Wonderful Villa in Palmetto Dunes

We had the most wonderful week staying at this villa. The location is ideal, central to restaurants, fun bike rides and mere minutes to walk to the beach for the day. We loved watching the pelicans flying by often as we sat on our balcony after a day at the beach and checking out the turtles in the pond.The villa has everything you need in the kitchen and was so beautifully decorated. We will be back!

Beautiful Villa and perfect location

Beautiful, updated and well equipped villa. We will be back. Great location in Palmetto dunes. Just 1 mile up the beach to the Dunes and about 2 miles the other way to Coligny. Shelter Cove just a quick bike ride away. The pool and grounds were immaculate and just lovely. We were sad to leave and will plan for a longer stay next time!

Family Hilton Head vacation

This is our 5th year in a row staying at Windsor Court. We love this complex and the condo this year was beautiful. We have been in several different ones and loved the balcony and view of this one. It’s a corner unit too so very quiet. Had everything we needed and as advertised. Our toaster was broke when we arrived and they promptly brought a new one later that day which we appreciated. Definitely will consider staying here again.

First Time in Hilton Head

We fell in love with HHI! This unit was perfect for our family-extremely clean, updated, and in a very well-maintained community. The location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do and see, and importantly to the beach! The credits for beach gear were so helpful and appreciated. We hope to return next year!

Perfect beach condo

We had a great time! Palmetto Dunes is a perfect location on HHI - very centrally located and close to everything. The unit is updated and has amazing views…and is just an elevator ride down to the beach. Strongly recommend this property for your beach vacation.

We had an amazing time at this beach home! The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking ocean views and the soothing sound of waves. The interior is tastefully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities exceeded our expectations, especially the well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The outdoor patio and private beach access were a highlight. The property management team provided exceptional service. We highly recommend this place for a rejuvenating getaway. If you are looking for a place to just get away from everything, then this is the place. Very quite, relaxing and friendly people. The property was spot on! Very clean and well maintained! We will be back!

Excellent condo.

Rental process was easy as was check in and out. Management company was very responsive to a minor issue. Condo was well appointed and as advertised. I had stayed in another unit two years ago and this unit was much nicer. All rooms and finishes have been updated. 5th floor views were a plus. Access to the storage locker In the garage was also nice. There was a beach cart, cooler, chairs and umbrella. Condition of the items varied. We brought our own chairs and such but being able to store them was a plus. The only issue was a lack of water pressure in the master shower and we ran out of hot water fast. Surprising since it was just three of us. Not sure if that is related to a setting on the water heater but this would not deter us from coming back. Overall a great stay!

Great vacation spot

They did a great job thinking of all the things you would need from cocktail shakers to oven pans for pizzas. The storage shed for the unit is chock full of everything you would need for the beach like umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs and a cart. Great view of the ocean although you won’t be able to see the sunrise from the porch. If you are up that early just walk down to the beach. It’s very close. We took advantage of the free 2hrs of tennis a day. I recommend bringing or renting bikes. Everything is easy to get to by bike. The island (especially palmetto dunes) has so many bike trails. The only downside was the pool. I feel like it could have been kept more clear and clean. It always looked cloudy probably from sun tan lotion and other body oils. Otherwise great relaxing place for a much needed vacation.

Beautiful and clean condo! View from balcony is great.. communication with property manager was perfect. Extra bonus was being able to use the beach cart and chairs. Would definitely stay again!
