🌴 Benvenuti nella nostra casa in affitto a Hilton Head Island!☀️ La nostra casa può ospitare 11 persone in letti e dispone di 5 camere da letto con 2 letti king size, 2 letti queen size e 3 letti singoli XL. Pack e Play e Seggiolone forniti a casa. La casa ha 3 1/2 bagni.

La nostra casa è splendidamente situata su un corso d'acqua lagunare che offre un luogo tranquillo per gustare il caffè del mattino sul grande ponte mentre si guarda gli uccelli tropicali e gli alligatori.

Casa perfetta per famiglie, golfisti e affittuari stagionali a breve termine.

La casa è a pochi passi da una grande piscina comunitaria 🏊🏻 e hai 4 campi da tennis e campo da basket gratuiti per il tuo uso! 4 biciclette 🚲 sono fornite a casa e biciclette aggiuntive possono essere noleggiate a prezzi scontati attraverso South Beach Bicycles.

Le bellissime spiagge 🌊 sono una breve corsa in bicicletta da casa attraverso piste ciclabili sicure in tutta l'isola!

Altre attività a piedi o in bicicletta includono il golf ⛳️ nei numerosi campi famosi di HHI, i negozi e i ristoranti di Harbour Town, il Sea Pines Forest Preserve per le passeggiate nella natura e la pesca? My family with grands and great grands enjoyed the family focused house. It is well stocked and lots of thoughtful items available such as flash lights and doggie bags. We enjoyed sitting around and using the fire pit too. Beds and pillows were superb. Loved the location too within Sea Pines. The four bikes were used and enjoyed. Owner is personable and flexible. Great views from the deck . Highly recommend .

We were happy to have baby accessories, lots of beach chairs and toys. The weather cooperated some. The kitchen was well stocked. The lagoon and Carolina Room were enjoyable. We had a few bumps in the road with entry to the house, and internet issues. We also had workers show up to do repairs on the house during our stay. They were asked to come back when we were gone.

Wonderful Family Home

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Wendy was great with communication. You don’t have to worry about anything when staying at this house. The kitchen is fully stocked (we cooked thanksgiving dinner- she even had pie plates!). The bikes, beach chairs and beach toys were super helpful. Husband said the grill was the best he has had at a rental. We can’t wait to come back!!

Awesome vacation

This is a great vacation spot located on a culdesac about halfway between the beach and Harbour Town. We were able to walk to and from Harbour town. The beach was a quick drive but this time of year there was plenty of parking at the sea pines resort. The owner was in touch before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were ok during the storm (hurricane helene). I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing get away in Hilton head.

Perfect spot especially for pet owners! ONLY place that would allow three dogs. My dogs are my kids!

Really loved the property it has a great location in Sea Pines and it’s very close to a lot of the Hilton Head highlights. We rode bikes to the Harbortown lighthouse it was a great bike ride on a smooth path. We also rode to the beach on bikes and it’s a short drive to either. Lots of great food options nearby and two grocery stores 5 mins away. The house was awesome as well and a big draw for us was three of the rooms have king beds. We had a group of ten and the king beds were great. Plenty of bathrooms as well. Very clean and set up really well for pets. We really loved the Carolina room and the deck spent a lot of time there. There is a nice dining room area too which we never used since we all congregated in the kitchen / counter area for meals. The neighborhood was great and we walked the dogs every day. Community tennis courts and pool very close by like 3 minute walk from the house. We played pickleball on them but they are marked for tennis. There is a basketball hoop too. Check in was a breeze picked up parking passes from a local property management company that was right down the street from the sea pines entrance. Communication with the host was flawless, Wendy answered every question. So thankful the property allows three dogs, too many vaca rentals limit # of dogs and size. A deal breaker for any large dog owners. You can not go wrong with this property. I could go on further but I’m at char limit. It was perfect trip and we will be back

Great family trip

The house was perfect for our family as we all felt like we had our own space. Centrally located to all the sea pines has to offer, we all enjoyed sighting the alligators in the lagoon, walking all the trails and visiting the stables. The weather didn’t allow for much beach or bike time but the house had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed preparing several meals and then eating them on the patio. Most days started with either a trip to c’est bon in the shoppes at sea pines or the harbor town bakery for coffee and pastries. Lunch at both truffles and harbor town bakery were really good. Overall we all agreed that this was our best trip to hhi! Already planning our next visit!

