In arrivo nel 2020, il nuovo fantastico Low Country Celebration Park con parco giochi, anfiteatro, museo per bambini e molto altro ancora !! 




Questo affascinante rifugio sulla spiaggia è completo di 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi e può ospitare comodamente 8 persone. L'ampia camera familiare a 2 piani è spaziosa, con posti a sedere sufficienti per l'intero gruppo per guardare la TV, giocare o semplicemente rilassarsi! La camera familiare sfocia in una grande sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per tutti! La cucina è situata a pochi passi dalla principale zona giorno e pranzo, mantenendo lo chef vicino a tutti! Troverai una seconda sala TV sul retro della casa che si trasforma facilmente in una tranquilla area di lettura, gioco o relax dopo una giornata trascorsa in spiaggia, facendo shopping o semplicemente esplorando questa meravigliosa isola! La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice di dimensioni standard si trovano anche nel grande armadio vicino alla sala TV secondaria.




La grande camera familiare e tutte le camere sono dotate di TV. WiFi gratuito in tutto il residence e canali via cavo inclusi. La master suite ha un letto king size, ampio bagno e accesso al portico schermato. Due camere da letto aggiuntive dispongono di un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo in comune. Questi si trovano al livello principale. La 4a camera da letto si trova al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato completo.





Il vasto ponte avvolge la parte posteriore della casa con accesso dalla cucina e dalla sala TV secondaria. È completo di griglia a gas e posti a sedere per gustare un pasto con amici e familiari o osservare le stelle con un bicchiere di vino o il tuo cocktail preferito di notte. Le scale conducono al cortile recintato con una grande piscina e spa e un sacco di spazio per tirare su una sedia a sdraio e godersi il sole sul ponte della piscina espansiva!

Overall the place was adequate for us but it needs some upgrades and the baseboards were filthy which shows they dont value cleanliness. The proximity to the beach was really the best quality. The pillows were flat and we had to go buy a couple at Walmart.

Great location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our friend group of 6 was very comfortable and had a great time. The beach is so clean and beautiful and there's so much to do in Hilton Head. The best part of the house is the location. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood- very walkable and bikeable- and just a very, very short walk to the beach. It's 2 houses to the end of the road and then the beach is just across the dune. It's also only 1/2 mile from Coligny. The property manager was very communicative and helpful, in particular with our request for the pool to be cleaned again after a storm blew threw. The main negative for us was the condition of the outside area. While the pool did get cleaned, it still was stained and the concrete around it is cracked and could really use an update. It was still usable, just not quite what we were expecting. Otherwise the listing is accurate and if your goal is to be close to the beach without having to pay oceanfront prices, this house is a great choice.

AMAZING - GREAT location - house plentiful

Such a GREAT location !! Close to EVERYTHING but so quiet and peaceful. Pics don't do the roominess of the house justice - all rooms are great sized. We will return. Hosts VERY easy to work with. Chose this place, awesome to have so much beach things to borrow while you are there. Enjoy !

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved the location! Super short walk to the beach, and short bike ride to Coligny which was perfect for my entire family! During our stay, there were two beach wagons and several one position beach chairs. The house was clean and accommodating! We hope you love your stay here as much as we did!

Nice spring break stay

Nice place, reasonable, very close to beach easy walk. Loved the screened in porch. Plenty of rooms for me my wife and two kids. So easy to bike to coligny and restaurants and groceries. Love that the beach and place is dog friendly. Well stocked nice kitchen. No ice maker.

Location great, property needs work

This is a tough review, because we loved the location, however, house needs a lot of work. Everything from carpets to furniture to fixtures and appliances needs attention. The beds are very uncomfortable, the light fixture in the upstairs bedroom was missing with just taped up wires hanging from the ceiling, and the carpets are just plain gross. We weren’t able to use the pool in the evening until Wednesday, which was disappointing, because the one pool light in the pool was blown and was not replaced until Wednesday. There is no other light source around the pool area. All of that said, the property managers were very responsive and helpful when we had issues, which we appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed the screened porch, the location is fantastic, and we hope the planned renovations help with the badly needed updates.

Amazing location

This properties location couldn’t have been better. One row away from the beach. The property had lots of space for 5 adults and 3 kids. The property needs some TLC, but they are undergoing a big renovation/addition for the 2023 so I’m excited to return in the future!

So close to the beach!

Literally around the corner to the beach and a 15 minute walk to Caligny Plaza. There is no curbside recycling and HHI only allows residents with decals to use on-island recycling drop-off (not very friendly or helpful), so be prepared to haul recyclables home (that's what we did).

Great Vacation!

The location was fabulous. Very short walk to the beach. Loved the quiet of the neighborhood and uncrowded beach. Great time of year to be on Hilton Head! The house is somewhat dated. The furniture is adequate but could use replacement, especially the couch in the main room. The master bed was comfortable but the bathroom was showing it’s age. The kitchen was fine and well supplied with everything we needed but a couple of the frying pans needed to be replaced. We didn’t do much cooking during our stay; preferred to eat out. We were all in agreement that the house was fine and a lot of fun but could be better with some upgrades. We didn’t go in the pool or spa but it was nice to sit around it after time at the beach. Water was warm enough to not need to be heated this time of year. There was a brief problem with water circulation in the pool and spa that was fixed and the pool was cleaned very quickly -manager was very responsive. Wish that the main flat screen tv had internet streaming on it instead of the small tv in the den-it was crowded for all of us to watch in the den. Internet was good for phones and laptops but couldn’t support the Roku we bought and plugged into the big tv. We didn’t use the grill as it was quite dirty and didn’t feel like cleaning it but the manager had nicely brought over a full propane tank anyway. Easy walking distance to Coligny shops and short drive to everywhere else. All in all, the house was a great value for it’s location and general amenities. We would come again.

Great Wedding Rental

Myself, my husband and 3 other couples booked this rental for a wedding weekend. The couple got married a 20 minute walk away and it was the perfect place. We loved the house layout and it was the perfect stay for the weekend. Highly recommend if you are a family or a group of people wanting to stay for a weekend or a week. The distance to the beach couldn't be better for the price.

Great location to the beach. The home was clean. Kitchen was furnished with basics, but no food items such as basic seasonings The beds were not comfortable. And it lists a heated pool however when we called to have it turned on they told us there was a $258.00 charge to have it turned on.

Great vacation!

My family enjoyed our vacation week. The house was just as shown in the pictures and a convenient walk to the beach. We even tried the free trolley ride up to Coligny plaza which worked out very well for us. Would recommend a couple more chairs at the dining room table since the house sleeps eight and there were only 6 chairs.

Fantastic stay

Longtime visitor on South Forest Beach stayed for first time on North Forest Beach with family in July 2021. Great stay. Location was fantastic- a block from the beach, and walkable to Coligny. House was terrific too- plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms spread out, with a nice private pool and deck. Would stay here again.

76 Dune lane, ultimate location

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and it is always the best vacation spot. Hilton Head has become our unofficial second home and 76 Dune lane is the main reason. The house is what you would expect for a beach house which is not to say it is not special. But, we do not stay here to spend so much time in the house. We are either at the beach (a short 40 yard walk to the beach) or in the large pool out back. This house is all about location and amenities with Coligny a short walk away also.

Great location to beach

This property was perfect price for location to beach. Very short walk. Loved sitting outside on the screened in porch. We did have an issue with a toliet not flushing but they came and fixed the issue the next day. Overall great price for location.
