With new furnishings throughout and a built-in dry bar, this open floorplan and raised ceiling make this villa a luxurious getaway.

The gourmet kitchen is completely remodeled with a cambria quartz countertops and island and new cabinets with all new LG appliances featuring a double oven and Le Croussant Cookware.

This villa is tastefully decorated, and each room is equipped with large, high-resolution Samsung TVs. Each bedroom has a Marriott Comfort mattress. The primary suite consists of a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom consists of two queen beds; additional bedding in the form of a sleeper sofa is in the living room.
