La nostra Ocean View Villa, recentemente ristrutturata, è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vi aspetta! Abbiamo pensato a tutto per rendere indimenticabile il tuo soggiorno, sia che tu sia un viaggiatore singolo o una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Godetevi la spiaggia, chilometri di piste ciclabili, golf, ottimi ristoranti, una varietà di attività acquatiche, shopping o scegliete di soggiornare e rilassarvi con una Smart TV a grande schermo, sistema audio avanzato, giochi, film, libri e vista sulla spiaggia.
La nostra villa si trova al secondo piano del palazzo C e comprende: giocattoli da spiaggia, carro da spiaggia, libri, dvd, giochi da tavolo, presa USB, refrigeratore per vino, impianto audio, TV 50 "Smart / Roku in salotto, TV via cavo, internet wifi, cavo hdmi (pronto per il vostro sistema di gioco) TV da 32 "in camera da letto, Keurig Vue (con adattatore K-cup) macchina da caffè, cucina con illuminazione sottopavimento regolabile, ventilatori a soffitto in camera da letto e soggiorno, ventilatore a soffitto doppio sul patio , sgabelli da bar sul patio per godersi la vista sulla spiaggia.
In loco le attività all'aperto includono: accesso alla spiaggia per l'oceano, 2 piscine, 10 campi da tennis, parco giochi per bambini, noleggio biciclette, percorsi pedonali e ciclabili, palestra, aree per grigliate e pic-nic, pizzeria, bar sportivo e ristorante stagionale sulla spiaggia (spettacoli stagionali dal vivo ), sno-cone shack, beach volley e sicurezza 24 ore. Durante l'estate ci sono film a bordo piscina e artigianato per bambini insieme a molte altre attività organizzate dal complesso.

Durante i mesi estivi si affitta solo settimanalmente. Il check-in e il check-out devono essere effettuati il ​​sabato.

Spring Break Getaway

Short Fall Visit to Hilton Head Beach

My daughter, myself and my 2 grandkids had a lovely time together at Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was immaculate. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed there longer. Kids couldn’t wait to see the beach and it was great to load up the chairs provided and head out on the short walk. It was an amazing time.

So much fun!

I stayed with my husband, and two small children. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean. My 4 year old loved all the board games that were there. We had everything we needed there, literally. The resort itself was great. We truly had the best time. We contacted the property manager twice and both times our questions were answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again. 😁

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! We have 3 kids, 13, 9, and 8 and had ample space. They made great use of the space, it was nicely updated, and every space was well thought out to work perfectly for all your needs. There were many beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart. They even stocked coffee and teas. It’s a perfect unit in proximity to the beach, pool, restaurant, and ice cream/shaved ice stand. The pool has many activities for kids that make this condo extra great: night time movie with cotton candy, music trivia with popcorn, hair braiding, DJ with games/contests, etc. Our kids loved it! Food was great at restaurant and drinks great at the pool bar. We will be back!

Great location + Clean and affordable

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This unit was in the perfect location, with literally steps to the beach. Clean, great price. If you are looking to sleep more than two you should know that there is only one actual bedroom, with one full sized bed and then a bunk bed. It was just my husband and myself so it was perfect for us two.

Excellent accommodation

Everything at this condo was excellent . The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed . The location to the pool and the beach was very good , and was a very clean area. My husband abd I both enjoyed staying at the condo , and felt very safe with a security person at the entrance gate at all times.

Great Location and Resort

Stayed with my family which included 3 kids during peak vacation season. Property and room were exactly as described. Location and Resort are great, room is very close to the pool, bar, and beach, and my kids loved all the activities during the week (and the playground/basketball court). Easy access to other parts of HHI as well. Hosts were very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect for a couple!

Absolutely perfect size for a couple. The condo was updated nicely and had every amenity we needed - down to a choice between keurig and regular drip coffee maker! It has everything we needed for an easy weekend trip. We will absolutely stay again on our next trip to HHI!

Great Condo with Everything You Need

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our birthdays. It was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. Clean and tidy. We sat on the covered balcony, ate at the on site restaurants, and walked to the beach. It is in a great quote location. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

Family Vacation
