Welcome to Tygers on the Beach at Fiddler's Cove. This 1st floor fully equipped villa is 300 yards, approximately an 8 min walk to the private beach access. The pristine beach is one of the least crowded on the island, making it ideal for families. Lounge in the seasonally heated / cooled pools, relax in the hot tub or play tennis/pickleball/racquetball on site. Enjoy golf course views from the patio, king size bed in the master bedroom, and an easy access to the bike trails, restaurants, and shops that make Hilton Head Island the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The space
This newly remodeled villa is located in Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This villa has the coveted convenience of being on the ground floor- no carrying beach gear and luggage up and down the stairs! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is immediately adjacent to the second full bathroom. Pamper yourself in the master bedroom, using the makeup table with a touch control lighted mirror. Relaxing on the queen-size sleeper sofa is an added sleeping option.
A well-appointed kitchen with quartz countertops, all the cooking essentials, and coffee bar are ready for you and your group. Pack a little lighter since an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, starter bathroom essentials, a pack-n-play, and a highchair are included as well. Everything that your family needs for the beach and the pool, including beach towels , beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, small coolers, boogie boards, pool noodles, and toys for the kids are ready for your use!
Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the private deck with ceiling fan and views of Port Royal Golf Course. Relax In the living room on the very comfortable recliner while watching the 65" TV. Disney, ESPN, ESPN 2 and NBC Golf are now included in the 150 cable TV channels. Cable TV is provided only on the living room TV. Smart TVs are also in both bedrooms, stream using your own account/ password. There is high-speed internet access throughout and there are board games, puzzles, and books ready for evening family fun after a day at the pool or the beach.
Fiddler’s Cove has two outdoor seasonally heated/ cooled pools (open March 1- Oct 31) , an outdoor hot tub (open all year) , seven tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two racquetball courts, several playgrounds, a small fitness center in the club house. There are multiple access points to Folly Field Beach, including 3 private beach accesses less than ten-minute walk from the villa (300 yards) . The public access was renovated November 2023 and includes restrooms, parking, vending machines, outdoor showers and benches. Hilton Head’s expansive bike trails lead right outside of the property and are ready for you and your family to enjoy!

Free parking is provided for 2 vehicles. Vehicle info is required at booking for your prearranged parking pass to be given to you at check-in via the security gate. No commercial, RVs, trailers, boats or motorcycles permitted per HOA. Parking is right outside the villa and there are always spaces available.
Owners are not responsible if an amenity is unavailable during your stay due to repairs or maintenance. We will do our best to notify you asap if an amenity will be unavailable.
Travel insurance is highly suggested to cover unexpected events and especially during hurricane season! Our cancellation policy will be followed per VRBO policy.

Starter pack of dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, TP, paper towels, trash bags are provided to last a few days. You'll need to provide additional supplies as needed.
Drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker with a starter pack of K cups are available. Cream, sugars, tea bags and coffee filters are provided. Please bring your own favorite coffee.
Gas and charcoal barbecue grill stations with picnic areas are available on the property, one is behind our building. We provide grilling utensils.
The seasonal heated/ cooled pools are open March 1st- October 31, weather dependent. The hot tub is open all year.

Fiddler’s Cove HOA requires documentation and additional insurance for any Service / Emotional support animals. A minimum of 30 day notice must be given to the host prior to brining a ESA/ service animal to Fiddler’s Cove in order to obtain the required paperwork and submit to the HOA for approval.

One Ring doorbell/ camera is mounted outside of the front door for security. The Ring doorbell records both visually and audibly. The camera is facing the outside of the unit looking at the building entrance and is motion activated recording. The camera is not monitored. There are No cameras on the deck nor inside the villa. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
Traveler’s insurance is strongly encouraged to cover unexpected events, especially during hurricane season! Cancellation policy is followed.
