 Entrando in 1 Night Harbor i tuoi occhi saranno attratti dalla luminosa e luminosa camera familiare con vista su un rigoglioso cortile e una rilassante piscina e spa. Ci sono tre campi da golf del campionato situati a Palmetto Dunes e questa casa si trova all'11 ° buca del campo Robert Trent Jones con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano.

La nostra cucina di lusso è aperta sulla camera familiare e offre un piano cottura a gas Thermador, un frigorifero SubZero, due lavandini, un forno a microonde, un refrigeratore per vino e un produttore di ghiaccio. Adiacente è una sala per la colazione con un tavolo caratteristico per quattro e un sacco di sedie extra. Le portefinestre appena fuori dalla sala per la colazione conducono ad un ampio ponte con posti a sedere ampi e una piscina e spa invitante.

Sul lato opposto della nostra cucina è la nostra bella sala da pranzo con spazio sufficiente per ospitare comodamente 10 persone.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto al piano inferiore ciascuna con letti king size e bagni privati con vasche idromassaggio e docce separate.
Al piano superiore troverete una sala giochi con nuovissimo biliardino e molti posti a sedere sul comodo divano componibile.
Ci sono altre 3 camere da letto al piano superiore. La prima ha 3 letti singoli e un bagno privato e un'altra camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e un bagno privato e la terza camera ha un letto king size con bagno privato.

Great house. A short walk to the beach. The house is well equipped and well kept. The kids had fun with the foosball table upstairs. It’s a comfortable place for the family to hang out at the end of a nice beach day. We had three groups and evryone had their own space. Would definitely stay here again.

Palmetto Dunes Retreat

My family has stayed at multiple houses in Palmetto Dunes and this was one of our favorites. The location was great and had easy access to the beach. The house itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of 11. We liked that there were 4 King Beds and that the kitchen was nicely appointed for nights we wanted to cook. The Property Manager was great. He was responsive to any questions and was easy to work with. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Family beach trip!

Wonderful beach house with open kitchen and living room area that overlooks the private pool. The space and bedrooms worked good for our multi family beach trip. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Close and easy walk to the beach access.

VERY NICE FOR THE MOST PART

Beautiful home! Very comfortable. There were 3 couples and the 3 master suites on the main floor worked out perfectly. Great beds. The kitchen was large enough and had all the necessary utensils. Very nice pool, patio and deck. Spent some time watching the deer graze through the back yard. As to cleanliness, the house in general was clean enough but the soft living room furniture, including the large sectional couch and two soft chairs were not clean. Very dirty! We had to use beach towels to sit on in the living room. Overall, we had a good time and would consider returning next year.

Family Vacation

The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group of 12 adults. Access to the beach was a 1-minute walk. Commination with Jon and Donna could not have been better, when we had any questions or concerns, they addressed the issue immediately. Favorite House in Palmetto Dunes

Overall, we had a great stay! The house is beautiful and location was amazing. The house could use some basic kitchen tools etc. There is a very limited number of glasses in the kitchen to be more specific. Also, the AC at the back of the house was a challenge. It never really got cool back there. We would definitely stay there again :)

This is the third year we’ve stayed in this lovely home. Perfect for large families with children. Short walk to the beach. New deck and new baths on first floor. Beach is very private. Hope to stay again! Jon and Donna, the property managers are over the top responsive.

Excellent VRBO House

8 adults for a golf holiday. We all loved the house, amenities and location( 2 mins to the beach). Jon and Donna Strebe were excellent property managers and very responsive to any queries or issues, of which there were very few. It would be a great house for families to enjoy as lots of space, bedrooms, amenities and a great pool and hot tub. Would rebook anytime!

Wonderful Week in Palmetto Dunes!

We recently had a wonderful week at 1 Night Harbor in Palmetto Dunes. This included a total of 13 people from three families, which matched up perfectly with the 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Each of the parents had their own master king suite and bathroom downstairs while all of our 7 teenagers had three bedrooms and a bonus room/loft to themselves upstairs with their own bathrooms. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed. We prepared several meals and used the grill and ovens quite often. There is also a refrigerator in the garage, which was great for storing all of our drinks. We enjoyed the ping pong table, foosball table, and pool. It was great that 10 beach towels were included. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, a pull cart, and some other beach items, which helped us limit the number of items we had to bring with us. The location was perfect with only a very short walk to the beach. The beach access has a ramp instead of steps (great for our pull carts). This section of beach is not crowded. We understand from other reviews that the deck is being replaced this fall. Also, the construction on the house next to us was not an issue at all (they appear to be working on finishes inside, which minimized the noise). Overall, this was a great house and we would definitely stay there again. The property managers were great and very responsive.

Perfect Family Retreat

We planned a 4 generation family trip and the property did not disappoint. Having a 6 bedroom house, all with private bathrooms was fantastic, when coming back from the beach. Speaking of the beach, it truly was a few minute walk to the beach & much less crowded than other parts nearer to condo buildings. The pool also provided a nice relaxing place to hang out at after a hot day at the beach. We ate every meal but 1 at the house and never felt like anything was missing as to appliances, cookware, etc. Overall a fantastic experience including communications with Jon.

Annual HH Trip

We’ve been going to HH since 1980, pretty much every year. As our family grows, so does our need for more bedrooms and more space. This 6 BR home fits our needs perfectly. We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row and plan to be back in 2023. Jon and Donna, the property managers, are very attentive, easy to work with, and down home friendly.
