Ocean One 422 - Beachside 4th Floor Condo

Resta sull'oceano e goditi i numerosi vantaggi di un complesso di fronte all'oceano senza pagare i prezzi di fronte all'oceano. Gli ospiti che soggiornano in Ocean One 422 godono di una vista panoramica e non dovranno attraversare una strada per raggiungere la piscina con vista sull'oceano o l'Atlantico. 4 ° piano condominio lato oceano può ospitare 8 persone con comfort. Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, due letti matrimoniali nella camera 2, due letti gemelli nella camera 3 e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Dopo ore di surf, i vacanzieri sciacquano sotto la doccia esterna situata sulla passerella sulla spiaggia privata del complesso e poi si tuffano nella piscina con vista sull'oceano.
Ocean One ha aggiunto una nuovissima area per grigliare al complesso appena oltre la piscina.
Ocean One è un edificio di cinque piani situato a South Forest Beach. Tra i servizi offerti in tutta Hilton Head Island, l'Ocean One si trova a un isolato dal Coligny Beach Market, una pittoresca area del centro che offre agli ospiti una vasta scelta di ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti per tutte le età. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from shopping, dining, and anything else we needed. The pool was fantastic, and having such easy access to the beach made it perfect for our family. Check-in was simple and stress-free, which set the tone for the whole trip. The condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of six without ever feeling cramped. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend!

Graduation Getaway

Very comfortable and clean

We had a great stay. The only comments are that there was only one roll of paper towel, no dish soap, one dishwasher pod and no shampoo or conditioner in the batheroom dispeensers.

Perfect roomy condo for a large family at a wonderful location!

This condo has room for a large family, beach toys in the closet and there are family board games to sit around the large dining room table to play. A wonderful location; close to restaurants, shops and steps aways from pool and beautiful beach! Yes, rent this condo!

Needs a cleaning

Great place to stay, couple minutes from beach, but the over all cleanliness of the condo was awful, the vents need to be vacuumed the rugs need to be cleaned walls washed, extra linen was dirty that was in the closet, would stay again if I knew that it has been cleaned, we definitely left it cleaner than when we entered

Nice place to stay

Overall condo is great!!Very spacious and everything looks just as pictured. All furniture clean and well kept. Master shower in desperate need of upgrade but there are two others available so that was not a big problem. Would recommend this condo .

The bathroom in the King bedroom needs updated, but other than that we really enjoyed staying there. It was the first time staying on the street side.

The bathrooms were small except for the room with the twin beds that weirdly had the walk in shower. Loved the openness of the kitchen into the living area. We had a leak from the garbage disposal that was promptly replaced. A previous tenant had placed a bowl under it that overflowed. The balcony is a nice size but the furniture was uncomfortable. It looked freshly painted in nice beachy colors. Love Ocean One location and the fact they are constantly improving and cleaning. Great people work there.I would say the cleaners could pay a little attention to the top rim of the showers and the corners.

Very Spacious

When we walked in I was surprised at how much bigger the main living space was. All three bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was great for the 6 of us. The unit had a wagon in it which was extremely helpful in getting our chairs down to the beach each morning. The beach was extremely crowded as was pool, but this property seems to have one of the larger pools. Only two negatives, the bathrooms were a little small and the ceilings were peeling in a few spots.

Enjoyed our stay at 422

The condo had plenty of room for four adults and three children. All the appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen faucet and the master bath faucet could use a replacement. The room description stated it had a full coffee maker/Keurig combo. When we arrived it did not. I called the rental company and they brought a Keurig asap. That's good service. The kids loved the pool because it was so big. If the chance comes, we will stay here again.

Lots to like. Some things could be better.

Loved location, spaciousness, bath for every bedroom. Pool and deck are super. Wasn’t the cleanest - clothes in drawer when we got there. Some things could easily be improved for better first impression and experience. Dining rug is stained. Beds not comfortable - noisy too. Bed pillows super flat. Master closet doors don’t fully function. More upside than downside but I’d like to see some changes before staying at same unit again.

Upon entering the property we did not feel the overallCleanliness was very good. Location is amazing, and the actual Condo building is very well-maintained. Beach access was very easy. As for the actual unit, there was a hole in the ceiling in the front right bedroom bathroom, the microwave was taped with electrical tape, the fridge door was also taped. The place lacked a lot of kitchen items needed. There was no motor for the blender, but we did find the pitcher. The washer was broken and did not agitate the clothes. I was given a unit two floors down and a little walk to carry it all down and back up. Our internet was down for a couple days and we had workers in and out due to this which we found uncomfortable . The master bath has a broken diverter cap that would not stay in place and was just gross. The bed on the master squeaked so bad it wakes you up. The shower curtain was extremely dirty. The coffee pot had coffee, and burnt grounds in the pot. Utensils were taped together with electrical tape. Overall, I feel that this could be an amazing property if there was some money, and time spent on it. We own rental properties and I do think it could have been done a lot better. Also we had no vacuum to clean up sand. We had a small broom that I used and then used a wet paper towel to make sure it was gone. The floor was so dirty that the paper towel was black. Seashore was very responsive and did try to help with certain issues and did try to accommodate us!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying the location is amazing. We were very disappointed to get to the location for spring break and discover the pool was closed. We were notified there would be construction on the building but not that the pool would be closed. I emailed to ask about the pool and did received an apology that we weren’t notified. The description mentions the newly remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is okay but definitely not new. The tile in the condo was so filthy I had to ask for it to be cleaned again. The entire condo is in need of a deep cleaning. The bathrooms need updated and cleaned. The master bathroom shower visibly old and stained. The ceiling in the 3rd bathroom looks like it’s caving in. The beds were okay but most of them squeak and make loud noise. The rugs and table runners are dirty and need attention. Don’t get me wrong we made the best of it and again the location is great. I’m disappointed that I paid so much because it wasn’t worth it. We had no choice but to make the best of it. I definitely wouldn’t rent this condo again until it really gets updated, sufficiently cleaned and the pool open.
