Direct OCEANFRONT Updated Six Bedroom Sea Pines Home w/ Private Pool & Spa!

Welcome to 24 Sandhill Crane – a stunning oceanfront six bedroom, six and half bathroom home that can host a group of up to 19 guests.

**Please note there is a new home being constructed next door starting in late April 2025. Structural work is anticipated to last 5-6 months with final completion anticipated within 18 months. **

The outdoor area is simply the best! Outdoor dining table available, a private pool & spa, gas grill, flat screen TV, plenty of seating and oceanfront views! The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally only + for an additional fee

1st Floor:
Bedroom one has a king bed, flat screen TV, oceanfront view + access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and is accessible through the bedroom (and living area).

Bedroom two has two queen beds, flat screen TV, oceanfront view + access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom three has two double beds, flat screen TV + a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The ocean view downstairs living room, large flat screen TV, mini-bar area with a wine fridge + ice maker. The laundry room has a washer and dryer + a second fridge.

2nd Floor:
The second living area has a large flat screen TV with access to the oceanfront balcony with outdoor dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances + has a breakfast table. The powder room + formal dining area just around the corner can seat up to eight guests.

The primary bedroom sits direct oceanfront with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private master bath has a walk-in shower + separate soaking tub.

At the end of the hallway, you have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the bathroom for the bunk/twin bedroom located upstairs on the third floor.

3rd Floor:
A bedroom with two twin beds & a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) + flat screen TV. The bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor.

Detached Bedroom: The newly added bedroom is located detached from the main home accessible via an exterior covered breezeway. This bedroom has one queen bed, flat screen TV, small sitting area, mini-fridge + an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 5: Pyramid Bunk + Two Twin Beds (3rd Floor, Flat Screen TV, Bathroom Access at Bottom of Stairs)

• Bedroom 6 (Detached From Main Home): Queen (Flat Screen TV, Small Sitting Area, Mini-Fridge, Private Bath)

*Additional Information*

• Distance to Beach: Oceanfront

• Pool/Spa Info: The pool is 28’x15’. The pool and spa can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. If interested in adding heat, let us know at least two weeks in advance.

• Elevator: There are a couple of steps to access the elevator and it will take you from the first floor to the second floor only of the main home.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is limited to four cars max (not all can be large SUVs). Each car pass is an additional $17/pass/week + tax. The garage is not available for guest use.

• No weddings or events of any kind permitted. The firepit is not available for guest use.

If you’re looking for a beautiful property right on the beach, that can accommodate numerous family members, this home is for you! We booked it for an extended-family vacation and it was perfect! The pool is beautiful and large enough for everyone. There is an adjacent covered porch with fans so that even those who aren’t swimming can still be part of the action. My only negative feedback, which has nothing to do with the actual house, is that Forest beach may be a better location for those who want shopping and dining within walking distance. We have stayed on Dune Lane several times in the past and some people commented that they preferred that location, with Coligny a short walk or bike ride away. Also, we had 3 cars, only one SUV, and the driveway couldn’t accommodate side by side parking so we were constantly having to move a car to let someone out. Overall, though, it was a great vacation and a stunning house and location. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Incredible property and location!

Wow! So many superlatives for this home! The kitchen was fully, I mean FULLY equipped with whatever pot/pan/utensil/cooker you can think of. The rooms were large, beds were comfortable, and the location was spectacular. The balcony looking out onto the water was our favorite location, from morning coffee to evening dinners. Extremely quick responses from Coastal Home property management, to minor questions. We paid to have the pool and spa heated -- a great treat for swims in late October. Bike rental and chair rental from ValKLife was convenient and really helpful (direct delivery and pick up). Highly recommend this house and Coastal Home!

Beautiful beachfront home

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our extended family. Loved the separate living spaces and two separate porches. No one was on top of each other. The interior was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. I would easily recommend this home. Our only issue was parking but that is not unusual in Hilton Head.

Perfect extended family week!

This was our first time to Hilton head. It was a perfect getaway with my 3 children and spouses and 3 grandchildren ages 6,7 and 20 months. The outside area at ,pool level is covered and great to escape the sun and still be part of the sun. The pool was heated perfectly and great for evening swims. The grill is top of the line and well maintained. We are a cooking family so all meals were planned and executed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large, the beds all comfortable bathrooms clean and placed well. Views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. The beach is amazing. We rented the beach chairs and umbrellas which is a must. We rented bikes but did find there were 2 bikes in the garage for use. There is also a kayak in the garage that we did not use. It was a perfect trip and a great house. We sill definately return to Hilton Head next year.

Beach

This beautiful beach home is suffering from neglect. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken and also in the main room in lower level, the handrail is loose on the staircase, there is water leak stain in the ceiling, the pool area has low spots that caused tripping. One bedroom didn't have air conditioning and a box fan was left in the closet for use. The railing outside needs to be painted and furnishings are in need of updating, considering we paid premium pricing, we expected a pristine property. The location is perfect, the grounds are lovely, and our family had a wonderful time, but the interior left a lot to be desired.

Amazing house and great area

We had a wonderful time and for a family of 5-7 we all had privacy if needed! We loved being right on the beach and the breeze was so nice during the day. We were not big pool users but it is nice to have there to lay around and put our feet in. Beds comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated. Wish we could have left extra dishsoap, laundry supplies for the next folks but discouraged. Very clean ! Wifi good - we could stream our church service easily and 2 people had zoom work calls. We may be back! Enjoy all!

Beautiful, functional home with lovely and comfortable furnishings. The home was supplied with nice linens and excellent kitchen inventory. We loved the covered patio and easy access to the beach.

Outdoor beach life!

Wonderful property, inside and out! The outdoor area was fabulous! We ate most of our meals outside, enjoyed the heated pool, and easy, close proximity to the beach via the private boardwalk. Coastal Home and Villa was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay and prompt in seeing about getting the pool heated when the heat had accidentally been turned off prior to our arrival. We have booked this property again for next year!
