    Questo condominio è di nuova proprietà a partire da luglio 2019 e i nuovi proprietari hanno completato diversi aggiornamenti. Nuove persiane per piantagioni, pittura, pavimentazione, biancheria da letto e molto altro! Nuove foto da pubblicare in autunno.

    Ocean One ha aggiunto una nuovissima area per grigliare al complesso appena oltre la piscina.
    I vacanzieri possono sciacquarsi sotto la doccia esterna situata sulla passerella sulla spiaggia privata del complesso e immergersi nella piscina con vista sull'oceano.
    Ocean One è un palazzo con ascensore di cinque piani situato nel South Forest Beach. Tra i servizi offerti in tutta Hilton Head Island, l'Ocean One si trova a un isolato da Coligny Plaza, una pittoresca zona del centro che offre agli ospiti una vasta scelta di ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti.

Perfect place!

Perfect location on Coligny Beach, near the Coligny plaza shopping center. The condo is well-maintained and had plenty of room for my family of 5 that includes three teens. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay!

We loved this condo! So close to the beach and very roomy. It was so nice sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and the music. It was close to many shops and restaurants. We will stay here again! We left a couple days early because of hurricane Ian, but it was such a neat experience watching the ocean and beach change with the weather.

4th of July Vacation

We love this unit. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. This was a great place to watch the fireworks from. Great location to Coligny Plaza and other restaurants all in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The kitchen supplies need some upgrading such as wine glasses and bigger pots for cooking. But those are simply minor and did not take away from the units attractiveness. Would recommend this unit.

Best vacation

This property was awesome.The condo looked exactly like the pictures. Usually doesn’t happen that way but this condo did. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were ocean front with a view of the pool. The pool was beautiful at night. The location of this condo was perfect. Shopping and restaurants very close. The perfect location. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great views and location

This condo had a great floor plan for 2 couples with good privacy. Views and beach access were amazing. Comfortable furnishings. Would rent this unit again!

Great Stay and Amazing Views

We definitely plan to return to Ocean One in the future. The condo was great and the fourth floor balcony provided a great way to enjoy our time. Very walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.

Amazing Family Experiemce

Fabulous location! Clean condo with all the needed amenities. Loved being able to watch the kids at the pool from the balcony and being able to send them biking to the local stores/shoppes on the bikes since it was so close. We have terms so it was great! Will definitely return!

It had ample closet space as well as kitchen counter and pantry space. I would recommend replacing the carpet that’s in the bedrooms. It was clean but needs a few updates to make it a 10!
