  • Benvenuto in Ocean Breeze # 100 !! Questa villa è nuova per il nostro programma di noleggio ed è una di quelle che sicuramente ti piacerà!

    Questa casa di città è una villa a due piani con una pianta aperta, completa di tutti i nuovi arredi. Il piano di sotto contiene lo spazio abitativo con un angolo da pranzo da una grande finestra e una cucina che separa la zona pranzo dal soggiorno. C'è un ulteriore spazio da pranzo al bar della cucina. Il soggiorno è arredato con mobili nuovi di zecca, divano letto completo. Una porta scorrevole in vetro dal soggiorno conduce a un ponte posteriore privato che guarda in una zona boscosa. Anche al piano di sotto è un comodo bagno di servizio. La cucina è stata completamente ristrutturata con bellissimi mobili e ripiani in granito. Le due camere da letto, ognuna con un bagno privato completo, sono al piano di sopra e l'armadio di servizio contenente la lavatrice / asciugatrice. Entrambe le camere hanno ventilatori a soffitto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto full size e un letto singolo.

    La piscina della comunità si trova dall'altra parte del parcheggio dall'unità. La piscina di Ocean Breeze ora ha WIFI.
    Ocean Breeze è a pochi passi da accesso alla spiaggia pubblica e Coligny Plaza, che offre negozi e ristoranti.

Conveniently located to bike rentals, grocery story, parks, beach access and staff was excellent. Home was clean and well stocked.

Condo was nice other than it was so dirty, hairs in the bathroom floor,dusty, the blinds looked like they had never been cleaned,Cobb webs every where found spider in the bed. There was even crumbs in the toaster. Stove was awful I would have never cooked there. I will never stay in that one again.

Spring in Hilton Head

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful as always in Hilton Head. A very nice condo. The space is well laid out and easy to live in. There are a few items that definitely need improvement in the unit. The main TV is not a smart TV so no streaming and the cable service was awful. Generally not HD quality and CBS was regularly pixilated. Had to watch the NCAA finals and the Masters on an ipad. The deck needs a complete power wash. I was generally unusable. Had to have the screen repaired during our stay as well as the air conditioner. Kitchen faucet needed repair. The service from VTHH was very good but the unit needs attention. Again the space itself is great and we enjoyed it but needs work around the edges.

Disappointing

The unit was spacious but that was about it. Many stains on the carpet but generally clean but worn. The short walk to the beach was about a half mile. Tough to enjoy the beach with no beach chairs, umbrella or beach towels. Overall very disappointing.

Hilton Head get away No problems renting or checking into this property.

No problems renting and checking into this property. We appreciated having the extra space with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms for our family. The small deck really wasn’t functional and needed power washing. The chairs were very dirty. The sliding glass glass door did not lock, and the screen was completely off its track. We were able to use the barbecue. Inside everything worked except for the light over the cooktop. We really enjoyed our stay in Hilton head especially the biking and the beach

Great location, clean and friendly office.

Other than not having any extra towels, paper goods, and typical staples needed (salt, pepper, paper plates, coffee filters, etc.) we really enjoyed the location and the villa itself.

Unit 100

The space was adequate of the overview given, it will sleep 6. The grill outlets were taped off, the sliding back door was unable to open, found roaches in the kitchen, there were no beach accessories(chairs, umbrella, boards,etc) I had messaged the owner 3 different times with no reply. The pool hours are 9a-9p and for our family that was too early to close and too late to open. Walk to beach is about 25 min. I had a fun time in the area but will not rent this unit again.
