Enjoy this custom built home in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! Located on the corner of Dune Lane and Sandpiper, this luxury home is just two rows back from the beach and can accommodate up to 16 of your closest friends and/or family.

The gourmet kitchen features a Frigidaire Professional stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a 5-burner gas stove, double ovens, a wine fridge and plenty of counter space and storage. A half bath and the laundry room are just off this kitchen area. The laundry room has a stackable front loading Electrolux washer and dryer, a sink and plenty of storage.

The living and dining areas provide access to a screened in porch, an elevator that goes to all floors, as well as the new upstairs deck complete with your own private pool & hot tub, a Charbroil propane grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for six. There are two driveways and the two car garage for ample parking. The garage features a ping-pong table and shuffleboard game table with 6 stools.

The first of four master bedrooms is located just off the living area on the main level. There is a king bed, 55” Roku TV and a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, soaking tub and two single vanities. A second master bedroom on this level also has a king bed, 55” Roku TV and a private bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo. The third master bedroom on this level has a wood framed king bed, 65” Roku TV and access to the deck with 4 rocking chairs and 4 small tables. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a large double vanity and walk-in shower.

On the upper level there is a spacious, second living area with sectional couch, large 65” flat screen TV and a walk out to the second floor screened-in porch, overlooking the pool, hot tub and sundeck. This living area also features a wet bar, mini fridge, coffee station and dishwasher.

The fourth master bedroom is just off the upstairs living area and features a king bed, 55” Roku TV, fold down desk with USB ports and private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Another bedroom on this level features a wooden sleigh king bed, 65” Roku TV and private bathroom with large walk-in shower and double sink vanity.

On this floor there is also a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, 55” Roku TV, large walk-in closet and private bathroom with large walk-in shower and single vanity. The second guest bedroom on this level has two queen beds, 55” Roku TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

The location of this home is just steps to the beach and a quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza which has over 25 specialty shops, restaurants and seasonal entertainment as well as the Piggly Wiggly grocery store.
