Beautiful House on the water

Visited 21 Horvaths for a bachelorette party. We had 14 girls in their 30s, and this was the perfect house. It was spacious, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and being able to watch the sunrise from the balconies was amazing. The house was clean and well maintained- I would highly recommend this home for large groups!

Golf Trip

Rented the house for a guys golf trip. Was perfect for a big group. 1 minute walk to the ocean and great pool deck area. Would definitely come back and stay here.

Excellent Stay

Great place to stay with your family. We had 11 people, aged 0–>84. They had more things in the garage of the house than was listed online which was very helpful and convenient. We’d love to come back!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Perfect place for our family reunion and Mother’s day celebration! Beautiful house with large bedrooms, fantastic balcony views, a first floor kitchen/greatroom where we could all gather. The elevator made it convenient for our parents and the short walk to the beach was “cane” navigable. Would definitely stay again.

Great house, great location

Great spot on the beach. Spacious for 12 adults. Prompt responses from property manager regarding a couple of issues/questions that came up. Would recommend and would stay here again. Could have been cleaned a tiny bit more before arrival but overall clean and tidy.

Bed bugs in two beds. We had to be relocated to another property. The new property was incredible and Hilton Head Vacation property’s were attentive and made us a priority I am thankful for that

House was great! Plenty of room for the 15 of us. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool and the close proximity to the beach! Suggested improvement: Provide better spatulas, etc. for nonstick pans. More forks would be great, as we were always running out. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful House with beach access.

The house was very nice, plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. The exception was the number of forks, not even enough for one meal. We had to buy plastic forks to get by. The pool and deck were very nice, had enough room on the deck for a small baby pool. Walk to the beach was a little difficult when carrying a lot of beach items.

21 Horvanth's Family Vacation

I booked this vacation home a year in advance for a very special family vacation. Me and my husband, my son, my daughter, her husband and one year old and my 86 year old mom! We were looking forward to this for an entire year. This house was perfect for all of us. My only complaint is that there needs to be a continued walkway to the beach as it was hard to take my mom and "stuff" to the beach and the bed mattresses in a couple of the rooms could be replaced. Also, a crack in the microwave made us scared to use it! But great house in a great location! We would definitely rent again!

Wonderful summer vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home with a gorgeous beach at its footsteps. There were plenty of sitting areas for our group of 17, plenty of towels etc. Bedroom configuration didn’t exactly work for us as there were two bedrooms with double beds, and we had five couples. We made it work, smaller kids slept on the pullout sofa in the third floor living room. Few things that could be added include: additional flatware and dinnerware, which would be helpful for a bigger size group, as well as hangers in the closets. Overall, truly wonderful experience! We highly recommend this house and the area.

Great Family Beach Vacation House

The house is a bit tricky to locate. However, once inside the house it is absolutely beautiful and very well arranged. The pool is smaller than we expected from the pictures but adequate. The ocean views are spectacular. All the rooms are large and it easily accommodated our diverse family group. We are a family that loves to cook and eat together. The kitchen was large, dining area sufficient, but the pots, pans and accessories were deficient. This was disappointing and we would recommend upgrading these. The parking was challenging. There was parking for 4 cars, but with 4 cars at the house next door it was very tricky getting turning around to get back across the narrow bridge. However, even with these limitations, we agreed we all loved our vacation and the house.

Beach Time At Its Best!

We had family members from age 6 to age 76. The house was PERFECT! The three levels of the house provided plenty of individual space and privacy for each smaller family unit. Plus the large first floor main level provided plenty of space for all family members to easily gather together to share meals and group time. The balconies on each level reminded us the reason we initially chose the house.....the views of the beach were great. The private pool definitely provided time for the younger ones to burn off energy. The house and all its amenities were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathroom were spacious. The location was perfect. But the "icing on the cake" was the private walkway to the beach. We rented some umbrellas and chairs which were set up and taken down each day. All we had to do to enjoy the beach was to walk down the walkway.

