A Week of Paradise

We went to celebrate my husband's big 60th birthday with my daugher and her husband and my mother n law. The house was beautiful and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was awesome! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and a 5 minute walk to the beach was great! A 20 minute walk to a bunch of gifts shops, ice cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We also had floats for the pool and chairs for the beach. Had a wonderful week there! Thanks so Much :)

Awesome location, clean house

Stayed here with family for a week with little ones and it was perfect. The location was great, so close to the beach. It’s very convenient being on the same side of the street as the beach. The beds were all very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully equipped. Short bike ride to cologny. Pool was nice, only thing missing was some kind of layout chairs. Other than that it was perfect!

The house was beautiful! It was the perfect location to the beach, when it says in the description 100 steps it is pretty accurate! The pool was great! Our kids loved it! Would definitely recommend it

We were very happy with our stay. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Home is very close to the beach. Having the pool was also great. We would definitely recommend.

Great House very close to the beach

This house has an excellent layout. We had 3 adult couples, and each had their own bedroom and bath. There was also a separate bedroom for our three grandkids. The kitchen and family room are spacious, plus there is a nice, screened porch and a covered outdoor sitting area The pool is also nice and was used every day. The beach is less than a block from the house, and Lowcountry Celebration Park and the splash pad is about a mile bike ride. Grocery stores are only a few miles away, so the location is excellent! We definitely will book this house when we return to Hilton Head.

Great location and amenities

Location is fantastic, just a small walk to get to the beach, or a mile bike ride to get into the main town area with tons of shops and restaurants available. House was great and the owner Abraham was quick to respond to an issue with the trash not getting picked up. Couldn't ask for a better vacation with friends and family!

Had a great week staying at 3 Quail. House was perfect for our family group and it was the closest we’ve ever stayed to the beach, which was awesome. Our one maintenance item during the week was addressed quickly and that was much appreciated. Thank you Abraham for a wonderful week!

Outstanding location

We were a family of eight adults and one young child and the 3 Quail St. house was ideal for us. It really is a very short walk to the beach, and the pool was a real lifesaver during the heatwave when we wanted to keep cool. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and even a canopy for our use. Coligny Plaza (including a grocery store) is just a minute's drive down the road, yet the house is far enough away that there weren't crowds at the beach and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table was great for when we ate at home. One thing to be aware of is that the living room is slightly sunken, so there is a ~3" inch step down outside several of the bedrooms. This isn't a big deal, but is something that those with mobility issues need to be aware of, as it's easy to forget that there is a step there. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the large smart TVs were appreciated by those who didn't use the beach so much. The host was very responsive when we had questions, and check-in/check-out were very easy. We highly recommend this house and would happily stay there again.

Perfect for family beach vacation

We've stayed in nearly a dozen beach homes on HHI and this is one of our favorites. House is clean and modern. Kitchen is fantastic for home-cooked meals with new appliances. Pool was terrific with both screened in porch and pergola. Home owner provided very thorough information and was accessible if needed. With short walk to beach this house met all of our needs.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family had an amazing, wonderful time at this beautiful home! Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed! The pool was amazing and the grandkids had an awesome time swimming everyday! The walk to the beach every day was quick and pleasant! We appreciated very much that they had beach chairs, toys, and carts to easily take to the beach! We also enjoyed the outside patio in the evenings with the lights and ceiling fan! The screen in porch was wonderful for morning coffee and for family bible studies and the grandkids enjoyed eating lunch there too! Abraham was wonderful to work with! Very helpful, informative and pleasant to work with! I can’t say enough of how wonderful of a home this was to stay at and so close to the beach! Thank you so much for opening your home to our family!!
