Alexandria was incredibly responsive and the house was exactly as advertised. The pool and hot tub were great and the walk to the beach was very manageable.

The location really is just a short walk to a wide, sandy beach. The pool was very clean and a nice size. We did leave a nice metal drying rack for the pool area, along with some pool toys. They have a nice collection as it is. They have a big red wagon for getting the 8 beach chairs to the ocean. Trash day is Thursday, btw. I hope everyone has as much fun as we did. Grocery stores and restaurants are just a hop and skip down the road.

We had such a great stay at this property in Hilton Head Island! Since it’s a newer listing, we weren’t sure what to expect—but it completely exceeded our expectations.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). Everything felt brand new and thoughtfully set up, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen. It was clear the owners really put care into making guests feel at home.The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Alexandra was also excellent—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. She addressed any issues we had within minutes!! We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hilton Head. Don’t let the “new listing” status hold you back—this place is a gem!

This home offered many practical items on hand such as beach chairs and bikes, children’s toys and activities, which made our stay very special and helped tremendously on the rain days that we had. We had an age range of 17 months to 70 years and there was something for everyone! The many bedrooms with King sized beds made all of our adults comfortable and the short walk to the beach made life with young children on varied schedules much easier! The kitchen and main living area is open and spacious. This home and property was perfect for us and we will be excited to return in the future!