While the property itself was nice, the overall experience with the property manager ended up being terrible. I tried typing out a full review, but I am limited to the number of characters I can type so I have to shorten and condense this all down. Long story short I would not rent this property again ever. Not because the property itself is bad. Yes the garage door was broken all week and we couldn’t use it, the elevator was broken all week and we couldn’t use it, The coffee pot was broken, but we still tried to use it, and two different bathroom door locks actually locked two of our guests in and they needed assistance to be let out. It wasn’t for those reasons. It was for the complete lack of acknowledging the issues we were having during our stay, most notably, with the construction work that was being done at a property adjacent to us. Our neighbors for the week also had issues (flooding and fleas) and complained to tbe property manager. For the first three days of our trip, we struggled to even drive in and out, and actually had to confront the construction workers because they were unwilling to move their vehicles or accommodate for us. On a few occasions, we were completely boxed in. See pictures. The property manager was very unprofessional and did not help. It became a joke amongst our party that once they got us into the rental and our money, they weren’t there to help. Anyone with an upcoming trip here, be warned you might run into the same issues that we faced.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was great. The house was clean and very nice. We had problems using our code. Entry to the home is 5:00 pm, same time when the office staff goes home. After traveling all day we had to go find the office to pick up a key left in a key box on a post. After finally finding the post we got the key. Never once did anyone volunteer to bring us a key. No one offered to give us the garage door code which would have been much easier and saved us a trip to the office. Entering the house we found the refrigerator and freezer was not working. Texted again to let someone know the issue on Wed but did not get anyone out to check it until Friday. Wasted 2 days trying to get the issue resolved. Communications with office was sketchy. Refrigerator finally got cold enough to keep food but not as cold as it should be because water did not get very cold and freezer would not keep ice cream solid. The home was perhaps checked 7 days before our arrival but home was not occupied the week before we arrived and not checked prior to our arrival or they would have discovered the issue with the refrigerator. TVs were a little difficult to get operational but the did send someone to assist with that. Also the kitchen had only 1 drying towel and dish cloth which is not enough for 8 days. Should be at least 3-4 minimum. In summary home had a great location and nice floor plan and would consider renting it again but you need to bring a lot of items with you unless you rent towels and chairs for beach and we found working with the rental companies was not easy but expensive.

Family Vacay

There were 2 oceanfront suites, both with balconies however we could not use the third floor master balcony so the family that had that room couldn’t sit on their balcony. This was one of the reasons we rented this place. We were told someone would be in touch the next day and no one ever came or called. The place was not cleaned very well before our stay, floor felt gritty and multiple spots of debris on main floor, second floor, and the floor above the main floor, third floor. Very difficult pathway to beach with tons of ants in the sand where you are walking. And they bite. Pool was never cleaned while we were there. Oven was dirty, apparently there was a spill because when we used the oven Thursday night the fire alarm was set off and when I sent a text to the emergency number they were less than helpful, they really did not know what to do.

The room layout with connecting bathrooms was nice and gave everyone plenty of space. nice location but not very clean downstairs and ANTS

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was a nice location and the beach was nice but the outside deck was overrun with ants. Downstairs floor was covered in sand when we arrived, and there was no sponge or counter spray to clean up with. There was one roll of paper towel and one roll of TP per bathroom for 4 days and 17 guests so we had to go and buy supplies at the store.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and has good features. The kitchen has great appliances, which extra fridge in the garage. The utensils, pots, pans, etc were less the desirable. Not enough silverware to accommodate 15 people. The pool was heated to allow for swimming on a cool week, which was a plus for us. The house is a big noise given the design. You can hear small noises all over the house, so with a full house it becomes like one big conversation from the top down. That would be the biggest negative, the noise travels in the house. Also, they have the alarm set to chime every time the door is open. Again, with a large group this becomes very annoying. Beds are rigid, recommend to bring your own pillow and mattress top. The only softer mattress is on the main floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house accept for a couple things. The boardwalk from house to beach had a steep jump, not steps down. Which wasn't very good for older people, There seemed to be dog hair in third floor master bedroom.
