Just remodeled in Dec 2025! New floors, new bath, new dishwasher, new washer/dryer, completely new paint in every room. New furniture!
Best location! Walking distance to everything, beach 8 minute walk, coligny square is a short bike ride or walk. Fun times at Celebration park- Fountain water Park, pirate ship, restaurants, outdoor music. It’s all at coligny plaza and very close by.
New updated and fully equipped kitchen. 2 -4 bikes are there for your use, others can be easily rented and delivered. There are wonderful bike paths to go exploring on. W/D, beach gear supplied, chairs, umbrella, and cart and beach towels. The tennis courts are right out front of your door.
This Villa offers more space than all hotel rooms with added convenience of a full kitchen with stainless appliances and 3 bathrooms, all for less money! One king bedroom, one bunkroom which has a full, a twin bunk on top, and a twin trundle on bottom. Max occupancy is 6 persons.
One small dog allowed, less than 40 lbs. with paid dog fee of $175. Due to severe owner allergies to cats; no cats allowed.

Great Condo At Price Point

Very spacious property and the owner was fantastic to work with. She had great communication with us from the time of booking several months in advance, until after we left the property. Hard to find a place with this much space for that price and it was pet friendly so we were able to bring our little friend.

Hilton Head condo

The condo was very clean and in a friendly area. It is furnished with warm and beach feel. It was great to be able to get approval to bring our doodle. She was crated when we wernt there and slept in her own bed at night. Lots of neighborhood dogs and owners. The pool area had an ant problem perhaps people left food around. It was not a problem for us as we used it very little. The only con was the temperature in the condo . If we had it on 73 when ever we returned it was 76 a bit uncomfortable when it was 90 outside. If I changed it back we would wake to it being 76. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

Family Vacation

Everytime we come to Hilton Head we love our stay. It was nice being close to the tennis courts so we could play. Exploring the property fun. We biked almost everywhere and found it easy to get around.

Great place for a family getaway with the pup!

Super cute place to stay with the family and our puppy. Nicely shaded property in a development that was super pet friendly. Really responsive owner, and everything we needed for a great getaway. Super convenient for everything, the beach, shops, restaurants. Loved our stay!

This location is awesome, it’s so close to the beach and the condo is very comfy and everything we needed to use in the kitchen was provided and very good quality. We loved having bikes provided for our stay too! Owner was easy to contact whenever we had questions and was always very polite and friendly.

Relaxing visit to HHI

First time staying in HHI; will come back. Good location with short walk to beach and lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Clean and well-appointed condo, nice pools in the complex, lots of trees and shade. A really nice vacation!

Awful host

When we arrived at the property (after 8 PM) after traveling all day, the condo had not been cleaned. We had groceries and had unloaded the car before we realized, as we did not go past the entryway/kitchen. When I called the host, this of course "has never happened before." We hung up as she tried to get in touch with the cleaning company. She also offered to send us to a hotel, which we did not want. The cleaning company was able to come, and cleaned the place. This was all taken care of within a few hours. I understand mistakes happen. The next day, I did request a one night refund for our trouble, which she refused, and gave lots of reasons why. She then continued to give me details about the ring camera capturing all times that we arrived, the cleaning crew came, ect. It was pretty weird that she was trying to prove some sort of point on how "quickly" the place was cleaned AFTER we arrived. She also said "We didn't even make you leave the condo while the cleaning crew cleaned." Ummm, thanks? I travel a couple times a year, and stay in new places. I use reviews to help me decide, so I hope this helps others in the future. I have never had an interaction with a host like this, and will be writing a complaint letter to VRBO as well. The actual complex was decent, access to beach was about an 8 minute walk. We enjoyed the pools and turtles in the lagoon. I still love Hilton Head, but do not want others to ever experience this lady. Stay somewhere else!

Cozy place in a lovely complex!

We had an excellent experience all around. The property was excellent - with everything you needed. It had a very cozy feeling that made us feel at home. The landscape on the ground is very beautiful, with lots of trees. Being a dog friendly place was the extra bonus! Great walking distance to the beach and Coligny plaza. Communication with the host was timely and efficient. Great place I would recommend!

Hilton Head

We had a great time despite it raining everyday. It probably helped cool the day off for when we could go to the ocean- visited late July. Pros: house is very nice inside. Lots of space. My kids were easily entertained there with the big window/glass door to see out downstairs and they loved the bunk beds. The extra pull out bed in the bunk bed was very handy since neither kid actually wanted to sleep at the top. The pool was never more than 3 families probably due to the fact there’s 3 options. We choose the smaller one closest to us so my daughter could touch the bottom. It still goes up to 5 1/2 foot deep. Tennis court was literally in front of our door so you had something fun to do close. Things to consider: pack toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, fridge doesn’t make ice unless you use ice trays given. Walking distance using gps on phone states it’s 13 mins to the beach. We did look at maps given and unless you’re speed walking, you won’t beat this time. It was doable, but difficult with kids and elderly people in our group. Liz was VERY nice. Super quick responses. Very helpful.

Nice Condo close to Caligny.

Nice condo that was close to Caligny. Well stocked and had most of what we needed. Bikes were a nice addition. Complex is quiet. We would stay again.

Checking in was easy. The townhouse condo was nice & beds were comfortable. I realize it is the end of the really busy season, but the refrigerator really needs to be cleaned out. Too many condiments & other items left by previous renters. I would have a talk with the cleaning service. Used soap in master bath on top of shower. Also gym shorts (appeared to have been worn) left in top drawer of dresser in master bedroom. Dried food on table in living room. Had some difficulty finding where we could enter the beach. Walk was about15 mins at a brisk walk. Maybe I'm just picky. I reiterate that the condo itself is very nice. I think issues are with the cleaning service & if renters aren't honest about what they experience, nothing will change.
