Questa casa unica nel suo genere con 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni e vista sull'oceano è l'ideale per una divertente vacanza in spiaggia a Hilton Head Island. Goditi la vista sull'oceano da quasi tutte le stanze della casa. Quando entri in casa, vedrai una grande area soggiorno con camino e vista sull'oceano da parete a parete. Alla vostra destra c'è la cucina completamente attrezzata e la sala da pranzo, entrambe con vista sull'oceano. Al largo della sala da pranzo è un grande ponte con una griglia e zona pranzo. Questo ponte conduce ad un ponte di livello inferiore con una vasca idromassaggio. A sinistra della casa ci sono due delle quattro camere da letto. La prima è una camera da letto principale con un letto king size, splendida vista sull'oceano e una TV a schermo piatto. Al largo della camera da letto è un bagno privato aggiornato con cabina doccia. Il bagno principale ha accesso a un ponte laterale dove si può anche godere della splendida vista sull'oceano. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a schermo piatto. Questa camera ha accesso anche al ponte laterale. Proprio fuori dalla camera da letto nella hall c'è un altro bagno di dimensioni standard con doccia / vasca.

Il secondo piano ospita la master suite con terrazza privata, grande TV a schermo piatto, camino e un ampio bagno privato. Il bagno ha doppi lavandini e una grande cabina doccia. L'ampio pianerottolo aperto guarda verso il soggiorno. La quarta camera ha 2 letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato. Il bagno ha una vasca / doccia. All'esterno c'è tutto il divertimento. Goditi i grandi ponti e la grande piscina che si affacciano sul tuo lungomare privato verso la spiaggia. Fai un pisolino in una delle due amache o scendi sul ponte sole a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Di notte, puoi goderti una serata rilassante intorno alla buca per il fuoco prima di fare una passeggiata serale sulla spiaggia.

Terrific Vacation in Casa Beleza!

This is a terrific property! Had a week there in the summer with our 3 adult children, and my wife and me. The setting is one of the best on the island (we have been to HHI rentals >10 times over the years), easy to get to, close to dining and shopping, and near golf, tennis, etc. The outside areas are beautiful and well-kept - pool is nicely shaded most of the day, which was great for summer. Walkway out to the beach is probably 150 meters long, and well-lit for night. Beach is typical HHI - broad and beautiful, white sand and sparsely populated with people, even during the high season. House is comfortable and stylish, and nice areas to get away and read, as well as a lovely common room. Bedrooms are nice and big, with the 2 masters having great views. Management was responsive to a few small maintenance issues we found at the beginning of the trip. Very happy with this place and this vacation!

First, the house is downright awesome. The location is superb and gorgeous. But, even better is the property management company. I have never dealt with a better company. I will definitely be using them again!!!!

Great house in perfect location

Ocean direct spacious home with all amenities included. Our family had perfect vacation. Home was very clean, beds comfortable, decorated in up tp date fashion. Truly cant think of a thing we would have done differently.

We throughly enjoyed the home, pool and the beach. Upon arriving at the house, the view from the front door all the way through the house and out to the beach was priceless. The beach was not crowded at all and the walkway out to the beach saved our feet and helped us not have to drag all of our beach stuff back to the house everyday. My grandkids really enjoyed the pool after spending a few hours on the beach and we especially liked that there was a mid-week pool service to clean the pool from all of the pine needles that collect there. Finally the house…...what a beautiful home with terrific views and accommodations. It was clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and used the washer/dryer once while there. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. Would highly recommend.

Perfect house and location!

The house was set up perfectly for our family and even nicer than I expected! The grounds were excellent and so easy back and forth to the beach. Wonderful memories for our family and I hope to return!

Great vacation!

This property is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail is amazing. We loved the décor, amenities, and had everything we needed and more. Loved the walkway/sun deck to the beach with flagpole! Extra beach towels were great too.

Great house and location for family

We had an excellent stay at the house. A couple of caveats for families or groups of more than 6 people. The dining table only has 6 chairs. Very challenging to add more to the table. Outdoor table has more seats but it was too hot and rainy to use it. Management company handled our calls very quickly. Easy to get food deliveries to home from Walmart and others for no-touch shopping. Loved being at the beachfront. Easy for kids.

Great beach house

Fantastic house! Can’t say how much we loved it. We def plan to return. Kids loved the pool. Walkway going out to beach was beautiful. Great stretch of beach. Property is very well maintained. Some suggestions for improvements: - We loved the new fire pit. Had s’mores every night. It would be nice to have a stock of wood in/near garage for guest use to replenish fire pit. - Pool floor and walls could use a bleaching/scrub. Some discoloration. - In addition to blowing off pool deck, it would be great if you would also vacuum pool once a week during stay. We had some passing storms which blew debris which sank to the bottom. - Provide guests with 2- 4 beach chairs with your logo similar to the beach towels. If they lose any, charge. Buying chairs is expensive and bulky to transport. Would be so much easier if they were provided. - Plant a large shrub or fencing on side of pool along walking path. There is a large gap now and people can see into pool area as they walk along path (which was very busy!). More privacy would be nice. Again, we loved the house. You’re doing a great job keeping it very nice. Quality of furnishings are great - Frontgate, crate and Barrel, etc. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Location, amenities are awesome. Beachfront was amazing. Pool and hot tub put to great use. Terrific family vacation in excellent property located within short bike ride or walk to beach shops and restaurants. House was beautiful with great views of ocean. Well maintained with lots of little extras for guests left by property management. Easy check in and out! We will definitely stay again!!

Perfect location to the beach & lovely home

Lovely home, though the air conditioning did not work in the second upstairs bedroom. Could use a little TLC in the paint department as some walls were badly scuffed.

Loved the home itself and especially the beachfront location

The home was lovely and comfortable. There was, however, an odd odor that lingered with even the pantry items that we brought home. We had noticed the odor initially upon arrival. Just, hopefully, constructive criticism. Have recommended the home to a friend - with the caveat of the odor.

The property was beyond expectations. My goal was to find a home with lots of windows where you could see the beach from the home, walk easily to the beach AND there was a beautiful pool! Great location - easy access to restaurants, shopping, golf and more. 6 adults with 4 bedrooms, 4 and 1/2 baths...open floor plan with kitchen next to breakfast area overlooking open living room with large television! The house has been updated and no expense was spared! As I write this, my husband is saying, “When are we going back?”
