Updated Three-Bedroom Townhome with Private Balcony, Steps from the Beach!

Welcome to your perfect beach retreat! This beautifully updated townhome offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the convenience of wireless internet.

On the main level, enjoy a spacious living and dining area that opens to a large deck overlooking the courtyard. The deck features a gas grill and patio, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day of golf or beach fun. Take advantage of the two on-site swimming pools for added relaxation.

The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous breakfast bar.

Upstairs, two reconfigured bathrooms provide maximum space and luxury with updated tiles, vanities, fixtures, and showers. The second-floor includes a bedroom with a king bed and another with two twin beds.

The master suite on the third floor offers a king bed, a private bath, and a secluded covered balcony with seating for two, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee in peace.

Seascape Villas feature a serene, sub-tropical ambiance with two saltwater pools, walking trails, and scenic lagoons connected by charming bridges. Exclusive to Seascape owners and guests is a private Beach Cabana with outdoor showers and separate men’s and women’s restrooms. Experience the best of beachside living at this inviting townhome!

Ants

Shortly after we arrived there were ants all over the kitchen. We left a message with the management company after hours, and our call was returned several hours after they opened the following day. They said they would reach out to the pest control company and send someone out to spray, but that never happened. We had to put all the food in the microwave and oven to keep the ants out of all opened food. Less than ideal

Room for improvement

The rental was not cleaned before we arrived. We cleaned it before housekeeping services could make it back to us. The property managers were helpful in the process and apologetic. The hot water for the house would not last through two showers, so for the full household of 6 there were quite a few cold showers. The house is well stocked in all your kitchen and beach needs with a great wagon to help lug your items to the beach. The pool was close to the rental and with two pools at the complex it never felt too crowded. Overall, it’s a nice condo, close to Coligny, but a little ways from the beach with access to a bathroom at the beach.

Great Beach condo, good location, loved the view from the porch- lagoon and alligator

Very clean and pretty decor. Proximity to beach and Coligny were the best selling points. I did love the back patio lagoon view.

Great condo and very well stocked. A ton of little extras that made it a great place. A little further from the beach than expected, but a rolling beach cart worked well.

A week at the Seascape, HHI

Due to COVID the condo units were not full. The reception staff was adequate and helpful. The unit was clean & comfortable. It was well stocked with supplies. Our unit had 3 floors. The kitchen appliances were old. The dishwasher door was cracked at the top and the lower rack had no rollers,. It just fell out the oven on to oven door. We didn’t use it. The outside finish of the appliances has been touch-up painted, which was obvious. When we arrived we could not open the front door. It was impossible to open. I tried butting the door with my shoulder/upper arm and bruised my upper arm. We called the front desk and reported the problem. A maintenance tech came by and sprayed the metal facings with a lubricant which helped a couple of days,. Toward the end of the week it was apparent that someone had fixed the door while we out. WHEW. We had a bit of an unpleasant door problem, but we had a good vacation. JM
