Aggiornato primavera 2019 - Splendida vista sul campo da golf e breve passeggiata verso la spiaggia

Si dice che la Villa al numero 16 di Water Oak sia il luogo più desiderabile a Water Oak. Si tratta di un'unità terminale nell'angolo del complesso che offre molta privacy e viste spettacolari sul campo da golf da TUTTE le camere che hanno aggiornato le porte scorrevoli in vetro Pella.

Questa unità ha oltre $ 100.000 di miglioramenti dal 2012, con gli aggiornamenti più recenti nella primavera del 2019 tra cui nuova vernice e pavimentazione nell'area al piano superiore che fornisce pavimenti in superficie solida in tutta l'unità. Tutti i bagni sono stati recentemente aggiornati con nuove piastrelle, vanità e infissi. Questa villa è stata precedentemente aggiornata nel 2013 con un nuovo "Total Comfort System" Trane HVAC, incluso il controllo dell'umidità. Il soggiorno include arredi recentemente aggiornati e una grande TV intelligente a schermo piatto Samsung con una soundbar bluetooth Bose. La cucina è stata inoltre dotata di nuove pentole e padelle, piatti, utensili e fornelli.

Le due camere da letto al piano superiore sono dotate di due letti matrimoniali ciascuna. Tutti e quattro i letti hanno NUOVI materassi e molle a scatola a partire da dicembre 2016. Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di nuovi televisori a schermo piatto con lettori DVD e apparecchi di illuminazione sono stati aggiornati in tutta la villa. Per rimanere in contatto, viene fornito anche Internet WiFi con funzionalità di stampa.

Appena fuori dal soggiorno c'è un grande ponte arredato con una nuova griglia a gas (primavera 2017) e un patio che si affaccia sulla buca 18 del campo da golf di Robert Trent Jones.

La villa si trova in una strada senza uscita con poco traffico. È proprio di fronte al parcheggio dalla piscina di Water Oak Villas. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia, golf, tennis, grande magazzino, noleggio biciclette, kayak, ecc. Ci sono piste ciclabili per la spiaggia, tennis, shopping, canottaggio, pesca, grande magazzino, Marriott, Dunes House e altri servizi. Palmetto Dunes si trova nel mezzo dell'isola ed è comodo per ristoranti, negozi di alimentari, banche, negozi, ecc.

This rental had it all. Location, space and tranquility. Being in the middle of the island it was close enough to attend the RBC Heritage on one end but also go to dinner at Hudson's on the opposite end of the island. It was a 20 minute drive to both.. Close to the beach and golfing.

We loved our place! It was set up perfectly for our family from toddlers to grandma! It was clean, had everything we needed, and peaceful on the golf course. Would recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay here. The rental company was easy to work with and provided flexibility when we arrived after hours to access our parking passes and access information. Great condo, spacious bedrooms, short walk to the beach, private and quiet end unit, conveniently located close to the General Store and Dunes House in Palmetto Dunes. Would stay here again!

Townhome was nice and well described and in a good location It was very clean. Just an fyi....there is nothing but towels and starter soap and dishwash. Not even salt or pepper. The washer and dryer are apt size and cannot accommodate much in a load so obviously the washer was always in use. Instead of one big load, you need to do 4 little ones which take 4x as much time.

we had a great time. There was lots of space for three couples. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and pickle ball was very close too. This unit is uniquely situated such that there are views of the golf course in multiple directions making for sometimes amusing spectating.

The property could well accommodate a large family. We were delighted to have our own bathroom. Modern easy to use appliances and comfortable furnishings. Owning several timeshares over the past fifty years I noticed some wear that comes from normal use. Overall it was a privilege to have had our vacation stay while on Hilton Head.

Condo was very clean with lots of space for our group of 7. Trident was very responsive to our only (very minor) issue. The coffee pot was broken-within hours of a Sunday phone call a new one was on the front porch! We rented bikes and had a blast cruising around Palmetto Dunes and to the beach, which was just a short ride away. Beach was beautiful-packed sand was great for games, running, and biking. Did one excursion-the Dolphin and Nature boat excursion through the local museum. We all loved seeing dolphins close-up and learning fun facts about the marshes and tides.

We had a lovely time staying here. Corner lot-so we had perfect views from all decks of the Robert Trent Jones course. The pool is a one minute walk, and the beach is a 5 minute bike ride. The condo was clean, appropriately furnished, and just the right size for our group of 7. The only issue that I had was that I ordered my grocery delivery the week before arrival and the actual address is different than what you see when you book, so my groceries went to a sea pines location. I don't blame this in the owner or property manager, just a word of advice :-)

Our family of 7 spent the month of March in this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Great location, with corner lot on Robert Trent Jones golf course. Condo was very comfortable and we look forward to staying there again.

We were looking for something close to Atlanta and this has been easiest beach trip we’ve had in awhile. Great space for 2 adults and 5 kids, very comfortable, nice furnishings, low key neighborhood made bike riding easy with kids, quick bike ride to beach and not too crowded. We definitely are sold on making this our regular beach trip location.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Small but well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course but beware of errant shots landing on the porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to play pickleball. Would have been nice to have some literature about the island as well as checkout instructions. Overall a great time. Would stay again.

We booked our stay at the last minute and were so lucky to find this beautiful unit. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. We used the new grill several times and loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful golf course views as we had our cocktails! My daughter still had some E-Learning to do so the printer came in handily and we never had an issue with the WiFi. We would certainly return and stay here again as we love Hilton Head Island..it is our happy place!

While the above 5 star ratings that we gave this property are true, the furniture and downstairs king bed were uncomfortable! The living room couch & chairs so bothered our backs that we had my brother make custom boards to slide under the cushions to firm them up and give some support. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the bed. While I went upstairs to a comfortable bed, my wife couldn't because of the stairs. The tv choices were the best of any rental that we have had to date; on HHI or in other tourist areas. Internet service is high speed and dependable. A new Weber gas grill was provided and should meet most renter needs. The HVAC system is outstanding and can handle any comfort request. Overall, a great rental for most but since we are "Snowbirds" the uncomfortable furniture and bed precludes our return.
