709 Queen’s Grant is a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa that is nicely decorated with a coastal décor, giving you that relaxing vacation feel.

As you enter the foyer there is a bench seat/coat rack and new flooring through out. The fully equipped kitchen is on the right featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a front-loading stacked washer and dryer. There is a cut out window that allows you to see into the dining room and living room. The dining room and living room have beautiful wainscoting. The dining room table has four rattan backed chairs. In the living room there are high ceilings with exposed beams, a gray leather sofa and a matching love seat. Plenty of room for everyone to sit with their feet up and relax in front of the mounted 65” TV and electric fireplace for those rare chilly evenings. The sliding glass doors open to a very tranquil, fenced in back patio with artificial grass. Here you will find a blue patio sofa, an umbrella table that seats four and a Char-Broil Performance propane grill. Great for all your outdoor entertaining needs.

Back inside, down the hall next to the living room, are the two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a queen bed, a mounted 50” TV and it's own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two double beds, a 32” TV and its own private bathroom with a single, granite vanity and walk-in shower.

This villa is spacious and has all the comforts of home!

Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
