    The Space:

    Perfect for friends and families alike, this fourth-floor villa is the definition of an ideal beach-cation rental! You and your guests can access the beach via the beach path on site - it's just a short walk away. Or you might as well visit the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash!



    Back home, enjoy the privacy of your covered balcony, which offers incredible views of nature and an outdoor dining area. The air-conditioned interior hosts an inviting living area with comfortable sofas, a coffee table with a small and beautiful coastal-themed Tic-Tac-Toe, and a large TV with cable. The gorgeous wooden table has enough space for everyone, and right next to it is a desk with a desk chair and a printer in case someone needs to work or study from home. The full kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a mini wine cooler. There is a washer/dryer off of the kitchen for added convenience.



    The bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The guest bedroom has access to a small, private balcony.

This condo was PERFECT for our stay in Hilton Head. We have a 3 and almost 5 year old and the location was excellent between the large pool, beach, proximity to Coligny Plaze and Adventure Playground. Check in was so easy between the friendly staff at the guard shack and having luggage carts on site. Our family had breakfast on the balcony every morning and the kids enjoyed the large oak tree and squirrels so much we didn't even miss the oceanfront view.

We loved the location of this condo. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit area in the evening. We did not have a beach view and that may have been the only thing we didn’t like but would stay here again!!

This condo is beautiful and very spacious. It has been tastefully updated and the decor is perfect. The balconies don’t face the beach, but they are large and the view is of gorgeous trees and it is very quiet and peaceful. The whole complex is very well maintained and the location can’t be beat.

Right on the beach

Great place to stay! Clean and bright. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to the shops. Provided basic kitchen needs and some beach toys. Would book again!

Weekend Getaway

We had a good time even though it rain. The property was in a good location. Since it did rain, being on the 4th floor we had a top over the balcony that allowed us to just hang out and relax. Looking forward to coming back and staying here. Just wishing for better weather.

HHI - ocean one - excellent

This condo is absolutely the best of the best. Recently completely renovated Not ocean front but was totally ok because the back porch was nicely shaded and was much cooler. We throughly enjoyed the stay The complex is family oriented and shuts down at 9-10pm so not much noise after wards

Great place!

The condo is big, clean, and fully renovated. Easy access to the elevator that leads to the pool and beach. The balcony is over the parking lot, but the trees provide enough privacy to enjoy the outdoor space. Would book this again if no ocean front condos were available.

Quiet, clean, great location

Stayed here April 2023 with family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 9/7/5/3). Great space on 4th floor, which has been remodeled and is very well done. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Easy access to pool and beach. Short walk/drive to all that the island has to offer. There is no lobby, restaurant, or bar and the property seemed very quiet which was great for us.

Great place

This was a great place to stay at. Very cozy. Decorated beautifully. Wish that there was coffee for the first day and maybe salt and pepper. But other than that it was great. Will be back again. ❤️

Hilton Head Spring Break 2023

The house was great, nicely designed beach theme, more than enough space for a family of 4. Only issue is Vacasa could and should have informed us the whole beach side of the building was under construction, enjoying the pool with construction noise and dust shouldn't be happening during vacay.

Perfect location / perfect furnishings

The unit is right at the beach, 5 minutes walk, if that. The unit is very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, super comfortable and well equipped. Everything that you need for a great relaxing time at the beach. We loved the balcony we sat there and talked and hung out for many more hours than we thought we would.

Easy checkin..

The rental process and especially check-in is online. No check-in lines, no door keys, just a simple lock code that is provided on the day of entry. Additionally, we entered our condo unit early, it was clean and comfortable. Ask for unit 420, the beds are great.
