Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this inviting Seascape villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for your Hilton Head Island getaway. Ideally located in the desirable South Forest Beach area, the villa places you close to the beach, scenic bike paths, and the island’s most popular shopping, dining, and entertainment options—all while providing a peaceful retreat to come home to each day.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floorplan designed for easy vacation living. The bright and airy living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chairs, and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun. The dining area features a large dining set and hutch, fully stocked for home-cooked meals or family gatherings. The updated kitchen includes modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that opens seamlessly to the main living space.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a restful escape with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows equipped with room-darkening curtains to let you control the natural light. An en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the space. The guest bedroom features two Full beds and its own flat-screen TV, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall—ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Outdoor living is just as enjoyable, with an expanded outdoor space that includes a double-sized sunshade umbrella, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and additional seating—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening meals under the stars. Guests will also appreciate the thoughtful extras, including four backpack beach chairs and four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, making it easy to enjoy the island lifestyle.

The Seascape community enhances your stay with two on-site swimming pools, one located just steps from the villa, as well as beautifully landscaped grounds with shaded pathways, lagoons, and tranquil fountains that attract local wildlife. A private beachfront cabana with restrooms and outdoor showers provides added convenience for beach days. Located alongside South Forest Beach Drive and the island-wide bike path, the villa offers easy access to Coligny Circle, miniature golf, tennis, a movie theater, and a wide variety of restaurants—just a short walk or bike ride away.

Peaceful!

Vacation with family. Convenient location to bike trail with 4 bikes included! Beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart available for use. Quiet community and nice pools. Abundantly stocked kitchen. Only suggestion is fans in bedrooms. We recommend this property!

Great location, but pest problem in the kitchen

We love this location and the property is so pretty. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach access is fantastic. However, there was a pretty serious pest problem in the kitchen which was such a bummer! We opened a few drawers that had roaches, and the garbage can had food in the bottom beneath the bag with roaches and there was often a bug or two on the counter, in the sink and on the stovetop. We communicated with the property manager and because of the system it took a couple of days for someone to come in and spray, but this unfortunately, didn't help very much. It's such a bummer because it's an awesome property at a great location! The property manager was responsive and refunded us our cleaning fee, but still a bummer as we had hoped to cook more but we didn't want to in this kitchen!

Air conditioner

A new unit was installed that was not working properly. It took a few visits and it still did not work right but we were able to keep the unit cool and property management was excellent. It was a problem with the breaker. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay.
