Shorewood 437 - Vista sull'oceano e sulla piscina completamente ristrutturata

Shorewood Villas si trova nel cuore di South Forest Beach, a pochi passi da Coligny Plaza, dove è possibile trovare negozi, ristoranti o magari solo un gelato. Shorewood 437 ha due bagni full size, il master ha una cabina doccia. Vi è un ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo con TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici. L'unità ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard. Shorewood 437 è stato decorato magnificamente e ha tutti i comfort di casa. Ogni camera ha un grande ventilatore a soffitto per quei giorni caldi. King in the master, 2 gemelli nel 2 °, più un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Shorewood è una gated community privata con una bellissima piscina nuova con bagni, vasca idromassaggio e una piscina per bambini. La piscina è riscaldata dal 1 ° marzo al 30 aprile e dal 1 ° ottobre al 30 novembre.
C'è un parcheggio coperto e scoperto, oltre a splendidi giardini.

Convenient, clean, A+ balcony view

My husband and I loved our stay, It was very clean!! The balcony provided a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The check in process was easy and communication was great. We let them know we would be a late check in and they accommodated us perfectly. The location was amazing. We could walk to coligny in less than 10 minutes. We also loved the pool! This was easily the nicest place we have stayed at on Hilton head island.

Great vacation spot!

Great condo! Very clean and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony. Awesome beach and pool. Perfect place to relax. Also, it is located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bike trail and short drive to Tanger Shopping Center. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. Looking forward to returning!

Beautifully maintained, great apartment for families. Its a VRBO apt, so you have some chores to do, but very minimum. Loved it, will stay here again !! 10/10.

Wonderful property

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to a family emergency, but the 5 days we stayed at the apartment were just wonderful.. great condo, beautifully furnished and the view can’t be beat... hope to return to Hilton head very soon and would 100% book here again...

Overall nice, but would have been better without all the construction noise below us.

Overall this place is very nice and property is clean and updated. We mostly enjoyed our stay except for the constant construction noises below us. We couldn’t really enjoy the outside patio area until late in the day and still heard the loud noise of power tools and banging throughout the day inside and with doors closed. :(

Immaculate property/Primo location

This property is gorgeous! The condo is located in a wonderful spot, overlooks the pool/courtyard area, with the ocean in view. Secure location, with ample parking. Pool was heated (greatly appreciated) and the beach access boardwalks is in perfect condition. We will definitely return to this beautiful condo, hopefully in the not too distant future! It is obvious that the owners care about their property, and that they greatly value their clientele.

Lovely Condo

The location alone was amazing. Condo is in gated community, just steps from Coligny, super clean pool and hot tub, and gated entry to beach. Great job by the custodial staff there...grounds were spotlessly clean! They did a great job especially considering there was some building maintenance/remodeling going on. The condo itself was lovely and had a really good view. We were a little disappointed the A/C stopped working on our first night in the middle of the night, but the management was so fast in response to our request for repair, I really can't complain. Very impressed with the speed and professional response. Things break sometimes and we understand that. Still really recommend this home because of our good experience. I will definitely rent a property managed by Seashore again when traveling to Hilton Head.

Four days at the beach

Overall a good experience. Great place and beautiful job with decor. The cable tv experience was lacking. Remotes were confusing, volume did not work in living room and master bedroom had no normal channels we could find. No guides to help. Overall a great place with a great view.

Very Clean and Modern Location

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at Shorewood 437. The facility was very clean and updated with modern touches. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a small cooler and beach chairs available for use. We look forward in using this location for our next visit to Hilton Head.

Nice condo! Walk to beach and Coligny Plaza!

Overall, a very nice condo! Great location, fantastic pool and hot tub. Beautiful view! We loved being so close to Coligny Plaza. Condo was quiet, and we felt safe staying there with it being a gated community. Great place to stay for families with young kids. Loved our time there and HHI! A few suggestions: 1. Add blackout curtains because the current drapes don't keep out sun/allow for privacy. 2. Update living room furniture. Sofa wasn't very comfortable. 3. Cleanliness could be improved. There was sand still in the bathroom and on countertops. 4. Beach umbrella needs to be replaced; it's partially broken.

Updated Unit in Nice Complex Nearby Coligny

This place was very nice. Good pool and great location by the beach. Somewhat crowded on the beach because near Coligny park public access. We have two teenagers who loved the location because they prefer nearby stores and restaurants to walk and bike. A little less congestion would have been preferable for us parents, however. Overall, good location, great value, great condo with good view of the ocean, and wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful Beach View

This was the very nicest condo we have stayed in at Hilton Head. We arrived the day after evacuation from Hurricane Dorian was lifted. The elevator was not working and this unit is on the 4th floor. The temperature was in the 90's, so the process of carrying our luggage up four flights was very difficult. (Both my husband and I are in our late 60's). The rental agent told us the elevator company was on the way to fix it the day when we checked in. It was out for 3 days. We contacted rental agent as we did not want to carry groceries up and the agent, Alison offered to move us to a first floor unit. She also offered to meet us at the grocery store and help us carry our groceries. We chose to wait it our since we were already settled in the unit. Alison was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We hope to return in the spring to this beautiful condo. We plan to contact Alison personally and let her handle all of our vacation plans.
