Questa è una magnifica casa con 6 camere da letto, 4. 5 bagni, terza fila nella North Forest Beach con piscina privata * e spa *. I nuovi proprietari hanno rinnovato l'intera casa aggiungendo molti nuovi elettrodomestici, grill, mobili, ventilatori, vernice fresca e decorazioni interne. Questa straordinaria casa ha un aspetto e un aspetto Nantucket, il fascino architettonico continua con bellissime colonne dentro e fuori, soffitti alti, modanature della corona elaborate, porte francesi, un pavimento in pietra di travertino per tutto il primo piano, boiserie bianca e quattro meravigliosi balconi panoramici, due nella parte anteriore e due nella parte posteriore che si affacciano su una laguna e fontana del Sonesta Resort.

La grande sala è spaziosa e arredata con gusto e offre due ampie aree salotto. Un'area offre un divano e sedie orientati verso il camino con il suo bellissimo manto bianco accentuato e un wine bar decorativo e conveniente. Sulla veranda è presente anche un tavolo da pranzo in granito per il tuo divertimento. La casa ha una cucina aperta ben arredata, completamente esposta alla grande sala e alla sala da pranzo adiacente, che può ospitare 10 persone. La cucina gourmet ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile tra cui un fabbricatore di ghiaccio e un piano cottura in vetro circondato da ripiani in granito e area salotto

L'area TV familiare comprende due divani, un tavolino in pelle e due sedie imbottite ed è tutto orientato verso gli scaffali dei libri con una grande TV a schermo piatto, un DVD e altoparlanti per i ponti esterni e l'area della piscina. Qui troverai anche il modem wireless. La sala da pranzo adiacente ha un'atmosfera classica di alto livello con il suo bellissimo grande tavolo di pino e dieci sedie in vimini in difficoltà e un bellissimo e funzionale buffet. Questa grande sala completamente aperta con le sue due grandi colonne bianche, numerose finestre e una splendida vista con accesso alla veranda panoramica tutti si combinano per produrre un meraviglioso ambiente di vacanza di lusso.

La camera da letto principale delle sei camere da letto si trova al primo piano. Qui troverai una bellissima camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size con tavolini e cassettiera coordinati. Il bagno principale ha una grande vasca da bagno, doccia separata e lavandini separati. Questo primo piano offre anche un mezzo bagno in granito e una lavanderia separata. Tutte le camere dispongono di Smart TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD.

Al piano superiore, la seconda camera da letto principale presenta un letto king size e un motivo di palme e tropicali. C'è anche una porta privata che conduce al balcone con molte sedie comode per rilassarsi e godersi la vista sulla laguna e sull'oceano. Il bagno principale ha una doccia separata, una grande vasca da bagno e lavandini separati. Le camere da letto terza e quarta condividono un bagno, con ogni camera da letto con un ingresso separato e accesso al balcone e vista. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio.

L'altra camera da letto ha un bellissimo letto king size. Entrambe queste camere hanno porte-finestre private che conducono al balcone superiore. La vista offerta da questo balcone è di una laguna e fontane con vista sull'oceano. La quinta e la sesta camera condividono anche un bagno con doppio lavandino e doccia. Una camera da letto offre un letto a castello e un letto a castello (doppio sul fondo e due letti gemelli in cima e poi 2 gemelli, e l'altro ha 2 letti a castello, hanno accesso al balcone anteriore. Tutte le camere offrono TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD.

All'esterno, la bella piscina * e spa * insieme a una grande griglia a gas vi aspettano. Circondata da un'alta recinzione per la privacy e da un giardino simile, questa zona della piscina sarà sicuramente un grande spazio di ritrovo per tutto il gruppo con posti a sedere e tavolo e sedie extra. Il posto preferito, tuttavia, è probabilmente l'oceano che dista meno di un minuto a piedi.

Roadrunner 2 property

Very nice property with excellent layout for families. Multiple king size beds with balcony upstairs that you can watch the sunrise over the ocean. Great garage space with ping pong table and foosball. There is a resort next door that hosts weddings with fairly loud music on the weekends but it shuts off promptly at 10pm so it wasn’t a big deal. Pool is very nice but shaded for most of the day which made it a little chilly in May but would probably be nice in the hotter months. Overall a great place to stay, would definitely rent again.

