Spacious condo in great location.

The unit was very much as advertised--roomy, clean, pleasant, well-furnished. Access and parking are great--except the spaces in basement garage are very tight. Kitchen well-stocked; linens & towels ample. TV's were hard to operate, but that's probably just me! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms fine. The location is outstanding--just steps from Coligny Beach!

Bday Celebration Vacay

We had a great time!! Property was amazing! Only thing that could’ve improved was that we had been told we could take the trolley to Beach House drop to have almost no walk to the beach because as I stated I was traveling with my 80 yr old Aunt who has back prob, my 64 yr old cousin who has rheumatoid arthritis & my 3 yr old granddaughter (who actually was a trooper thru it all). Everything else was absolutely amazing and would love to come back!!!

Awesome stay at an awesome location!

We loved staying at Surf Court 16! The location is amazing just a short-walk from the beach. We walked easily with a cooler but if you plan to bring a bunch of stuff I suggest a wagon just for ease. Coligny Plaza is also just a walk from the condo with plenty of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. The condo itself was very nice. You can tell the owners have made some renovations. It is a little dated (mainly in the bedrooms/bathrooms), but not awful by any means. We did have an issue with the water not staying hot for very long in the bathrooms but again not a super big issue. We just took just shorter showers than we normally do and spaced between. The water didn’t run cold just not as hot as when the shower started. The pool at the condo was easy to access and had plenty of chairs and tables. We did have to have a late check-in and we had to unexpectedly get a second parking pass and the owner was very accommodating and polite in all of our communications. Overall, I definitely recommend staying at Surf Court 16! I know we will be back for sure!

This property is extremely well located in Coligny Beach area. The unit has been updated and offered all of the necessary needs for our stay. Bonus: the permanent resident neighbors are super friendly! We would rent this unit again!

Cozy, Comfortable & Homie! I’d definitely stay again.

Could use a little maintenance on the sink’s food/garbage disposal... and also, the Screen door to the patio was completely detached from the sliding mechanism. Trash from previous tenants were left in the garbage & recycle bins. Other than those few issues... it was a great stay... I’d still come again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed this stay. Location was great. The unit is a little dated but in good shape which was fine for us. We are a family of 6 and we had plenty of room. No complaints. If you want a nice place near the beach for a good price this is a great choice.

Convenient and roomy. Comfy furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. Unit needs bedroom carpet, both bath tubs, kitchen appliances replaced.
