Wonderful

The place was spacious and clean. It was recently renovated, with nice furniture and decor. Please note that the furniture arrangement is different than described with pull out twin bed in the living room, not bedroom.

Nicely appointed property in a great location

We were pleased with the property, great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. It was clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. It is on the 4th floor and when we checked in on a Saturday evening, the elevator was not working (talking to other residents it had been out between 2-3 weeks). It was fixed on our second day but it made the move-in process challenging. It would have been nice to have received a heads-up. Overall though, we would definitely recommend.

Very good

Villa has been nicely updated. Master bath is quite small but the rest of the living space is plenty roomy. View from the balcony was not as good as we expected & 4 floors is a lot to climb, but we managed. Overall, clean and organized. Floors around baseboards and in corners could stand better vacuum & mopped. Still one of the nicer units we have stayed in Plantation Club

Great location in the heart of Sea Pines

Our family really enjoyed our stay. It was about a 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club and about a 10 minute ride to Harbourtown. The unit was well stocked (even had a bocci set to use at the beach!) and provided for a comfortable, enjoyable week. Our only qualm was with the washer and dryer. The washer was functional but loud, and the dryer malfunctioned partway through the week. The property manager did offer to help out with drying our laundry, which we appreciated. All in all, we had a great week and would certainly come back.
