Located in Palmetto Dunes-Inverness Village. This end unit features views of numerous holes on the Fazio Golf Course, including 3 greens! Just a short walk to the pool & tennis courts. 1 mile to ocean/beach. Newly renovated from top to bottom in 2021. This is a 2 story unit with approximately 1350 square feet . Updated kitchen - white cabinets, quartz countertops, breakfast bar & stainless appliances. Brand new washer & dryer in unit. Spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, fan, walk in closet & full en-suite. Unit has a first floor bed & full bath. 3rd sleeping area with 2 twin built-ins. Queen sleeper sectional in family room. Outdoor area with grill, table with chairs and sectional couch.

Roaches Roached Roaches. Every day. Every night. Ruined the stay for me/usOwner said ‘it was part of the environment down here’. We just sprayed. ‘If these crawling up ur bdrm wall and in ur bed gross u out too then it will also ruin ur stay. Or u will b there after a 13 hr drive w no place to stay. We chose this place for 3 things. The view of golf, the grill/outdoor area and good reviews. I wanted to give it great reviews. But I can’t. I dont want someone else’s much needed vaca ruined like mine. In addition the grill was filthy. The prop mgr dropped off cleaning supplies for US to clean but didn’t offer to have it cleaned. (Really?). We also had to wash the filthy windows. The outdoor cushions were soaked under a gross tarp and reeked. So the outdoor space was unappealing. I’m from FL. We spray religiously to prevent this type of roach problem. We’ve stayed in HH 10 times and NEVER had a problem. It is not “part of the environment “. I’m going back to using a full time professional service vs ruining my vacation while making someone else’s mortgage payment. This is more expensive anyway plus u don’t have to strip ur own beds, clean AND pay a cleaning fee.

Great location for golf viewing!

We had a great stay. The house was very nice and clean. Location was perfect, right on the George Fazio golf course with a green just to the right of the patio and a par three off to the left. The pool is a short walk away (past a pond with several sunning gators). Not far from the beach and right in the middle of things in Hilton Head (restaurants, golf courses, grocery store just across the street from the community). One thing to note if you are particular about beds, the upstairs primary bed is very firm. We ended up sleeping on the downstairs guest room bed as it was much softer. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property

We loved staying in this property located in the Inverness Village neighborhood of Palmetto Dunes. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The twin bunk room was a hit with my two young boys. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had travel issues wile getting there and the host Julie was kind, gracious easy to reach. This was our third year in a row going to Hilton Head and this was our favorite property to stay in. We will be back

Summer Vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Clean and fully stocked. Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything: could bike to the beach, stores and cafes within 15-20 minutes. We had a nice time and would stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

Lovely stay in HH!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was great, just a short bike ride to the beach, driving range and tennis courts. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shops on the island. Our family felt at home!

Great host

Excellent property and it’s well maintained. Check in was somewhat simple although we ran into a door code issue. Both the property manager and owner were available via a phone call and quickly resolved the issue. Beds were comfortable and my son really enjoyed staying in that additional room meant for kids. Will be coming back

Beautiful Beach Vacation

My partner and I had an amazing stay at this property! The place is beautiful, very clean, looks brand new, and is spacious. The location was perfect because it’s right on the golf course and a short ride (bike or car) to the beach. Julie and her husband were also amazing communicators and answered any questions we had. Definitely will look at staying here again :)

Officially in Love with this place!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and WOW! This condo did nothing but help make this one of our best beach vacations! The owners were so helpful and easy to contact even before the trip- giving us suggestions of where to rent bikes from, etc. They were so welcoming and helpful! The condo itself was comfortable and beautiful and had so much space for our family of 6 to spread out! The beds were very comfortable to sleep on! Loved the “in wall” twin beds for our boys! Even our “taller than mom” teenager fit in there perfectly! The bathrooms definitely have a wow-factor about them with updates and beautiful tile work. The condo backs up to the golf course and it creates the most peaceful back yard to look out over as you sit at the kitchen table. We noticed that the kitchen is fully equipped- it’s not just the bare minimum like some places we have stayed in the past. I highly recommend renting bikes because the many many bike trails are definitely a must-do while staying there! It was my favorite part of this vacation!

Go to beach while turkey roasts

A delightful stay. Owner had everything we needed to make a feast and we enjoyed the har- try Tennus courts around the corner and some long walks. Collet than expected but everyday sunshine - even went boating and saw several dolphins and we think we spotted a manatee. Great 10 days!

Great Property Close to Everything on HHI

We truly enjoyed renting this property at Palmetto Dunes. The owner was super helpful and we had everything we needed. Walking distance to pool and tennis. Walk, Bike, or car to the beach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We didn’t want to leave. We plan to stay here again. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Beautiful Rental

Family vacation - My Father lived on Island for 30+ years. My Sister and I vacationed with our kids.

Condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and supplied with just about Everything you would need to entertain, go to beach and pool. The view was amazing being on the Fazio golf course. Plan to return and stay at this Condo again in the fall,

Simply Perfect!

We stayed for a month. The villa is immaculate, was recently gut renovated (so everything is brand new including furnishings) and is stocked with everything you need. We worked remotely from the villa and there was even a medium size folding table that made a perfect desk. The villa is an end unit, so there is a lot of light and it’s a short bike ride to the beach. Julie is super responsive if you need to interact with her during your stay. Simply a great villa with an attentive owner.

Haven or Heaven?

The place is immaculate, nicely furnished and has everything you need. It’s in a super fun and active community. The pool and tennis courts are around the corner and the beach was only a short bike ride. The hosts were responsive anytime we needed something and provided us with great restaurant recommendations, etc. Don’t hesitate to book. We hope to come back and rent the property again.
