Questo condominio GESTITO PROPRIETARIO ESTREMAMENTE RINNOVATO DI NUOVO HA COMPLETATO di rimodellare della cucina COMPLETA con i grandi CONTROPARTI DELLA GRANITO & I NUOVI ARMADI. I nuovi bagni includono cabina doccia da 5 piedi. Lenzuola aggiornate, lussuoso materasso memory foam queen, 2018 nuovo divano letto w materasso in schiuma di gel, nuova vernice, pavimenti, tende e persiane personalizzate. FREE TENNIS, sedie da spiaggia prima, giocattoli di sabbia, comodi posti a sedere sul balcone tra cui 2 seggioloni e tavolo e 2 poltroncine e tavolino, 3 TV a schermo piatto (Smart TV in salotto), DVD blueray. WIFI ad alta velocità gratuito (protetto da password) in tutto il resort.
Situato sulla Folly Field spiaggia, è situato in posizione centrale e vicino a tutte le attività dell'isola. Siamo a circa un miglio da Shelter Cove Marina che ospita l'artigianato settimanali e fuochi d'artificio durante l'estate. La nostra ampia spiaggia di sabbia si estende miglia in entrambe le direzioni, e ben si adatta per il nuoto, lunghe passeggiate, e in esecuzione o in bicicletta lungo il bordo dell'acqua. I numerosi banchi di sabbia e bagnini ne fanno una spiaggia sicura per la famiglia! Ospitiamo la più grande piscina sull'isola, e c'è una piscina più piccola adiacente al nostro edificio. C'è intrattenimento, nonché cibi e bevande presso la piscina principale. Attività per bambini, tra cui alcuni programmi di assistenza all'infanzia serali sono offerti. Piscina per bambini oltre alle 2 piscine principali. Sedie a sdraio dal nostro condominio possono essere prese per la spiaggia. Pallavolo sulla spiaggia, in loco bike, campi da tennis (dieci campi illuminati) e una sala fitness sono a disposizione. Godetevi il sorgere del sole dalla spiaggia! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Great views and very close to beach. Condo had everything you needed. My only wish is that their would have been carts available to use for luggage and better signage outside and condo numbers-not owners fault of course. We arrived later than we expected and had a hard time finding the unit. Small glitch and had a wonderful time.

This condo was in a wonderful location with a lovely ocean view and incredibly easy access onto the beach. Our only issue was the surprisingly long distance from our car/parking lot into the unit. It took many trips carrying groceries, luggage, etc, up to the condo. There is an elevator, but there are no luggage carts or beach wagons available to make transport easier. If you bring your own wagon you’ll be all set.

This lovely condo was exactly as described and perfect for our little family of 4. The view is wonderful and we were able to enjoy the ocean even on the rainy days. Diane was a very responsive host and cares very much about her property. There were lots of little amenities that were helpful to have (beach chairs, toys, etc.) Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Diane was very helpful in resolving the issue. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future. My children were very sad to have to leave the balcony behind. Just a few notes for anyone looking for extra details. The condo is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or the elevator. The elevator was in good working order and the complex property was very well maintained. The smaller pool for AR is directly outside the building and the walk to the beach was maybe 500 steps. The boardwalk is level with only a slight slope and no stairs. Lifeguard stand is just steps from the boardwalk and can be seen from the balcony. We knew what flags were flying before we went out each day. Location is awesome. Close to several grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Inside the beds and couches were comfy and bathrooms were a good size and in nice working order. The kitchen was nice and we were able to fix a couple meals during our stay. All in all this was a lovely condo and accommodated our family nicely!

We stayed at this condo last year and loved it so much we wanted to come back again this year. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach. The condo is stocked with everything you could need. Owner is also great to work with. We will be back for another great HHI vacation!

Very nice condo

Just like the description and pictures. I would prefer less parking lot view and washer/dryer in unit but that’s not owners fault. Personal preference that I didn’t realize was so important for our family. Owner is very honest and transparent. Also the bedrooms are very dark as they face the inside hallway with no outside light. Again. Personal preference. Just thought I’d add for someone who might feel the same.

Nice Ocean and Pond Views

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. This condo, thou it is not directly oceanfront, has a very nice view of the ocean and directly below the condo is a pond with turtles and an alligator who we enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location is a quick walk to the beach and the smaller Admiral's Row pool which was never crowded. The condo is very clean and organized, has new couches and the communication with the host was good. The photos and description accurately describe this condo and we would stay here again.

Book it...

The location and desciption made this an excellent spot for a family vacation at Hilton Head. Small condo, but it is accurately described and well maintained. Ms. Dianne was an excellent communicator and responsive from booking to leaving the property. Beach is within easy walking distance, excellent pool areas and central to drive anywhere on the island. Beach items are clean and maintained so you don't have to get anything extra to enjoy sand and sun. Grocery and other needed items are a close drive also. Very relatxing property and would visit here again in a heartbeat. Book this condo with confidence of a nice relaxing vacation.

Diane, the owner, was very helpful, friendly and provided insights and directions right from the time we booked the property. Everything was arranged exactly as she had described. She helped in prepping up for trip, what to expect. The apartment itself was very clean and quite nice and cozy. The resort is very well maintained and clean. Beach is a quick couple of mins walk and is very clean. Great place for a fun beach getaway.

Awesome Spring Break Trip

My family including two teenagers …we were here for spring break! The property was extremely clean and exactly as advertised! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for all of our needs! The location is amazing. We listen to the waves from the balcony and walked to the beach every day. We rented bikes on the property. The facilities were great overall. Diane was awesome. Super responsive and was easily available for all of our questions throughout our stay. We loved it there and will definitely go back! Only surprise was that the pools on property are not heated and therefore we couldn’t swim as they were freezing. That would’ve been good to know upfront, but otherwise everything was amazing.!!!!!

Last minute stay

Our vacation rental was cancelled due to damage from Hurricane Helene. We reserved this unit the night before we arrived. The renter was gracious and very helpful. The unit is clean and we loved the balcony.

Great family vacation on HHI!

The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a beautiful ocean view. The resort has great pools, easy access to the beach and plenty to do for active families. We appreciated Diane’s communication and helpful tips/info for exploring the island and options for the few days we had challenging weather. Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!
