Beauty and the Beach - Updated Condo that shows like a model unit. Bedroom has King Bed with Tempurpedic mattress and barn doors for privacy. Queen sleeper sofa. Hallway bunks have 5” memory foam mattresses with 1” gel top. (recommended for kids under 12) Pocket door conveniently separates bedroom and bunks from living room.

Bathroom has spa like walk-in shower with rain head and hand held wand and glass barn style shower door. Kitchen features coastal blue cabinetry, quartz countertop and full size stainless steel appliances.

Living room has 55” Samsung smart TV and bedroom has 32” Samsung Smart TV. Expandable dining room table seats four. Balcony has two seater bar height table. In addition to dinnerware and glassware for eight, kitchen is stocked with Rachel Ray pots and pans, barware, serving dishes, Keurig, blender, mixer, toaster, ample kitchen utensils and gadgets. Iron, ironing board and blow dryer, too. Absolutely no smoking in condo or on balcony.

BEACH GEAR: 2 Chairs, Umbrella and Cooler are provided. We ask that guests take excellent care of these items so the next ones can enjoy them.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps,(2 pods each) Kitchen Towels, 1 Paper Towel Roll, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Starter sets of Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-NO E-BIKES: are allowed passed the Security Gate. There is a Rack in Main Lot for them to be locked into.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
