Benvenuti a 3 Wanderer Lane, una splendida casa a due piani sopraelevata che si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, situata a North Forest Beach su Hilton Head Island! Questa casa è stata aggiornata ed è bellissima! Dal momento in cui salirai per le scale ed entrerai in casa sarai eccitato.

La grande sala è invitante e aperta alle sale da pranzo e alla cucina. Gli arredi sono belli, molti posti a sedere, una grande TV a schermo piatto situata sopra il camino, caldi pavimenti in legno e tanto sole che irradia dal muro delle finestre rendono questa stanza così confortevole e invitante. La cucina è grande, ben attrezzata ed è aperta al primo piano, rendendola la cucina perfetta se devi cucinare mentre sei in vacanza. C'è anche una sala per la colazione soleggiata con un grande tavolo della fattoria e sedie di vimini situate al largo della cucina che si affaccia sulla spaziosa area della piscina.

Ci sono 2 master suite situate al primo piano della casa, le camere da letto hanno mobili più recenti, belle lenzuola e accessori con TV a schermo piatto, bagni privati con grandi vasche. C'è un mezzo bagno e una lavanderia con elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete anche situati su questo piano. Al piano superiore nella zona di atterraggio è un ulteriore salotto con un divano, posti a sedere aggiuntivi e TV rendendo questo il rifugio per bambini perfetto in casa. Le 4 camere da letto supplementari si trovano al secondo piano e 2 bagni. La biancheria da letto al piano superiore è composta da un re, 4 letti singoli e una regina, 2 delle camere da letto sono dotate di TV e sono tutte splendidamente arredate e decorate.

La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia incontaminata di Hilton Head e una breve corsa in bicicletta a Coligny Plaza e ai campi da tennis. C'è una piscina privata a casa, una grande piscina coperta, una zona pranzo e grill a gas si trovano anche a bordo piscina. Il parcheggio è consentito nel garage collegato, posto auto aggiuntivo disponibile nel vialetto a casa.

This home was the perfect location to be close to the beach with a short walk over. Plenty of space with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was incredible and the pool was fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Location - House Ok

The property at first glance was perfect. Open floor plan, plenty of space. What we did like- the bikes provided were in good shape and we enjoyed them! Beach towels were provided. TV had plenty of options and the kids loved Disney + However, the outlets in the bathroom didn't work- the breaker tripped constantly. There was black duct tape holding the bathtub together. The door handle to the garage was sticky and most of the time we just walked around. The hot tub is not hot unless you pay extra. The location was amazing though and the neighbors were so nice! The decor was nice. But the bathroom was musky and the refrigerator barely stayed cold. I keep trying to come back to the positives, but we weren't that impressed with the home and all its issues- but the location was nice!

We’ve stayed at other vrbo and this one was the best. Exactly how they advertised it. Minutes to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We had a lightning storm and it took out our upstairs air conditioning. They were very quick to come out and fix it for us. My only concern was we paid extra for the spa to be heated and it wasn’t

2021 Family Vacation

The house was a perfect layout for our family. We did have to rent baby gates for the stairs as they are all wood. We had a few hiccups with doors and showers not working properly but the property manager fixed it in a timely manner. The location is unbeatable - just a short 30 second walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and far enough away from Coligney traffic. Parking more than 3 vehicles was really tight and street parking is almost impossible. The house had dishwasher pods and laundry pods which was a nice touch. Be sure to bring your own coffee K-cups because the ones they provide you are not compatible with the machine. The overall experience was great and we will more than likely book again for next year.

Great location, with maintenance issues

Overall, our family enjoyed our stay in this property . The location is terrific! We loved the proximity to the beach and found the size of the home just right for our family group of 11. However, there are definitely some maintenance issues with the property. When we first walked in, there was a broken chair in the living room that was turned upside down. One morning of our stay as it was pouring down rain, water started pooling by the door that goes out to the pool. None of the outside lights work except the ones by the front door. The clothes dryer didnt dry clothes. The doorknob and closet doorknob in the upstairs left twin-bed room fall off when you touch them. The pocket door in the left jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs doesnt work. There is also a strong mold smell in some areas as well as mold on ceilings, especially in bathrooms. The door on the downstairs powder room does not close completely. We reported all of these issues to the property manager. They sent a someone to repair the dryer, which was greatly appreciated. None of the other reported issues were addressed other than with "we're sorry and will notify the property manager."

Liked the house and location, property description and management were awful

We had stayed at this property before and were excited to stay there again. The property description failed to mention the major construction happening next door (clearly had been going on for months). This should have been disclosed in the listing. Construction started at 7 am and lasted until 6:30/7:00 pm daily. Not great at all, especially when you have an 18-month-old. Made the pool essentially unusable. Multiple times during the week our driveway, and even the road itself, were blocked with construction vehicles so we couldn't get our cars in or out. Reached out to the property management company multiple times during the week. We were always told our property manager would get back with us...he NEVER did. Again, love the house and location. Will never rent from this property management company again.

House was great. Everything worked and location was everything we hoped for. Watch out going up the stairs to the bedrooms however. If you have ever watched "Modern Family" you will know what I mean.
