Benvenuti a 10 Knotts Way una casa a 3 piani ben arredata in una comunità privata a North Forest Beach!

Questa splendida casa dispone di un'ampia zona giorno con soffitti alti 24 piedi e molte finestre che consentono di ammirare lo splendido sole Hilton Head. La zona giorno ha un sacco di posti a sedere e una grande TV che lo rende il luogo ideale per la famiglia e gli amici per raccogliere. La zona pranzo e la cucina sono aperte sulla zona giorno e possono ospitare fino a 16 persone per cenare, il che è fantastico per intrattenere la famiglia e gli amici.

Ci sono quattro master suite in casa; tre di loro hanno un letto matrimoniale, il quarto ha un letto matrimoniale. Le master suite dispongono di aree salotto, bagni privati, TV e sono molto spaziose. Ci sono due camere da letto supplementari che hanno entrambi due letti matrimoniali in ogni camera da letto, un bagno privato e una TV. La camera da letto doppia ospite al secondo piano ha anche un divano letto matrimoniale per i bambini. La quarta master suite si trova al terzo piano della casa e offre un letto matrimoniale, una TV e un bagno privato. C'è un ascensore in casa con accesso dal garage al terzo piano.

La casa si trova in quarta fila ed è a soli 125 passi dalla spiaggia, a pochi passi da Plaza Coligny, dove troverete negozi, ristoranti, alimentari, caffetteria, gelaterie e intrattenimento. Se preferisci saltare su una bicicletta e goderti un giro su 55 km di piste ciclabili sull'isola, la pista ciclabile si trova direttamente dall'altra parte della strada.

C'è una grande piscina privata soleggiata e una vasca idromassaggio, entrambi possono essere riscaldati a un costo aggiuntivo. C'è una zona pranzo a bordo piscina, una griglia a gas e un sacco di sedie a sdraio, l'area della piscina è completamente recintata e c'è uno spazio verde per i bambini a giocare o il posto perfetto per il cane di famiglia.

Il parcheggio è nel garage, c'è un parcheggio per quattro veicoli di grandi dimensioni, 5 veicoli di piccole dimensioni e un posto auto aggiuntivo di fronte al garage.

La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio possono essere riscaldate a un costo aggiuntivo dal 30 marzo al 30 novembre. Si prega di notare che la vasca idromassaggio riscalda solo alla temperatura della piscina.

Wonderful house with easy access to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is lovely and provided lots of space for our group of 12. The pool was enjoyed by all, and there was easy beach access. Coligny Plaza is about a mile away and has of dining and shopping options for all ages. The only things that would have made this property perfect is if the hot tub was heated without an extra fee and if there were some included pool toys and beach chairs, but there is a credit given to rent beach items. The property management was very responsive and called on our first day to check in. Would definitely consider renting again!

Family Christmas 2022

Our family started a Christmas tradition to meet in Hilton Head each year. Trying different areas in the island will be fun. This property was able to host my family Christmas dinner, it’s close to the beach, every room had an en-suite. There’s a 4 car garage. The elevator really helped because my mom can only walk up so many steps. We will rent again! We had a great time!

The house was very spacious & well equipped for our group of 9. When I initially rented I as told we could heat the hot tub but when I tried to set it up a month before our stay I was told that wasn’t possible. I emailed again for further information but never heard back.

Heritage week stay

We booked this property back in 2019 and had a much larger group coming for the 2020 heritage golf tournament, it ended up being just 3 of us for 2021, house has so much space and could easily accommodate a large group of people! One of the gates doesn’t lock, and the elevator wouldn’t open on the 3rd floor, house is dog friendly and that is a must for us. The location was amazing, only thing that would’ve been better is if you could access the beach from this street.

Loved our stay but a few fixes couldGo

The layout, location and size of the house was absolutely perfect! However, upon arriving, the pool/hot tub was not heated - it seemed as if my communication regarding heating the pool was lost in the shuffle but the owner rectified this for us as soon as possible. Some of the fixtures and appliances in the home could also use some updating (fridge was constantly leaking, 1 out of 2 ice makers worked, but marginally, exterior doors wouldn’t lock, shower heads and faucets were built up with limescale) and we had an issue with water pressure and temperature. The Queen suite bed was lopsided to one side and the first floor double room bathroom door was off the tracks when we arrived- luckily we had some handy men staying in the house, because my attempt to reach the property owners was ignored. This house has so much potential but quite a few fixes or updates could go a long way!

Very disappointed

Cable was out in all the bedrooms despite several calls and a even visit from the cable company (guy couldn’t figure out where the main box was despite looking for 30 minutes); area around pool very much needed power washed and the cushions were dirty; there was dog feces in the grass around the pool we had to clean up. The bedding including sheets and pillow cases were of low quality and uncomfortable. The carpet in the main floor bedroom was unraveling at bathroom entry. Moisture leak in upstairs likely from A/C. I could go on but what’s the point? This is not a luxury property in its current condition.

Wifi was poor. Third floor shower exhaust doesn’t work and caused alarm to go off waking people.

Beautiful home and an easy walk to the beach. Wish it had bigger porch to gather on.

This is a very dated property on the interior, it's in need of an extreme cleaning, & facelift

If you like exercise you'll like this property, it is a workout with all the stairs. This property was very disappointing. Everything from floors, carpet, furniture, appliances and stocking kitchen items needs updating. Upon entering a good majority of the floor tiles are all cracked. The kitchen cupboards were all chipped and worn. They kitchen was not well stocked at all with basic things such as large serving bowls, a mixer, serving platters, wine glasses, Tupperware Everything was old, cheap , rusty or not working. The windows were dirty, the carpets had stains and cheap patch jobs. The fridge is tiny and rusty, the oven took 2-3 hrs to bake some potatoes then baked beans. 45 minutes for cookies for the kids. The patio pictures showed chair and lounge cushions and there were none . There was also not a umbrella for patio table or anty type of beach chair. On a good note the rooms were laid out well but the noise does travel all over the house from the living room because of the high ceilings. We have rented in HH for 16 years and this was the most disappointing property . It really needs updating and major attention to old worn everything!!!

Spacious, quiet, beautiful home

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this home. The home was so well laid out that it accommodated my wife and I, my two brothers and their families (13 in all) without ever feeling cramped. The kitchen was gorgeous with lots of room to prepare and cook our meals, and plenty of utensils and plates. The dining area was able to seat our entire family for dinner comfortably. The living room was inviting and cozy and the bedrooms were large and spacious. The bonus was the elevator which went from the garage on the ground floor to all floors in the house, which was well used by my wife and I as we have trouble negotiating stairs. It is only a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed during our stay as well. And It was only a mile or so away from Coligny Plaza which has a number of shops and restaurants......so much to do all within walking or biking distance. The house is at the end of the main street so it is quiet and peaceful (i.e., not a lot of traffic). The only thing that would have made this a perfect stay is if the heating system for the pool (heat pump) would have been able to heat the pool and hot tub so that we could have enjoyed the pool during our stay. The temperature was below 60F for much of the time we were there and apparently the heat pump does not work below 60F. Other than that we had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this property if you are looking for a fun vacation house.
