Fantastic home for large families

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our requests were answered promptly. We did find some trash under the beds in a couple of the rooms but otherwise there were no issues and the home was very clean.

The perfect spot

We had a wonderful family reunion visit with family from three states. The property was top notch, newly renovated and absolutely gorgeous! The management team was very responsive to our requests for vacation help. So nice to know they are available to assist in any way needed. We are hoping we can return next year!

Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Home

My family enjoyed a great four-day vacation at this luxury beachfront home at Hilton Head Island! The open floor plan, six bedrooms, private pool, incredible views of the beach and close proximity to the beach made our stay awesome, exciting and comfortable! Highly recommend this home!

Beautiful House, great location!

We had a great stay! We had extended family sharing the space, and had plenty of space for everyone. Great location, close to an inlet so nice and private. There is a public beach access just down the way where renters from across the street come in, but the beach is huge at low tide and we never felt crowded. The pool/pool area is in full sun most of the day, so a tent or umbrellas would really help. Beautifully decorated house, well appointed kitchen. When we arrived outside area was not cleaned - food under table etc, but not a huge deal. Weather was great and rental company responded quickly to any requests. Thank you for sharing your house with us, would stay again!

Beautiful home with great views of the ocean! Highly recommend for family vacation.

We loved the home before entering. When inside, the house was very clean and well laid out. We really enjoyed the heated pool and spent most afternoons there before going out to dinner. The beach was steps away so no need for coolers! Beach, pool, dinner out, great family conversation, good nights sleep, a fantastic place to enjoy our families, repeat What more can you ask for? We plan to make this an annual event. HomeAway made our stay a wonderful experience.

Stayed for a weekend in March, Views are tremendous of the beach and ocean. Pool on the small side but the house worked out great for us. Convenient to anywhere on the island

great location

Beautiful location and great layout for large group... The down size of the rental was large. 1. The dish washer sounded like a industrial vacuum. 2. The refrigerator froze no mater what setting it was on. 3. Heated pool with no pool skimmer, there was construction next door. 4. Cleanliness of kitchen was much to be desired, filthy oven, bugs in dishes, unclean drink ware. 5. Pool hose broke. 6. Propane tank empty. 7. Toe kick in bathroom kept falling off. We understood about the construction, it was off season, but it would have been nice to use the pool we paid extra for heating if we had a pool skimmer, due to insulation from next door. The general maintenance and up keep was horrible. We had asked to check in early if possible, but we where told the cleaning and maintenance crew needed to finish the inspection. Not sure what they inspect, but they missed a lot. Our family enjoyed spending time together in this beautiful location, but we where very disappointed in how the up keep of this property has been neglected. Tina Wunrow

Beautiful home but sad how renters destroy it.

The house was a beautiful expensive , large, beach home. We loved. the location. However, we were surprised with how hard people had been on this home. Cupboards, walls, appliances, and furniture were very worn, knicked, and marked. The grill was so dirty; we did not even attempt to use it. The pool was cleaned a second time while we were there; however, so much chlorine was put in the pool that my granddaughter’s hair is still green two weeks later. It also ruined the white on another granddaughter’s white striped swimsuit. I wrote this review two weeks ago but it would not submit.

Incredible location on Hilton Head

We could not have been more pleased with our vacation this year. The house was incredible as well as the location and access to the beach. We have been vacationing on Hilton Head for many years and this was our first time working with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head and they are great. They helped us find the perfect house and they stayed engaged with us before and throughout our vacation to make sure everything was perfect. We will work with them again next year for our vacation.....

Relaxing Stay on the Beach

The house worked very well for us. It was clean, the management was very responsive and communicative. The views and beach access were really unparalleled. We paid extra to have the little pool heated and we're glad we did! We used it every day. I highly recommend this property.
