook family meals or simply graze on snacks. Looking forward to next year!

A Beautiful Place for a Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was the hottest week of summer, but this property had a wonderful pool. It saved our vacation!! The house was great and we had plenty of room. We were able to put a crib in the Master closet and pack and play in the master bath and a crib and a pack and play in the room with twin beds. The rest of us slept in king size beds! One wonderful surprise was a mini fridge and ice maker at the bar! The location of this house gave us a beach that was not crowded, and when we had a breeze, we were able to put our Shibumi right where we wanted it to go. One morning we found a lost sea turtle in the sand dunes and were able to take it in a bucket to the beach where we all cheered it on into the ocean. The house came with 10 beach towels which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay there!

The first 18 hours were a nightmare because the houses needs some TLC. The patio door was broke and quickly bounced back when we tried to open it pinching our 3 yr old granddaughters fingers. The refrigerator freezer door wouldn't close properly. A toilet over flowed the first time it was flushed because cleaners flushed bars of soap. The property management team was very responsive and quickly fixed everything. The rest of our stay was great. We loved the size and layout of the house for our family gathering and the location was great for beach, golf, restaurants and shopping. It is a bit expensive for the condition of the property, it definitely needs some updating.

Overview of stay.

This property was misrepresented in innumerable ways. The parking lot was grossly inadequate, advertised for 6 but afforded 3. Ingress and Egress was quite cumbersome and dangerous. Upon entry, there was a very strong gas smell inside and outside the house. After an extensive search, we found that the propane tank was open along with a burner on the outside grill. Which created an obvious hazard. The pool was not functioning properly until Monday. The sand shower from the beach was not working properly and never repaired even after observed by coastal staff. Closet door in one bedroom was falling off hinges, Towel rack upstairs was not secured. Kitchen sink faucet would not retract. Stove light was not working properly. Stove top burners functioned poorly. There was mold on the ceiling upstairs in the hall. Upstairs smelled of mildew. There were huge wasps nests on the upstairs porch so it could not be used. There was an obvious past leak in the ceiling above one of the couches. This list could go on and on. In conclusion, we believe that a partial refund would be appropriate due to the substantial misrepresentation and the safety and health hazards and endless inconveniences of not being able to fully use this property as advertised. Finally, as you are aware misrepresentation of amenities and services, failure to disclose known hazards and defects and failure to maintain habitable rentals are serious violations of the SC rental statues. Please respond.

The lay out of the house was perfect for all 14 of us. The staff was very professional when a TV didn't work. They replaced it that day! My only issue was walking the distant to the beach. It is not easy for older people with bad knees. We would also recommend adding another outdoor trash can. Ours became full very quickly and we had to deal with racoons getting into them. We definitely will be back!

Since it is three generations together for the week everyone loves how close the beach is. Also love having a pool & outside cooking. All enjoy riding bikes. So much you can do so never are board. We saw a sunset one evening that was unbelievable.

Perfect family get away

The house was perfect for a family get away. The Kitchen was great for a large group. The property managers were very responsive and helpful. The check in and check out was seamless. Thanks so much for a stress free stay.
