This striking Sea Pines home is centrally located in the heart of the Sea Pines Resort. This home has close proximity to the beach shuttle parking lot, and is situated equal distances to the world famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin as well as the Sea Pines Beach Club. Use the included bicycles to ride to either in 10-15 minutes on the miles of bike paths.

This home has a spacious layout with a large main living area, including vaulted ceilings and a (decorative) fireplace. A second smaller living space which may also be used as a home office allows for the family to enjoy different sources of entertainment at the same time.
The eat-in kitchen is fully renovated and strikingly finished. It provides both beauty and function and allows meals to be cooked for the whole family.

The primary bedroom is extremely spacious and features a large flat screen TV as well as an amazing ensuite bath, with double sinks and a spa-like tiled walk in shower. Two bedrooms feature Queen beds as well as recently updated full bathrooms, with 1 having ensuite bath and the 1 having a full bath just outside the bedroom door. The fourth bedroom features a twin over full bunk as well as an additional twin bed, as well as an ensuite bath. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding.

Outdoor living space is what sets this home apart from the rest, with a beautiful screened in porch area featuring a 8 seat outdoor dining set. Step from the screened porch down onto the patio and you will see the most exciting outdoor features, with a gas grill, standalone salt water hot tub, as well as a heated (for an additional fee) swimming pool.
