Vista panoramica sull'oceano Hilton Head Island completamente ristrutturato Oceanfront

Sedersi sul balcone con la tazza di caffè e guardare le barche gamberetti passano o godere dei aironi e garzette nella palude di sale. La nostra unità ha una vista panoramica sull'oceano. L'unità è stata completamente ristrutturato nella primavera del 2011, pavimenti, elettrodomestici inox, granito, 3 televisori a schermo piatto, vasca idromassaggio / doccia in bagno padronale. Ha tutte le campane e fischietti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, pentole, stoviglie, macchina per il caffè, microonde, frullatore, crockpot. Tutto quello che devi portare è il vostro cibo. Se non si ha voglia di cucinare, c'è un piano di sotto deli accanto alla piscina. I bagni sono piastrelle di travertino e granito. Ci sono due piscine all'aperto e una piscina coperta sulla proprietà. Campi da tennis, attrezzature per il fitness e una zona grill sono anche in loco.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno adiacente dispone di una vasca idromassaggio per rilassarsi. La vista dalla finestra è una laguna piena di tartarughe e un alligatore occasionale, sale palude e l'oceano.

La seconda camera ha 2 letti singoli e ha anche una TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno è proprio di fronte una piccola sala con un top doccia piastrelle di travertino e in granito.

Il soggiorno / pranzo ha un divano letto queen size. Essa ha anche un bel bar per la colazione in pietra e tavolo con 4 posti a sedere. Vi è un grande schermo piatto sul muro. C'è una splendida vista sul mare dalle porte di vetro che conducono al balcone.

Si tratta di una facile passeggiata 6-8 minuti attraverso l'ampio lungomare che attraversa la palude di sale alla nostra spiaggia privata. Se non si vuole camminare, il resort offre golf cart navetta. In spiaggia c'è un capanno (Coco On The Beach) che serve cibo e bevande. Servizi Igienici sono inoltre si trova lì in modo da non lasciare la spiaggia.

Mettiamo a disposizione sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone e un grande carrello per prendere i vostri articoli per la spiaggia. Tutto quello che devi portare è un telo da mare e crema solare!

Il nostro resort gated è situato a miglio marcatore 7, che è a metà dell'isola. Ha 24 ore di sicurezza e tutti i comfort per garantire una vacanza molto piacevole.

Perfect family getaway

We’ve stayed several times at HHR, twice now at this same location. It’s close to the boardwalk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and everything you need is in the condo. Will stay again!

Overall a good stay

This condo was super family friendly and only a short walk to the beach. I do think the condo could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to have some basic cleaning supplies (broom, mop, wipes). Overall we enjoyed our stay and this location!

Incredible Ocean View close to everything you need!

Very cozy space, gorgeous ocean view. Furniture was a bit dated and definitely not small child friendly - glass coffee table and glass dining table but we made it work. We loved the ocean view and the proximity to the beach and CoCos! The supplied wagon and umbrella and beach chairs was amazing too.

Vacation

This was our third time staying at the HH Resort. Tom’s unit was by far one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. Had some issues with the cleaning service but owner was very attentive and sent them right over to correct their mistakes. We will definitely stay at this unit again!

Very nice unit, beautiful views, great complex

My wife and I and our 3 sons (11,9,2) loved our stay here. The location is amazing unless you’re hung up on being in sea pines as some are. The pools are great for any day, sunshine or rain. The owner Tom was very easy to work with and attentive to any concerns we had. Would love to stay again !!

Perfect Vaca spot at HH Resort

This Oceanview condo at HH Resort was the perfit fit for my family with 3 kids (16, 11, 11). The kids could independently go to the various pools. The indoor pool is great in case of bad weather or evening swimming /hot tub. We enjoyed tennis, the poolside restaurant, the beach, the warm ocean, and loved Coco's for end of day cocktails and appetizers. The unit looks out to the boardwalk and ocean. It was so peaceful and well equipped. It's an enjoyable walk but the shuttle is constant if you need it. We rented bikes as well and road the beach and bike paths. We will be back!

Beautiful location!

The condo was located on the 3rd floor in building 1 - closest to the ocean boardwalk, shuttle, deli, main pool & Coco's on the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely - ocean & marshlands. The condo itself had a nice kitchen but everything else really did need to be updated, furniture, bathrooms, etc. That being said, we were not there for the interior of the condo! The condo could really use a deep cleaning though as there was dust hanging from the popcorn ceiling & mold in both showers. But, as I said, we were not there for a fancy condo. We would definitely rent in this community again but try a different condo in the same building. Great location with easy access to many of Hilton Head's beautiful areas. Oh, great for families too!

Amazing week at Hilton Head

We had an amazing week at this condo! Wonderful views of the ocean/marshland. Awesome to have the wagon, 4+ chairs, and a couple boogie boards on site to use so we didn't have to bring them. There is also a shuttle that runs to/from the beach if you don't feel like walking. Cocos on the beach was fun the first couple days when the pool bar was not open. After that, we enjoyed Matt at the pool bar. The pool is great and right outside the door so you can see if chairs available. The master bed was super comfy, I slept SO well! Nice to have 2 bathrooms. It was me, my husband, our 20 yo daughter and her boyfriend came for part of the week. Kitchen is well stocked, only thing that would be helpful is a 13 x 9 pan. There is a keurig and a regular coffee pot as well as 2 crockpots, and blender. The owner was very responsive. There is not a washer/dryer so pack accordingly.

Great Condo Resort

This is a very nice property. A number of different activities for everyone. Well maintained inside and out. The condo has a small patio facing the ocean and a lagoon/marsh area. You can view many different species of birds from the patio. The condo was well appointed and stocked with everything we needed. The one item I would have liked to have was a small nightstand. The is one on the side closest the bathroom but having another one to put my glasses and book would have been nice. There was a cart, beach chairs and other items for use at the beach, which was nice. I would also like to see a more detailed welcome “book” as it took us until the second day to figure out the television and how to use the jacuzzi tub. I think that they should have move pictures as there many positives about the unit and resort. This resort was mid island and felt very safe as we walked on the paths several times. It was also convenient to shopping. There is a lot of different activities on the island for both golfers and non golfers. We would definitely return.

Perfect Summer Vacation Getaway

The condo was extremely clean, had everything my wife and I needed to make the perfect summer vacation. Location is excellent and the condo owners are even better ! (Very responsive) For the price for the week, the location and the views - you could not find a better vacation getaway.

Super! Wonderful! Fantastic!

I spent a week in June with my sisters and niece and there are not enough superlatives to express how great our stay was. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed it day and night. I even watched a meteor shower later one night! We had no idea how great the view was, because pictures just can’t do it justice! You can watch the breakers from the main bedroom, the living room, and kitchen as well as the deck. We were able to prepare meals easily, everything worked great and the place is well outfittted! We all slept well, beds were comfortable as was the couch. The beach buggy, umbrella and chairs were a real convenience also. We look forward to future stays here!

Hurricane cut it short 😫

WISH we could have stayed but unfortunately there was a mandatory evacuation after one day. They cut off the elevators early and that caused an issue getting out which was difficult for my husband (health issues). I understand though this was to encourage people to leave fast. The owner was more than accommodating and gave us a partial refund (I did purchase insurance). This is a nice place and good location, just wish we didn’t have to leave, it was a VERY LONG drive.

Long Weekend

My wife and I recently enjoyed a long weekend stay here. The owner was great to work with - the condo was exactly as described - the location is a little different than were we normally stay, but is very central to all of the main attractions. I would certainly recommend to anyone visiting.