Great vacation spot!!

Loved our family vacation to HHI. Although not beachfront, the house was just a short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful and had many amenities. I would say the mattresses could be improved and the parking is not the greatest. That was our only complaint. Other than that, everything was superb!!

Loved the decks and adequate seating. Loved how well the kitchen is stocked. Did not like the woefully small refrigerator space for food for 15 people, the dishwasher racks missing lots of spokes to fill properly, the rubber, noisy sheets and the awful parking.

Labor Day Family trip

As with the other reviews, the listing is spot on. Large house, a few minutes walk to the beach, on quiet road with access to bike trails. The house is incredibly well-stocked with everything you could want. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. We had 8 people, and could have slept 6 more! We loved 2 Roadrunner and would not hesitate to return.

Tons of fun!

Our group of 15 had a wonderful stay at 2 Roadrunner. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we managed. We appreciated the pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The porches were awesome and used frequently.

Big house, great beach access

Location is nice and close to the beach, best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a rental house, large house with plenty of room, pool area doesn’t get direct sun, Hilton hotel behind house, we took advantage of their spa for a massage, visited their bar and had lunch, but be prepared for their leaf blowers noise that starts as early as 7AM!

Daughter’s wedding

Our family, adult children, grand children and a few friends stayed for a week leading up to my daughter’s wedding at the Sonesta. The kitchen had everything we needed. The extra ice maker and bar fridge were very nice to have. The proximity to the trolley really came in handy. The yard was great. You could always find sun or shade during the day depending on which you wanted. The elevator that went all the to the ground floor was a bonus.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at 2 Roadrunner. House was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We had to call management on the first day because the pool was not on and while it took a while for it to warm up completely they addressed the issue immediately. We noticed a few ants by the silverware/glassware and Patrick came out on Easter Sunday sprayed and set out some traps and was very pleasant to talk to. The ants didn’t seem to cause any problems and never got into our food. Every interaction I had with the office was always very polite and courteous. Now for the cleanliness. I know that the cleaning companies have a lot of large homes to clean in a short amount of time, however we found the floors were not as clean as “we” like them and there were crumbs in the couch cushions and papers and food on the floor under the furniture. My elderly mother traveled with us and spent some time cleaning as well as giving the vacuum cleaner itself a much needed deep clean, it kept her busy while the rest of us went for bike rides. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the location.

Two houses from the beachfront and a walkable/bikeable mile to shops

2 Roadrunner is a worn but excellent property in North Forest Beach. The area offers all the charms of Hilton Head Island - beaches, bike rentals, shops - without all the crowds of Sea Pines. Our group of 9 enjoyed the 6 bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, garage recreation room, pool and hot tub (remember to figure pool heat into your price - not cheap, but worth it) and the many porches to relax. Beachside Getaway is a very responsive property management company to work with - highly recommend.

Great experience!

This house was perfect for us, we loved the location. The hot tub and pool made a huge difference and we loved having it available after a day at the beach. Easy short walk to the beach, and the house was well-appointed. Bed frames and mattresses need replacing and the clothing dryer is on its last legs (took 3 cycles to dry towels completely) but it truly was a lovely stay. Management company was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Location location location!!!

We had a great weeks stay in Hilton head! The location of 2 roadrunner is perfect!!! However there were a few flaws.... the ac in both masters never worked and when called about it they said they would send someone but never did. Pool was supposed to be cleaned once and was not. King bed on second floor was very uncomfortable and the shades to bedrooms let in a Lot of morning light and lights from the resort.

Excellent home close to beach and shops

Property was in great condition, lots of great space, well-appointed and extremely close to the beach and a convenient walk or bike ride to Coligny shops. Heating pool and jacuzzi is quite expensive - only downside.

Family Time

We enjoyed our stay and loved the home and location. Our only problem was the pool filter never running. There was some candy wrapping paper under the queen size bed, apparently the cleaning folks missed that. We did not have children with us, just a 7 month old baby. So much other was provided and that was amazing. Spices, cookwear, beach chairs, beach towels. Just need to bring your clothes and a cook.
