Check in process was great, on check out day we had someone at 8:30am parked in the driveway who was "cleaning the pool", at 9:15am while we were gassing up the car to leave, we had 2 HVAC trucks in the driveway blocking access to load car on return. The back yard and pool area are so dirty they could not be used. Floors in house were dirty, we had 2 babies (crawling age) and we had to purchase a mop to clean all floors on main level because their clothes were black with dirt. Floors in bathrooms were filthy dirty, so when you got out of shower the bathmat had black feet prints on them from the dirt. Most importantly, part of our party had to leave early due to a "palmetto bug" (what South Caroliners call them) everybody else calls them roaches, and go to a hotel (additional cost of 300/night), we had to throw out all food that was NOT in sealed in the refrigerator (The Vacation Company says they are reimbursing us 150-which doesn't even include the amount of money spent for the stuff in our kids easter baskets that we had to throw away, let alone all the food and snacks on the counters, including baby formula/food). We also found a "little baggie" containing a pill from prior guest under the paper towel holder when we moved it to clean the countertops. Pictures of all included