Great Stay

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this wonderful house in Sea Pines, Hilton Head. The house itself was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning water view, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. The neighborhood was quiet and picturesque, offering a perfect blend of serenity and convenience. We enjoyed exploring the local area and appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of our host, who went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Lagoon and Peaceful

If you are looking to just relax but be able to visit the area, this is a great property!! To go to the beach, shopping, great restaurants or even grocery shopping, is all around 3 to 5 miles of the property. Beautiful drive or bike ride through shaded areas. Play golf, tennis or pickle ball, it is all around you!! We attended a wedding and stayed at this property with some family to enjoy an extended few days to relax! Going out on the deck and over watching the lagoon area was so nice and peaceful! Fish jumping, birds singing and just good fresh air!! This is a great place when you need extra room for a small group!!

Heaven on Hilton Head

We were fortunate enough to enjoy 6 beautiful weeks in this wonderful Sea Pines home.The house was beautifully decorated, clean ,and had all the amenities one needed to feel right at home.The Carolina room and porch overlooking a lagoon were the perfect spots to enjoy morning coffee or read. Wendy was a fabulous hostess! She checked in periodically to make sure we were pleased with everything and was quick to respond to any questions we had for her. The location was perfect! It was tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood but convenient to all Sea Pines has to offer! Our family members loved having bikes available to explore sea Pines and beach chairs to lounge on the beach! Beautiful place. Owner very communative. Really appreciated the garage full of everything needed to have fun at the beach or just outside. Easy to cook because many staples were already in the house. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding Stay!

We spent the first week in March 2024 in this spacious home with three of our five adult kidz and their significant others. The cleanliness, set-up, and location of the home were excellent. Wendy was extremely responsive. We had one small issue with an appliance but Wendy had it corrected the next day. We would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful Property with Perks!

The home was beautiful and the deck overlooked the lagoon which served as a wonderful place for coffee in the morning. The home was spacious, clean and convenient! We loved that there were 4 bikes included in the garage and tennis rackets to boot! Wendy, the owner, was very quick to respond and reached out the first day to ensure everything was in tip top shape. I will definitely be staying here in the future when coming to Hilton Head.

Family wedding

We loved the location. Our wedding was in Harbour Town so that was key. The house was well equipped and everything was ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck overlooking the lagoon and also enjoyed s’mores around the fire. Our hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We love sea pines and will definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great family trip to Hilton Head. We loved the location and really enjoyed hanging out on the back deck to watch the action in the canal behind the house. Mullet were regularly jumping and there was a blue crab that was fun to watch. We even saw a bald eagle in one of the trees behind the house! We really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things in the house that needed addressed while we were there but Wendy was quick to take care of them. All in all, we had a great stay!

Beautiful, tranquil property

We loved the location, size and layout of the property for 2 adults, 1 elderly and 3 teenagers. Plenty of space, bathrooms/bedroom and open space for interacting. Wendy was very accommodating and helpful throughout.

Perfect for multiple families.

Perfect location and space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking things. The garage had tons of beach essentials. Our party was composed of my parents, my brother’s family, and my family. We have young kids. It gave us enough space to spread out plenty of bathrooms for all of us but also under one roof. The deck was nice with a nice view of the lagoon. Very short walk to the pool and tennis courts. The pool was not crowded and clean. Very close to great restaurants and grocery store. The property owner checked in on us during our stay.

Home away from home

Wendy made us feel welcome and provided all the amenities and guidance needed during our family beach vacation. Hope to visit again when in Sea Pines and have already recommended to family and friends.

Family Vacation in Hilton Head

The house has a great location and a beautiful view off the deck. Enjoyed the walking trails, access to the community pool, and the nearby horses, plus the bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys in the garage. The kitchen was a good size and well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, updated appliances, etc., but we would have loved a few basics in the pantry such as salt, pepper, cooking spray/oil, and possibly a little sugar/sweetener. We enjoyed sitting in the sun room and the grill on the deck was awesome and ready to go with gas in the propane tank. We also loved all the skylights and the natural light inside. The house needs some TLC in some areas inside and the deck has areas with splitting/loose boards and peeling stain. The SC weather is tough on it, I’m sure. There had also been a recent storm that had shredded both the deck umbrella and the canopy on the gazebo over the grill, which we made the owners aware of. We had an issue with a major amount of sludge build-up in the top loading washer that both the owner and I addressed with the property manager. A maintenance ticket was put in for it, but after a couple days with no action we ran a number of “basket clean” cycles with vinegar and wiped out the basket several times so we could use the washer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the area.
