  • Benvenuto nel paradiso di Folly Field! Situato nella parte nord dell'isola è questa gemma, 28 Moonshell.

    Dormire 8 e perfetto per le vacanze in famiglia. Quando entri in casa, sei accolto da un ampio soggiorno open-concept. La cucina e il bar per la colazione si trovano a sinistra dello spazio abitativo. All'immediata sinistra c'è un pozzo dell'ascensore che accede a questo livello e la cantina per la vostra comodità. Mentre cammini attraverso il soggiorno, sei portato nella luminosa e ariosa veranda. Ideale per il caffè del mattino o per un drink serale. La sala da pranzo ha abbastanza posti a sedere per l'intero equipaggio, rendendolo perfetto per i pasti in famiglia.

    Il master si trova al livello principale, con il proprio bagno privato completo e schermo piatto. Il comodo letto matrimoniale e l'arredamento moderno danno vita all'isola! C'è l'accesso alla veranda sul retro e direttamente in piscina.

    Il secondo piano ha il proprio covo dotato di un divano e TV a schermo piatto. Giochi da tavolo e tavoli da gioco sono disponibili per il tuo divertimento! Sentiti libero di usare anche il wet bar comodamente posizionato!

    Questo spazio ti porta al secondo master e alla terza camera da letto. Il secondo maestro ha un letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto, balcone privato e bagno completo! La terza e ultima camera da letto ha due letti a castello, perfetti per i bambini. C'è un bagno completo condiviso situato proprio fuori dalla tana per l'uso dei compagni di letto a castello.

    Il cortile è bello curato e nuovo di zecca! La piscina è stata appena inaugurata durante la primavera del 2019. Vieni a essere uno dei primi a immergerti in questo luogo rinfrescante. La doccia esterna è perfetta per tornare dopo la spiaggia. La griglia è disponibile con propano per le tue esigenze di cottura!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful as always. It is wonderfully located close to the beach and the pool is the heart of the experience. And we hope to see new furniture in the great room very soon. The existing furniture is now badly worn out and uncomfortable for family gatherings. We hope to rent the home again in the fall, but would love to see fresh chairs and sofas in the common area to make our visit even more enjoyable.

Wonderful Vacation Property

Two living areas and large screened in porch made plenty of room for family to spread out or all come together. Pool was larger than most rentals. Extremely clean and well stocked. Beach towels and chairs were included. Recommend highly.

Great home and location!

This house was wonderful for our vacation! We picked it for location as it was only a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. We were very pleased with our choice of this house for our vacation!

Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation. The pool and spa were definitely the highlights of the property—they were beautiful, well-maintained, and made our trip feel special. The upstairs living area was also spacious, comfortable, and a great place for our kids to hang out. That said, the home didn’t quite match the “luxury” description in the listing. The bedding and towels felt well below what we’d expect from a luxury rental. The sheets were rough and uncomfortable. The upstairs king bedroom was also smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it feel a bit cramped.Overall, it’s a very nice beach house in a great location with outstanding outdoor amenities. With upgraded linens and towels and a more accurate description of the bedrooms, it would better reflect the luxury experience advertised.

A gem in Folly Field

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this home. It was gorgeous, well- maintained, clean, and in a quiet location within a very reasonable walking distance to the beach even for young children. We enjoyed several home-cooked meals to balance eating out and the house was stocked with all cookware needed. The drive to areas such as Sea Pines/Harbortown, Coligny, and Shelter Cove never felt long or difficult. We thoroughly enjoyed daily walks through well-manicured and shaded Port Royal and a few early AM trips to nearby Barnacle Brews coffee truck. We are already planning our next trip back to HHI!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our visit and accommodation. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and bathrooms were clean. Very easy access to the beach through a community gate. Reasonable (6-7 minute) walk. We had a plugged shower drain on day one, Property management had maintenance correct the situation by day three. Our only complaint is regarding the pool. There is a berry tree by the pool that dropped berries all the time. Some directly into the pool and others around the pool deck. We swept trying to keep them out of the pool and off the pool deck. Pool cleaning was done twice while we were there.

