    Questa spaziosa villetta a # 40 Ocean Breeze nella zona South Forest Beach ha una posizione spettacolare. È delimitato dalle spiagge dell'Oceano Atlantico, dalla Van der Meer Tennis University, dal Centro Fitness Spinnaker e dai negozi e ristoranti di Coligny Plaza. Il nostro Townhouse è a pochi passi da tutti.

    Le spiagge dell'Oceano Atlantico sono solo un isolato a piedi ad est. La sabbia bianca dura è l'ideale per pettinare la spiaggia, fare jogging, passeggiate per cani, pallavolo, pallamano e castelli di costruzione nella sabbia.

    Se cerchi un posto vicino alla spiaggia, un tranquillo ambiente tropicale per riposare, o una vacanza ad alta energia / attività, la nostra residenza può offrire tutto. Ci sono molte attività da scegliere. Eppure questa lussuosa residenza privata offre un sacco di opportunità per un rilassamento tranquillo.

    Questa residenza privata con tre camere e tre bagni è arredata con gusto in un arredamento tropicale. Al primo piano si trova una zona giorno e una cucina con piano cottura a banco di barra e sgabelli. C'è anche una cucina separata per mangiare, una zona lavanderia e un grande centro di intrattenimento TV. All'esterno, nel mezzo di un ambiente subtropicale, questa spaziosa residenza cittadina offre una terrazza privata con sedie e un grill elettrico.

    Ogni camera dispone di un proprio bagno completo. Il master al piano superiore ha un letto king-size e il master al piano inferiore ha un letto king size. La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha due letti singoli e materassi che possono essere convertiti in un letto king-size. Tutte le camere dispongono di TV via cavo. Ci sono lenzuola e asciugamani in tutte le camere. Il design della residenza a due piani assicura che non vi sia nessuno che dormi sopra di te - per garantire una riposo tranquilla.

    Un cane ben educato è consentito con supplemento per gli animali domestici. Fino a 2 animali ammessi.

Very nice accommodations for our group of 4 staying on Hilton Head for a golf trip. The location was tricky to find due to the address but got help from some neighbors. Host was very responsive--there was no coffee carafe and one was left the next morning as promised.

Overall - lovely experience. One thing I didn't love - the mattresses were super firm - too much for my comfort level. So, I doubt I would want to stay in that unit again. It was tough for us to sleep. But everything else was just as it said it would be - so, we enjoyed our stay. Parking was tight, but it worked and we didn't have any real issues. Just some multi-point turns to get in and out. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit!

Our Stay at 40 Ocean Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at this location. We love is a very nice unit and is spacious enough for our family of 7! It is in great condition and we love the 4 bicycles that are provided with the rental. We love Treetops and have been staying in this area for many years. We will definitely book this unit again! The only suggestion I would make is to replace the clothes dryer. Island Rentals had to send out a repairman last year about the dryer not working..The dryer hadn't been replaced this year and we again had a terrible time getting our things dried. Otherwise, fabulous place! Thank you!

Great Location

We loved our stay during a family reunion/Easter trip. The townhome is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Hilton Head has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location!

Property was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. So close to the pools, beach, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful.

Sister's Family Vacation

Two sisters with husbands and two children each--stayed here very comfortably. Nice pool, good location to beach, beach chairs etc in closet--very appreciated. Would recommend to families.

Just right

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Breeze! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, our two teens, and our older parents. The pool was nice and the back walkway to the beach was convenient. We loved biking and walking there.

Nice Townhouse

This property was very nice with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was a plus that it was dog friendly! The beach was close enough for us. Restaurants, shopping was close by. The property landscape and grounds were well maintained and very pleasing. Great trip!

Very clean! Spacious and there was plenty of room for my family(husband, 3 teenagers). Having the bikes was amazing!! It's the best way to get to the beach. The walk is long. Parking is tight. But we always had our spot. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook with. The A/C works wonderfully! Always nice and cool! Downstairs bedroom is very bright at night(bring a sleep mask). The bathroom is smaller downstairs too but there are two more upstairs with plenty of room. Close to Coligny, shops, Publix is an 8-10 minute drive. There's a Kroger too. Quiet house with plenty of privacy. Check in and out was easy. Oh! And there were beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, a beach wagon to pull everything down to the beach(take Adler public access to the beach, it's easiest) in a closet for us to use! Books, puzzles, magazines.... great place!! Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Washer and dryer were amazing to have as well!

Lovely family getaway!

We loved our time here with our parents and 2 year old daughter! The unit had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was clean and close to Coligny beach. I enjoyed talking long walks on S Forest Beach and Cordillo. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay and rode the bicycles provided all over the area

The property was exactly as the photos. Having the bicycles available was great! We enjoyed the condo and the whole area. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had three children with us, ages 5, 9, and 11. The 9 and 11 easily rode bikes to the beach. There are beach toys and chairs and a wagon to carry them. There are three pools in the complex and we visited all of them. The condo is well situated near Coligny and Sea Pines. We had a great time.

Happy to Be Back!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit during the Summer of 2019. I love that I am able to bring my dogs and still be in a cozy unit in a nice neighborhood where I feel safe coming and going at all hours. We will definitely be back!

Property could use a good cleaning and updating but overall it met our needs for a great vacation. Parking was a little tight. Walk to the beach was longer than stated but bike ride only took 5 minutes.

Beautiful HHI rental!

40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at 40 ocean breeze

Our family stayed at 40 Ocean breeze and we had a great time. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was just right for our group of seven. The kitchen was great for when we cooked at home. It had everything we needed. The pool was nearby and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the 4 bikes provided almost every day. It also came with 4 beach chairs but we did not use them. The condo was very clean and tidy. We liked the condo and we really liked Hilton Head island.

Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

It wasn’t uncommon to see a little lizard scuttling across the deck. We were a short walk from coligny beach, shops, and restaurants. There are plenty of grocery stores near by as well. There was plenty of space for all of us for both sleeping and lounging in the living room. All of the amenities made it feel like we were staying in our own home. I can’t wait to go back

4th of July vacation

Overall the property was quaint. It could use some upgrades, but was just like any other beach rental. The second floor shower did not work. The beds and pillows in each room needs updating. The downstairs bedroom door does not lock for privacy and the blinds need replacing as it had missing pieces. The pullout sofa bed was really dirty. All of the beds in each room had dirt under them. The next door unit is undergoing repairs and the noise began early each day throughout our stay. Our family would stay again if some uodates were made and the cleaning was updated. The walk to the beach and pool was nice and not long at all, just make sure you have a rolling cart for all your items needed. While I did list a few negatives, we had a great vacation.
