Questa affascinante casa a tre piani con 5 camere da letto e 4. 5 bagni si trova nella zona più bella di Harbour Town. Si trova tra il faro e il sedicesimo green del campo da golf di Harbour Town Links, appena fuori dal 18 ° fairway e Calibogue Sound, nel cuore di Harbour Town. Inoltre, sei a soli 1,5 km in bici o in auto dal favoloso nuovo Beach Club. Non troverai un'area più pittoresca dei pini del mare e vorrai tornare di nuovo anno dopo anno.

Con una spaziosa planimetria, tra cui un soggiorno, una sala da pranzo e camere da letto recentemente ristrutturati, la villa dispone di ampio spazio per una famiglia numerosa o per diverse famiglie, coppie o gruppi di golfisti o appassionati di tennis. Il primo piano ha una sala giochi / veranda, ampia sala da pranzo, cucina ben fornita e rinnovata di recente, mobile bar, soggiorno e bagno di servizio. C'è anche l'accesso a un patio al primo piano e piscina per immersione dal soggiorno al livello principale.

Il secondo piano ha 3 camere da letto matrimoniali, tra cui una master suite, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato con vasca e doccia; una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato; e una terza camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno privato (doccia). Il servizio lavanderia è disponibile anche a questo livello. Il terzo piano ha due camere da letto aggiuntive, una con un letto matrimoniale e un rotelle singolo sotto, e l'altra con due letti a castello. Il terzo livello ha anche un bagno completo con vasca e doccia.

Gli aggiornamenti recenti includono: WiFi gratuito; nuove SMART TV a schermo piatto (HDTV / DVD) nell'area soggiorno, Den e 3 ° piano. Ci sono TV a schermo piatto nella suite principale e in tutte e 5 le camere da letto, nonché 2 lettori DVD. Abbiamo anche appena completato un rinnovamento della cucina da non perdere che renderà sicuramente la tua vacanza ancora più piacevole.

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. The location, amenities and layout of this villa were perfect for our group of 12. The property was very comfortable, with updated decor and the location to Harbor Town is unbelievable. We had a mix of golfers and non golfers, so the ease of walking to nearby places and activities, shops and restaurants suited us well. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious for our girls' weekend. The house was just as pictured on VRBO and the location was perfect. If we come back to Hilton Head, we would stay at this VRBO again.

First of all Thomas was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to a couple of questions I had about the house. This was a special family vacation starting with my milestone birthday and Father’s Day and the best weather all week and engaging in different very enjoyable activities and meals at local restaurants The house was beautiful inside, very clean and spacious and was very accommodating for our family, five adults and four children for sleeping arrangements and meals, including the kitchen and two dining areas. The only glitch at first was about the swimming pool situation. The home pool was smaller than I imagined from its picture, but the other option was reported to be use of a community pool. Not so. The Harbour Town one no longer offered day or week passes as before and the other possibility was a pool at South Beach where we’ve stayed before, but that was being remodeled and not in use. My worry about only having the small pool for the four grandkids was unnecessary. As Thomas predicted they enjoyed it just fine. We took advantage of the closeness to the Harbour Town area for several different activities, and getting to the Sea Pines Beach was easy with the Sea Pines shuttle, pick up near the Harbour Town Club pool and return there.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s home. Perfect location in Harbour Town - walking distance to restaurants, shops and tennis/golf. We rode bikes to the beach everyday and was only a 15 minute bike ride. Home was very clean! Tom was also very easy to get in contact with.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The home is beautifully decorated, very well maintained and within walking distance to Harbour Town Pier and its gorgeous views. The host and property owner were kind and considerate reaching out to us prior to our arrival and after our departure. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This property was absolutely perfect! This house was exactly how it was listed, the kids room was perfect for my niece and nephew and brother and sister-in-law to stay, my other niece, who is under to love to run around the house it was perfect and open. we all gathered in the family room at night. This house was perfect walking distance, 5 to 10 minutes to Harbour Town. Late night ice cream runs were super easy for the kids. There was a general store also located in Harbour Town. Getting in touch with the Property manager was very easy and helped answer any questions! Would definitely stay at this location again for any future family gatherings!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea Pines! House is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. Beds super comfortable. More than enough space for two families to eat and spend time together in doors. Great location - just a short walk or bike ride to picturesque Harbour Town, with shops and access to outdoor activities. Tom was super quick to respond to questions and resolve any concerns.

Myself and three friends vacationed in Hilton Head for a 5 day golf trip. Thomas's place was appealing to us since there were 5 bedrooms and everyone could have their own privacy. We could not have been more pleased. The place was spacious, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed, and the location was second to none. There was one time I had to contact Thomas and he was very easy to get ahold of and solved my issue immediately. We're hoping to take another trip back, and this will be the first place I check for availability. Great stay!!

Couldn’t have been more happy with my stay. It was a surprise engagement for my girlfriend and I. This house was perfect for our group. Tom was very accommodating. It had plenty of beds for our group and amazing views. We got some great photos by the golf course after the surprise. It was my first time in Hilton Head and felt like I got the full experience from the close proximity to the beach club, south beach, and harbor town. We walked into harbor town for dinner every night. Would love to rent this place again!!!! Thanks Tom!!

We have stayed in this property the last few years, and it is fantastic! It's clear the owners listen to feedback, and have taken care to add little things (like a new pan for cooking), and the house is well kept. Great layout, great beds, lots of room for even multiple families! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Our host Tom was extremely communicative leading up to our reservation. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to the COVID-19 pandemic and he did not hesitate to issue a full refund. He is not only an organized property owner but a good person! We could not recommend working with Tom enough and will try to make it to his beautiful Hilton Head property in the future. Thank you Tom, for your flexibility and understanding in these crazy times. Stay safe and healthy!

Wonderful location!! Easy and short walk to Harbor Town Lighthouse. Kitchen well supplied, beds comfortable and living space large. Slight problem with check in, but Wyndham personnel were very helpful and you will need a password for internet - but owner extremely responsive to that issue. Would stay here again!!!

The house in Hilton Head was wonderful! Very clean. Bathroom for every bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Tom, the owner, was great to work/communicate with. The property management company we could never get a hold of and as such had trouble checking in, but Tom was on the spot to get us the information we needed. Overall it was a good stay, great house and wonderful owner!!