Awesome place

We came here for a short family vacation that was walking distance to the beach. This was definitely the place. The walk was not even 5 minutes away. Check in was easy. There was plenty of towels to use, along with dishes. No spices or aluminum foil so if you plan on doing any cooking, you might want to bring some along. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors that we met were very friendly. Would stay here again in the future. The second day we were there the resort called just to make sure everything was good and that we didn't need anything.

Look No Further!

This house was perfect! Our young family of five had the best time here and felt right at home. The house was super clean and came with so many amenities. The beach was a short five minute walk that our little legged kiddos had no trouble walking to. The beach was peaceful and uncrowded. We highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again soon! This will be our go to for our Hilton head vacation.

Wonderful stay -- highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time staying at 28 Moonshell Road! The home is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, very clean and very comfortable - from the couches to the beds. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit - both much larger than they appear in the photos. There were quite a few floats and pool noodles; we didn't end up having to buy any. I have two large teenagers, plus myself and husband and there was plenty of room, and the pool heat was incredible. The home is well appointed, plenty of the starter essentials, cooking tools, and tons of space. The walk to the beach is quick - maybe 5 minutes max (bring your own chairs). The kids loved the upstairs where they had their own rooms, little kitchen, TV/couch etc. We would absolutely recommend this home to other travelers. It is also worth noting that Beachside Getaway is a fantastic company to work with. We have rented a lot of homes over the past 10 years and they were by far the best to work with - very responsive, excellent communication, very helpful and extremely nice. This is a great rental - exactly as advertised :-)

Lovely home, would stay there again.

The home was lovely. Tastefully furnished, decorated and clean. Screened in porch, patios, pool, nice yard. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good TV's. Garage was available for us to keep our bikes and chairs in. Was about a 5-minute walk to the beach and a few minute walk to Jamiaca Joe'z beach bar & grill for lunch. We ate dinner out every night. Highly recommend Okko Japanese (Thai and Chinese, too) and The Jazz Corner. Outstanding food and great live entertainment 7 nights a week.

Great house close to the beach

Wonderful home, very clean and great amenities. Appliances, pots/pans and knives were very good for a vacation rental. Very close to the beach and easy to get to without paying the toll. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Great location. Watch out for the cockroaches!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house once we bought a few cans of Raid. Being from the midwest we were not used to the Palmeto bugs (which is a fancy name for cockroaches.) The night we arrived there were 6 in the garage and 4 up in the childrens room. We are not sure if this is 'normal' or if maybe the house really needs an exterminator. We bought a few cans of Raid, sprayed, and only had a handful pop up in the house the rest of the week. Other than that the house it beautiful! Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. You can tell this is more of a family home rather than a party rental house. It is well taken care of. It has just about everything you need. It already had pool floats which we didn't know about, so we had brought our own. A very short walk to the beach (one block) and the beach part for Folly Field was not as populated as other spots. A suggestion I might have for the owners is to have a guest book to sign which is always fun to see where people are from and maybe reccomend a few of their favorite spots around the island.

Vacation of our dreams

This place was AMAZING! We came here with our three year olds and one year old and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was so well decorated and very clean and the pool was a dream!! The house had everything we needed and was very kid friendly with a playroom and kids games throughout. The walk to the beach was also very easy. We loved the private beach access and the quieter neighborhood. We are already talking about coming back to the very same house. Highly recommend!

Hilton Head Perfection

This home is lovely and perfect for a family getaway. The home is stunning and the privacy of the pool made relaxing easy. The private neighborhood path to the beach made it easy to enjoy. We were able to have lots of room when on the beach to play.

Lovely home made for wonderful vacation

I can’t say enough great things about this home. It was extremely clean and updated. The elevator was wonderful to have. The pool was plenty big for family of 5 and very private. The walk to beach is short-1 block. Biggest hurdle is long path over sand dunes so bring wagon or something to help with gear. The beach area is not crowded since condos are not near the community access. It is not in a gated community which we liked because it was easy to get in and out. Screened porch is large and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this home!
