la spiaggia. Questa villa da golf è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2016 con pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica, tutti nuovi
tutto - mobili, banconi, piastrelle, mobili, moquette al piano superiore e un bellissimo bagno padronale
cabina doccia. 423 Plantation Club Villas a 10 Lighthouse Road a Sea Pines offre casual
eleganza in una posizione superiore.

Situato sulla laguna della nona buca delle Dune atlantiche vicino al campo da golf Davis Love lll, questo
Villa vanta una vista per competere con qualsiasi resort a 4 stelle. Lunghi sguardi sui fairway e panorami meravigliosi

tutti i punti in mezzo. Non preoccuparti del parcheggio: lascia l'auto nella villa e cavalca il rosso
carrello fino a Harbour Town per scalare il faro e fare una crociera al tramonto.

La nostra villa è una casa a schiera di 1.700 piedi quadrati, 3 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni che può comodamente
ospitare 6 persone. Incluso nella ristrutturazione sono nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici, alti
TV a definizione e servizio internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità. Il piano principale comprende un ampio soggiorno
e sale da pranzo che conducono al patio posteriore e grill, cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno per gli ospiti e
lavanderia. Al piano superiore ci sono tre ampie camere da letto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size,
TV, bagno padronale e balcone con vista sul campo da golf. La seconda camera ha un letto king size
letto, TV e bagno completo. La terza camera ha due letti singoli, TV e bagno completo.

Per coloro che partecipano a un evento presso il Plantation Golf Club, non ci possono essere più
posizione comoda rispetto a qui. La villa è ideale per una passeggiata di 3 minuti al procedimento nel
Golf Club e lascia a coniuge e figli un posto meraviglioso per divertirsi al
piscina, la riserva naturale o la fattoria degli animali di Lawton Stables.

Sea Pines Plantation, il centro delle attività dei visitatori sull'isola, offre golf da campionato

Our son, daughter-in-law, and 3 grandchildren stayed in this property. It was roomy and comfortable for them. The beach was a 10 min walk and it was centrally located for bike riding. We have no complaints and would return!

Stayed in this wonderful house with family over Spring Break and everyone loved it. Cute, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed for the week. Great bikes for getting around to all the fun local things to do. Steps from golf , fishing and swimming. Can’t wait to go back.

This unit was perfect. Our view of the golf course was beautiful. Everything in the unit was in good working order and clean. The walk to the beach was 10 minutes and we could bike anywhere in Seapines on the bike path. The bicycles that came with the unit were in very good shape so we did not have to rent bikes.

The unit was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in, especially the kitchen and outside seating. The location was perfect (quick walk or bike to the beach club), and this end unit of villas was quiet. When I needed to reach out to the management company, they returned my call promptly.

This spot was the perfect location and stay for our beach trip. The view is very nice too! The home was spacious and comfortable. The renovated areas were very nice! We liked how the home came with bikes. The pool is in the same strip of homes. You will need to take trolley from the trolley parking lot and go to the beach from there. You can’t park at the beach club. Overall it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! Would come back to this rental!

The villa was cleaned thoroughly. Quick walk to pool. Bike paths at entrance to area. Parking was an issue due to people without passes staying with others. We paid for additional pass since we had 2 vehicles. We were able to use 2 out of the 4 beach chairs, thankfully we brought some with us. Was great having washer and dryer, however the washing machine needs to be replaced or repaired. Could only run when we weren’t there since it was extremely loud. The backyard views are amazing. Loved that each room has its own full bathroom. We stayed very active and ate out each night. This was a nice affordable option for staying in Sea Pines for the first time. Also loved the pictures on display of the family that owns the unit. Made for great conversation with the little ones.

One of the best places we have stayed on Hilton Head. This unit is an easy walk to the beach club, good central location in Sea Pines. All bedrooms upstairs were comfortable and have their own bathrooms. Downstairs felt more spacious than I had expected from the pictures. All bathrooms have been updated. New kitchen. Appreciated the 4 bikes and chairs. The space for beach stuff outside is very convenient with a hose. We are likely to return here. Well maintained place.

Beautiful home! Loved the location! Only a two minute bike ride to get to the beach. Everything you need is in the house. Nicely decorated and over looked golf course! Pool nearby was super convenient as well! Just a beautiful and well maintained home… loved it!

Everything about this place was great. Plenty of space, clean, great location in sea pines on the golf course, and the 4 bikes included was fantastic. We biked the trails several times. This was our third consecutive winter trip to HHI and this was definitely the best place we have stayed. If we return to HHI we will stay here again!

This property was perfect for a girls getaway. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bikes were a great addition and the view of the golf course was beautiful. Proximity to Sea Pines Beach Club and Coast Restaurant was a huge plus. The only down side was that the tennis club in Sea Pines was booked for a tournament so we had to drive elsewhere for courts. And the Sea Pines Trolleys hadn’t started operating yet. Just things to be aware of for our next visit. Would absolutely stay here again.

This villa was close to the beach in Sea Pines and close to restaurants, shopping and grocery. It was pretty well stocked kitchen, though the utensils for cooking could have been better along with lids for the pans and pots.

We have stayed at 423 Plantation Club in Sea Pines four out of the past five years. It’s a great vacation unit. The location cannot be beat as it sits right in the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. The beach is a short walk away. The setup of the unit is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This condo is conveniently located within Sea Pines. It is close to Harbor Town and South Beach. Backs up to the Atlantic Dunes golf course and is easy access to Sea Pines Beach Club, pool, and bike paths.

The unit itself was a nice size and a good layout, a short walk to the beach and the pool was easy to access. The downsides were poor communication with the property manager, did not receive check-in instructions, and questions weren't answered through the VRBO app, and their office was closed when we tried contacting them directly.

Property was clean, easy to get to and great location, close to beach club and golf. Would definitely rent again. The only negative was that the beach chairs and bicycles were in pretty poor shape. Can use new ones if your going to advertise for use with property. We wound up renting chairs and bicycles. Thx

Property was updated and has a great location and view. The kitchen items need to be updated and better stocked for families that cook in the home ( ie cutting boards, pans). The bikes are nice to have but need to be swapped out for better working ones during the season. We would stay there again because of the location.

We had a wonderful time but suggestions for improvements would be. New skillets, dishwasher left stains on glass, grill was not operational (reported). Bikes were beat up, seen some roaches seen.
