Il condominio fronte oceano può ospitare fino a 6 persone con un re nella camera matrimoniale, due gemelli nella camera 2 e un divano letto nel soggiorno. La spiaggia è a pochi passi da questo condominio al piano terra con vista sull'oceano a South Forest Beach. Con un patio privato accessibile dal soggiorno, gli ospiti che soggiornano nell'Ocean Club 49 hanno un facile accesso alla spiaggia. Seguire la passerella in legno adiacente da e per la spiaggia o fare un tuffo nella piscina del cortile in loco a pochi passi di distanza. Sebbene l'Ocean Club abbia un parcheggio di fronte a ciascun condominio, il complesso è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da Coligny Plaza, dal mercato della spiaggia e dal parco della spiaggia. Property was nice but some of the amenities were the bare minimum. Bath towels were scratchy and seemed old. Sheets were cheap and barely fit the king size bed. Place was relatively clean, but could use a really deep clean. Baseboard and corners were dirty and dusty.

Everything about this condo was great! It is even better than the pictures! The location was very nice and quiet. It was just a short walk to the beach. The owners and the rental company go above and beyond what we could expect. Everything was neat, clean and in perfect shape! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Great location-so close to the beach and coligny! Pool was right across the parking lot. The condo was well stocked but could definitely use a deep clean. The floors were very very dirty, the bottoms of our feet were black after being there 10 minutes so we wore our flip flops around the unit during our stay. Overall a great visit and you can’t beat the location!

Maintanance

The property and complex is lovely! There were maintenance issues however that the management company needs to address. Master bath sink clogged, sliding door screen in Master I had to fix as well as a lamp. Half the living room slider was filthy. Otherwise, the condo is excellent!

Ocean front paradise

This was our 2nd time at staying at this property, 1st time in this unit. It was exactly as shown in pictures, the patio and being so close to the beach was by far the best reason to rent. It’s close to shopping and restaurants, the location is wonderful. The check in/check out was great, we had car issues that landed us in Cincinnati on the way down from Michigan. I called and explained our situation and they were great, even going so far as to let me know the unit wasn’t rented if we wanted to stay a couple extra days. The Condos have added security gates since our last stay which was very nice. The unit did smell a little musty when we first walked in, but it’s on the beach and we didn’t smell it again, The kitchen was stocked well although I wish there had been some tupperware to put leftovers in- but really no big deal. Overall, this place is a great place to stay on the island.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay! Just a short walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny and the shops! We loved that the villas were gated. Everything was clean and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Perfect for our first visit

The location cannot be beat! Steps away from the boardwalk to a lovely beach. Great outdoor and indoor seating options. The layout was also perfect for our three kids- the second bedroom fit them perfectly. The pool was amazing - our kids made tons of friends and had a blast. Plenty of towels and nice starter amenities provided. The only issue we really had as with the cleanliness of the unit. It was badly in need of a deep clean. Walls, doors, cabinets all had smudges, splatters and fingerprints. We also found garbage, hair and food under the couch and beds. The kitchen cabinets and drawers also needed a cleaning.

Great location and we'll equipped

This unit is in a great location. Ocean front,, plus an easy walk to Coligny. Well decorated and well equipped in the kitchen. Nicely updated. Comfortable for 5 adults. I look forward to staying there again next year. Could use better instructions for the TV.

HH Getaway

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head and Ocean Club 49 played a huge part! The condo was perfect size, well equipped and a very convenient location to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and an evening hangout after a day at the beach. The check in process was very smooth and check out was smooth as well. Lovely property! Updated, spotless, clean. Steps to beach where you can see sunrise AND sunset. Kind, friendly, helpful neighbors both sides next door. Easy walk to town. Would definitely rent again!
