Arrive to Centre Court Villas and park in the spaces directly in front of the building for ease of access to the villa. A few steps down, and a staircase back up brings you to the front door of this second-floor front door. As guests enter, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and in-home laundry units. The breakfast bar, with two high-top bar chairs, overlooks the dining area – with accommodations for six. The living room is furnished with a new sofa, centered around the flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead guests to the balcony, where there is chairs for 4 surrounding a table overlooking the Palmetto Dunes Lagoon.

Off the living room is the master bedroom. Furnished with 2 queen beds, the master bedroom also has a private full bathroom with a traditional shower and tub combination.
