34 Shell Ring sleeps 10 with a stunning lagoon view in Sea Pines! This two-story home has 3-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms which have all been updated with luxury amenities. This home is in the Carolina Place community and has access to the community pool & hot tub, tennis courts, a stunning lagoon view, a screened in porch, elevated deck with grill, updated kitchen and so much more! Please see a full list of rooms and amenities offered below.

Just up the stairs and through the main entrance, you are greeted by an airy open floor plan living space. The living room has comfortable seating with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart TV, games and floor to ceiling windows with French doors to the deck. The dining room is just off the open kitchen with additional seating available at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen was recently remodeled with luxury finishes and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay from a Keurig machine, coffee pot, toaster, a gas range/oven and more! A full bathroom is located just down the hall with a tiled walk-in shower and the laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer is located across the hall. Bedroom 1 is located at the end of the hallway with a twin over double bunk bed and twin-sized trundle underneath, with a smart TV. This room is perfectly located to the hall bathroom.

Heading back to the main entrance and down the hallway to the left, are 2 spacious closets are located for added storage. A child gate and crib are in the closet on the left for guest use. Bedroom 2 is located on the right with a king-sized bed, desk for working remotely, a smart TV, patio access and a spacious remodeled ensuite. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a large soaking tub and a tiled walk-in shower. Back out the hallway, the garage door is located on the right. Up the stairs, you will find Bedroom 3 with a king-sized bed, smart TV and remodeled ensuite with a tiled walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.

The back deck is raised, overlooking the lagoon and green yard. The uncovered section of the deck features a propane grill, spacious dining table and stairs that lead down to the grass/lagoon area. Just off the deck a door leads into the screened area with comfortable sectional seating and access to the dining room. This backyard space has something for the entire family and offers the best of both worlds!

This community has so much to offer from the community pool to the tennis courts, and you are perfectly located to all that Sea Pines has to offer. My family and I had a great week at 34 Shell Ring! We loved seeing the alligator swim by in the mornings while we sipped our coffee on the back enclosed porch! Our kids enjoyed the community pool on a daily basis. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet. The house was very clean had everything we needed! We would love to return in the future!

This home is bright and roomy. Nice furnishings and very comfortable. The deck overlooks a narrow pond with no neighbors on the opposite bank. Great place to watch the many species of birds. Nice patio furniture, new BBQ and 2 full tanks of propane. (no grilling utensils?) The lanai is a relaxing place to get out of the sun or avoid bugs in the evening. Carolina place has a wonderful quite communal pool and tennis courts - no reservations.

Really enjoyed working with Coastal Vacations who coordinated our stay in an excellent manner. The neighborhood was great and the house was family friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the enclosed patio and looking at the lagoon. My only negative remark was the stove/oven in the kitchen. Preparing Easter dinner was a struggle on an oven that had no indicators for the temperature or a timer. We did have a great time and look forward to returning to Hilton Head.

This house was right on a lagoon and we had beautiful birds and some really large alligators right in our backyard! The location in Sea Pine's was awesome. Close to the bike trails, grocery stores, restaurants, the wildlife preserve and an easy 2.5 mile ride to the beaches. Pickleball courts and pool are within walking distance. The house was bright, airy and the rooms were spacious. We loved the screened in patio the most watching all the beautiful wildlife!
