301 North Shore End Unit No Carpet! Novembre e Dicembre Aperture - Pulite

This fabulous ocean-oriented 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa complex is just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Live oaks and palmetto trees surround the end unit. This villa has Corian counters, custom moldings, and cultured marble showers. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub surround an expansive deck that lets you catch the cool ocean breeze. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at Seacrest.

The proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants, and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide a perfect vacation.

The living room has a 50" smart tv.

The larger bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a ceiling fan with LED light, a 32-inch flat-screen television, and a DVD player.

The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a ceiling fan with LED light, and a 43-inch LED flat-screen TV.

FREE wireless high-speed internet access.

This is an END unit with a wrap-around balcony; there's no need for other guests to pass by the unit. Also, there is an extra-large semi-private hallway for this unit.
The balcony has a table that seats four allowing for outdoor dining or relaxing. Two additional high-top chairs and an end table make a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Supplies were great to get us started for an extended stay. Grocery store across the street makes for ease in getting extra supplies and very reasonably priced. Great community area, super close to the beach, easily walkable. And the condo is stocked with a big wheel wagon and several chairs, and beach toys. The host (Pam) was amazing to work with and very responsive to any needs (there wasn’t anything big, no worries). I would stay here again, no question.

ALWAYS PHENOMENAL!!

This is our second time staying at this property in the past several years and its jist as wonderful as we remembered. Very spacious and clean. Perfect location literally right across the street from the beach access. Center to all of the things going on around Coligny Plaza. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and again did not disappoint. Just a fantastic location to enjoy the island. The unit is just as described and we just felt comfortable here. No better location exists

Owner was thorough; accurate photos. Pool is one floor up, beach and pool with pool bar across the street (the burgers are fabulous). We walked to breakfast and dinner across the road at Coligny Plaza. We hope to come back again!

Lovely beach getaway

Loved our stay at this beach condo & plan to return! The condo was very clean & well- maintained, great location - very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping just across the street, easy access to bike trails too! We loved ending our days in the afternoon & evening at the pool and hot tub on the roof of the condo - just 1 floor up us and also the wrap around porch with a nice table where we ate many of our meals. The condo was fully stocked. We’ve stayed in Hilton Head several times, but this was our favorite place to stay of them all!

Great Place

We have stayed in many different properties on HH over the decades and this condo is exactly as described. We loved it and will return for sure. This was the first time we flew down and were so delighted with the kitchen and it was well equipped for a rental property. Plus beach chairs and beach towels were a bonus for us!!!! We would recommend highly to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The PERFECT place in Hilton Head

My husband and I stayed for several days and couldn’t imagine a more perfect stay. This place had everything! A wonderful host (Pam), perfect location (only a tiny walk to the beach and everything Coligny has to offer), plenty of beach/pool toys if you forgot yours, fully stocked kitchen, VERY clean, and comfy bed and couch. What a joy. We hope to rent from Pam again next year!

Beautiful place for your Hilton Head vacation!

Absolutely beautiful property! Location was perfect… beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores all within walking distance…The property itself was exquisite… kitchen was well stocked if you chose to cook meals .. beautiful wrap around porch to enjoy the mornings and evenings…and the comfortable beds provided a wonderful night’s sleep! Pam is very quick to respond with any questions!! Highly recommend!!

Perfect Place for Our Family

We had a wonderful time at HHI. The condo was central to all the activities for our family: the beach, restaurants, ice cream, coffee, playgrounds, and more! The corner condo, with the extra balcony space, was so nice to have. The in condo laundry was brand new and worked wonderfully. Absolutely zero complaints and I hope we can come back next year!

Perfect unit and location!

This was everything we hoped, imagined and expected based off previous reviews. Beautiful unit with a great wraparound balcony that is at the front of the complex.Right across from Coligny Plaza, there were plenty of dining and shopping options. Unit was well stocked and plenty of room for our family of 5.Only real negative was pool and hot tub were closed, when we were told the hot tub would be open. However, you also have access to the Seacrest pool and beach area so that was very helpful and helped make up for the lack of hot tub access. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Pam was great to work with and available whenever we needed her.

Great Location

This was a great place to stay in the heart of HHI and Coligny Plaza. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Pam was great to work with and always responsive. The property was well-apportioned, extremely comfortable and very spacious for the two of us. We'll be back -

Well, equipped kitchen love all channels on the t. V. Love, the porch beds are awesome. The main bedroom, the pillow top was just awesome. If I was coming to hilton head, I would rent this condo again.Pam was very helpful and I would rent again if I was coming to Hilton head.

Amazing

Pam was an amazing host always answering very quickly when I had questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and was so comfortable. It was so close to much entertainment and the beach as well. We even stayed during construction/renovations and could not have asked for a better time. We will definitely be back!

Great time on the island!

Condo has absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We could sit on the balcony and listen to live music, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, beach, all within a few minutes walk.
