Benvenuti a 2 Cassina Lane, un cottage sulla spiaggia meravigliosamente aggiornato a South Forest Beach!

Questo bellissimo cottage sulla spiaggia è stato aggiornato, ci sono nuovi arredi e TV a schermo piatto in entrambe le aree salotto e tutte le camere da letto. La casa è decorata in un arredamento a tema spiaggia ed è così invitante e confortevole. Il cottage sulla spiaggia è un piano unico, e non ci sono gradini a casa. Il soggiorno ha soffitti a cattedrale, un camino a legna, una grande TV a schermo piatto e bei mobili. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per otto ed è aperta a una seconda area salotto che offre una vista sul cortile privato e la bella piscina privata che può essere riscaldata per un costo aggiuntivo. La cucina è aggiornata, ci sono armadi acero, ripiani in granito ed è ben attrezzata.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto, tutte dotate di bagno privato, arredamento più recente, materassi e biancheria nuovi. Ci sono due camere matrimoniali entrambe con letti king size, una TV a schermo piatto e bagni privati, uno dei bagni padronali è stato rinnovato. La terza camera ha un letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale e il livello inferiore è un letto matrimoniale e c'è anche un letto a rotelle situato sotto per i bambini piccoli.

Il cortile completamente recintato è dove troverai la tua piscina privata, con una grande piscina coperta, un sacco di sedie a sdraio, un bar Tiki, un tavolo e ombrellone per mangiare e una griglia a gas.

La casa si trova a pochi passi da Plaza Coligny dove troverete negozi, ristoranti, intrattenitori locali, una caffetteria locale, due gelaterie e il negozio di alimentari. La casa si trova anche a pochi passi da tennis e un centro fitness e la pista ciclabile si trova dall'altra parte della strada, ci sono 55 miglia di piste ciclabili asfaltate sull'isola.

Loved this house. The property was close to everything while remaining private and quiet. The beach was a 5 min walk and not crowded, even though we visited in July. We also loved the pool and the fenced in yard (fantastic for our dog). The pool was even cleaned mid week, so it was pristine. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beach house getaway

We stayed 5 days, it was amazing! The house was located near everything around Coligny Beach which was great for us. The beach house was very clean and well laid out plus we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier than expected. We enjoyed down time lounging in the house and evening swims in the heated pool. Thank you again for a memorable spring break!

Close to the beach with nice pool and yard

Enjoyed our week in HHI. Easy access to the beach and great backyard pool. The fenced in yard with the dogs was a plus. The house could use some TLC. Red area rug needs to go. It was old and dirty and so was some of the furniture.

Looking forward to staying here against.

This property was perfect for my family. The listing described the property accurately. The layout was as described. The fenced in yard and pool were the main reasons I choose to rent this property. The outside access from the one bedroom area was perfect for the pets. Beach Properties provided a couple of extra amenities which was nice. My family said they are excited about staying here again. See ya next year 2 Cassina Lane.

Clean property, stayed with family and 2 small dogs. Nice fenced in yard with pool. Short walk to beach, path at end of street. Corner house but not much traffic noise and bike path acros the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

We just got back from a week at 2 Cassina lane. We were pleasantly surprised. We all thought that the house was bigger and more modern than the pics portrayed. The house has 3 roomy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We spent most of our time in the lovely sunroom and the pool. We brought our pup, the fenced in yard was perfect for her. Also, the kitchen had everything that we needed. The house is only 5 houses away from the beach path (unmarked but you’ll see it). You won’t regret booking. Perfect for a family or two!

Great Time At The Beach We had a great time at the beach

The property was overall in excellent condition and had a reasonable amount of space for two families and several kids. The pool was also heated and was very pleasant to swim in. The kitchen was well furnished with dishes, pans, etc and was nicely equipped. The property staff was accomodating and reponsive to reasonable requests.

Great Location

We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. It was nice to run home and make some lunch to take back up to the beach. My girls also loved the pool. The water pressure in the master shower is stronger than any shower I've ever experienced in my life. It felt like you were taking a shower under a pressure washing hose. My 6 year old took a shower in there first and basically had to stand on the bench away from the water. The TVs are all Roku TVs which is nice because we could sign in to our own streaming services to watch. Just make sure you sign out when you leave. Netflix was signed in to someone else's account when we got there. We loved having our doggie at the beach with us. The backyard is fully fenced so we didn't have to worry about letting her outside.

Great Escape

The house is decorated especially cute and brings in a lot of light. House has all the cookware you will need and plenty of sitting. The pool was great and so nice to have after playing in the sand. We loved we could enjoy our 4 legged companion here. The location was great. Recommend renting bikes and enjoying all the bike paths in the area as well as on the beach. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful escape. Would love to know where some of you rugs came from as well as your paint color in the bunk bed room. :)

Great trip!

Inside of the house was great! The backyard could use a little cleaning up. Power wash the pool deck and the fence needs a few of the boards fixed. Other than that it was perfect!!

Location, Location, Location...

Location-5 Amenities-4 Home & Grounds Condition-2 For a family of 4 plus 2 grands, this location for October Fall Break was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, quiet end of the island, yet close to great restaurants, attractions and shopping. Amenities were well above average. The pool was lovely, though not used. There were chairs and toys to take to the beach. Inside, there was ample media to satisfy. The kitchen was stocked with every culinary need. The mattress in our bedroom was very soft...polar to my sleep number at home set on 10. 😏 The home condition, inside and out, needs immediate attention to remain a viable rental. There are structural concerns, the windows sills are in need of a deep clean and a grounds crew should be one of the first priorities. Kudos to management, as the HVAC company was there the 2nd day to alleviate a problem! We’ve discussed all of the issues with the location in hopes that 2 Cassina Lane receives a little TLC....and we would return! Thanks for making a new memory!🎉
