Clean and easy beach access

Clean place and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. The beds were extremely hard, even for my husband who likes firm beds. The kitchen was also lacking cooking supplies and food storage containers for refrigerator (Tupperware, baking sheets, pans). They provide a few rolls on toilet paper in each restroom and enough garbage bags that we didn’t need to purchase any which was appreciated. Much of the beach gear that came with the house is old and not functional so renting umbrellas and chairs might be helpful.

Spring Break

This was our second year stay at this property. My family and I had an amazing time as we did before. Very clean, plenty of space and extremely convenient from everything. Looking forward to booking our next spring break with this property.

Great Location

We were very happy with our stay! The condo is situated in a great area with beach access right across the street. It's also close enough to walk to the shops and eateries in Coligny. The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Great Spot!

Great place to stay! Awesome location and the place looks exactly like the pictures. Beds were really comfortable. The water pressure in the master shower is amazing. The property manager was quick to respond about anything and everything. Overall, it was a great stay and we're looking to come back next year!

Great space for family trip

We had a great stay, really enjoyed the location and nice walking distance to things. Everything was newly renovated in the condo and the furniture was very comfortable, beds firm with lots of pillows and bunk beds were a sturdy. Parking was so convenient being able to drive up to the door. This was a great deal for a 3 bedroom place and we would definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Great location but not very clean

I picked this location for my family for a short weekend visit to me because it was close to the beach and on the first floor. The location is great and it is easy to access. Your parking spot is right in front of the door and it's a quiet complex. However it is not as clean as I had hoped. Surfaces were clean but the carpets could use a scrub. And they ran the dishes/glasses thought the dishwasher just to be safe.

Mold, dirt, outdated, towel bar off the wall, filth. Property manager was awesome however and put us into another CLEAN until. This unit needs a thorough cleaning, and mold abatement done before being rented again.

Hilton Head

The unit is very spacious and absolutely as advertised. The top floor is warm and never quite cools off. The walk to the beach is a bit of a chore. Not terribly far, but the constant bike traffic on path is a headache.

Old, Tired, and needs some TLC

Great location easy access to beach and close to Coligny Square shops. The rental price point for week is outstanding. But, you get what you pay for here. Property is very very dated and nothing like the other units in complex from what is saw. Its not dirty at all; just years of use and no TLC given by owners. Can see stains in master bath from roof leaking. A/C unit cannot cool all 3 levels and all controls are on 2nd floor so unit ran nonstop all week. 1st is freezing cold, 2nd floor is on warm side 73-75 degrees no matter what you do, and 3rd floor master is more than uncomfortably warm. 3rd floor master baths floor is also noticeably warped. Washer leaked one day but they came right away and fixed it. No TVs on second floor so kids/guest rooms need to bring iPads or something else to entertain themselves at night or rainy days. Property is outstanding, service is outstanding, and this complex is great location. Just needs to be renovated as I don’t think it’s been touched in last 20 years.
