Our home away from home provides a combination of amenities, private beach access, and convenience to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Plan a relaxing vacation at Hilton Head Resort. Our villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom with private bath also has a 43" Smart flat screen TV/DVD with HD cable. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin on top and another twin with a 32" Smart flat screen TV/DVD and HD cable. The living room offers a 43” flat screen TV with HD cable and Streaming DVD player. Also included are movies and games for our guest to enjoy. The kitchen has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware and utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric grill, and microwave). If you don't feel like cooking, just order from the Island Grill and Deli located in Building 1 or many of the nearby restaurants.
Hilton Head Resort is conveniently located next to The Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Walk or ride bikes on the paved trails to restaurants, Starbucks, Shelter Cove Mall, shopping and grocery store(less than a mile).

Just a few minute walk or ride the golf cart across our private boardwalk to the secluded beach. Enjoy the scenic saltwater marsh that is abundant with wildlife. We provide beach chairs, a rolling beach cart, small cooler, boogie boards and some beach toys. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, sunblock and beach towel!
We have tried to think of everything to make your 'home away from home' cozy and comfortable. We offer a lot of extra's to help make your stay enjoyable. For example, in the kitchen beside all the cookware and utensils you need, we try to leave all the following items aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, garbage bags, storage bags, flashlight, first aid kit, cooking oil & spray, salt & pepper, etc. We have extra blankets, board games, movies, books, etc. We also have hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets, towels, linens, broom, mop, and vacuum.
Our cleaning staff will leave you a starter kit of a roll of paper towels, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, dishwasher tablet, and a bar of shower soap to help get you off to a great vacation.
