I nostri aggiornamenti alla villa includono: materasso posturale posturale, lussuosi pavimenti in vinile e moquette berbera, elettrodomestici da cucina e armadi, splendidi controsoffitti in granito, sanitari, mobili per soggiorno e pranzo, 2 TV HD e intrattenimento VCR / DVD (con 28 canali HDTV e 42 stazioni radio) , servizio internet WI-FI sicuro .... e una rilassante vista in prima fila (bel panorama e nessun parcheggio) !!!

A soli 100 metri dalla spiaggia, la nostra unità d'angolo GOLD RATED nella parte anteriore del resort ha l'accesso più vicino alla spiaggia tramite il lungomare principale del resort con il Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar da un lato e la piscina dall'altro (vedi foto ).

Eppure, per quanto siamo vicini alla spiaggia e ai servizi, la posizione della nostra villa mantiene la tua privacy e tranquillità, e le finestre aggiuntive della nostra unità d'angolo sull'oceano nella camera da letto e nella cucina mantengono la villa luminosa e luminosa con viste naturali tranquille ... non è occupato posteggio.

Dopo una meravigliosa giornata di sole e surf quando torni alla tua villa in prima fila con le sdraio, l'ombrellone e la boogie board (in dotazione), sarai felice che la tua unità sia così vicina al lungomare e non dovrai salire le scale al secondo o terzo piano. Hai figli? Tienili d'occhio dal tuo mazzo mentre giocano sul prato davanti dopo cena. Tranquillo e silenzioso, senza parcheggio sotto o altri edifici nelle vicinanze, sarete sicuri di dormire bene la notte.

Affacciata sull'Oceano Atlantico, la piscina all'aperto, una delle più grandi dell'isola e la piscina per bambini offrono il luogo ideale per prendere il sole! Presso il resort sono disponibili anche un'area giochi e un parco picnic con barbecue.

La proprietà comprende un centro fitness, un campo da tennis illuminato a 10 campi, con pro shop e uno staff che può fornire lezioni private o di gruppo, basta chiamare il Pro Shop per le prenotazioni. È possibile giocare a beach volley e noleggiare biciclette in stagione.

Per coloro che apprezzano i grandi risparmi, preferiscono un po 'di spazio in più e la privacy e godono di spiagge incontaminate non affollate, Hilton Head Island Beach e Tennis Resort è la scelta più gratificante e conveniente dell'isola per le sistemazioni. Situato in posizione centrale, il resort è anche conveniente per tutte le attività dell'isola, aeroporti, negozi outlet e oltre 200 ristoranti.

Exceeded expectations!

This property had everything you need for a family-fun vacation. From the beach supplies provided to the short walking distance to the pool and beach, this property exceeded our expectations! The condo was exactly as pictured and the convenience of the unit to the pool/beach made it a perfect fit for our family.

Great villa even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about our host John. He was very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond for us (even made some rainy days better). The villa was perfect for the 2 of us. We definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a beach getaway. It was very clean, the location is great and the photos were spot on.

Amazing Stay!

My wife and I did a surprise vacation for our children, and this place was such an amazing place to stay at. The pictures really doesn’t do it justice, this felt like a home from home. The corner unit is away from the rest of the parking lot with the ability to see glimpses of the ocean and hear it. Our kids loved the captain bunk beds and wanted to live there! The whole community is family friendly and has a calm atmosphere. There are options to eat and drink on the resort, not having to leave every day. The beach really is only a short walk away! We had such an amazing time!

Perfect location of condo

Condo was clean and very well stocked. Lots of storage space. Our 4th stay at this resort and this was the best condo. Perfect location close to beach and pool. Had to message owner once about keypad code he immediately responded and was very nice and helpful in all communications. Went above and beyond to let us stay another night since our vacation was during tropical storm Debbie. We loved the unit and love the resort, the Pizza place and sports bar and poolside snack bar are convenient and the food is always good. We are picking a date for our next stay in this same unit for next year!!

Perfect Villa!

This villa was perfect! It was the closest to the pool/beach and the view was fantastic! Most villas have views of the parking lot, this one is so private with a beautiful view of the lush greens and ocean. We ate our breakfast on the balcony & watched birds and rabbits every morning. They also provided beachs chairs, boogie boards & beach toys for the kids. So many other perks too

30th Anniversary getaway

The condo is really convenient to the beach, pool and Tiki bar. Parking is super close to the unit and most of the popular restaurants are close by. The owners of the unit are really easy to work with and even surprised us with a dessert to share for our big day. Nice touch! Thank you from the Newport’s.

Great Condo Better Owner

I chose this trip last minute. Communication with the owner was very quick, and every time I had a question he was quick with the response. The condo is the perfect size for two people or two adults and two small children. Had everything you needed. Any issues were quickly resolved by the owner. I would definitely book this place again.

Unit with a perfect location

Appt was clean and well outfitted. Location was perfect with a great balcony view. Everything you need was there: Chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids beach toys. The appliances and TV were somewhat older but fine. No ice maker but cool packs and ice cube trays were in the freezer. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the sleeper sofa. Tub was deep and nice. About the reviews about a musty smell, Somebody sprayed a bunch of Frebreeze before we arrived, but after airing out the place overnight all was good. Bring your own Firestick or Apple TV if you want streaming TV. The TV‘s just have cable.

Great place for a couple or a family with little children. Teen kids would have made it crowded. Huge pool. Easy beach access. On-site Tiki bar food was not great but with a kitchen and lots of restaurants nearby there’s no worries.

John was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer our questions. We had a lovely view of the boardwalk, grassy area and the dunes. We were able to watch bunnies and birds constantly. We were happy that we had a really short walk yo the pool, beach and restaurants on site. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could prepare our own meals if we chose. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Highly recommended!!

Great location

This condo was located in a perfect spot, quiet, efficient, close to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Hilton Head is a beautiful, well maintained island with fantastic beaches and great weather!

Perfect for R & R

This property was perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. John and Janet's hospitality was overwhelming. They were quick to check on me, letting me know when I could check in and out, even letting me have a late checkout. The property itself had everything needed for my stay with a comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything I could imagine needing, a comfy couch, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and even chairs for the beach. It was on the bottom floor and on the end away from main traffic so it was pretty quiet though close enough to the beach to hear the waves and the band in the beach bar in the early evening. It was also close enough to walk to the resort's restaurant. The property was nicely decorated and was very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will be sure to look for this place to rent again.
