This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has brand new living room furniture, including a newly mounted 55” TV and new décor throughout! Freshly painted with soft, coastal colors! It is located on the 3rd floor and features views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped gardens. 1302 Sea Crest provides guests with spacious comfort and plenty of room to relax, unwind and enjoy the resort atmosphere.

When entering the villa, the King bedroom is off the foyer to the left. This bedroom has a new 40" flat screen mounted TV, walk-in closet and a private bath with a garden tub, separate shower and a brand new granite double vanity and new cabinets and a private balcony. The second bedroom is to the right off the foyer and features two Queen beds, also has a new 40" flat screen TV, and spacious new bathroom with a new granite vanity and cabinets that is shared with the hall.

The fully equipped kitchen has brand new, gorgeous granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining table seats 6. The large living/dining area has plenty of seating with a new navy blue couch with Queen sleeper and a leather recliner. There is a sliding door to the balcony, where guests can relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf, tennis or sightseeing and exploring. The owners have added coastal touches throughout the villa to make you really feel you are at the perfect ocean getaway and you will definitely want to come back year after year to experience this wonderful villa.
