The living and dining areas feature 16’ vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, shiplap ceiling treatment and newly installed skylights, beachy décor, with all new comfy furniture, with ample seating for all. Family room has a new 50” smart TV with cable and high-speed WIFI. New dining room table has seating for six. A pass-thru bar provides for an open kitchen to great room concept, keeping the cooks involved in all the fun!
The kitchen features updated counter tops for easy cleanup. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates/glasses, cookware, blender, toaster, coffee pot and more for all your cooking and dining needs!
The screened in porch is our favorite feature of this condo and doubles the living space.

Your pet will love hanging out with your family on this porch! Amazing island breezes and cross breezes carry throughout the villa from this tropical oasis. Enjoy! The Master Bedroom is decorated with beach chic décor! All new King-size bed, with comfy bedding and new furniture! New plantation closet doors plus closet organizer. Newer windows with built in micro-blinds and tree top views! New luxury vinyl floors! Master bath has a large walk in shower, new tile floors, upgraded vanities with double sinks, large closet shelving and huge storage area for extra beach stuff! Hair dryer provided so leave yours at home! Master has a 32” smart TV with cable and high-speed WIFI. Newer sliding glass door to screened in porch. Leave the windows open when you can!
Guest Bedroom #1 has two single beds with all new comfy comforters and bedspreads and are perfect for kids or single adult sleeping! All new waterproof luxury vinyl flooring in bedroom! New plantation closet doors! The room has a large bathroom with tub and shower adjacent to bedroom with upgraded vanity and lighting with tile floors!
Guest Bedroom # 2: This quiet third bedroom is located upstairs and features a new queen-size bed plus all new furniture and accessories. Lots of light from the top-level windows and more treetop views! New 32” smart TV and with high speed WIFI and cable. Again, all new comforters and bedspreads. Private top-level bathroom has been upgraded with granite vanity top, tile flooring, upgraded lighting and full tub/shower! Great bedroom separation in all three bedrooms for adults or kids or teens!
Laundry room: Located off the main floor entry hallway is fully equipped with a full size whirlpool washer and dryer featuring any cleaning supplies you may need, vacuum, ironing board and iron.
The property offers three pools that you can use! Tennis court too! Villa includes 4 beach chairs for your use. Close walking/biking trails lead you straight to the beach. Please explore the Lagoons, birds, squirrels, flowering trees and shrubs and beautiful live oak trees draped in Spanish moss!
Our villa is ¾ of a mile to Coligny Plaza, which features numerous restaurants and shops. New this year is the Low Country Celebration Park at Coligny, which will be especially fun for families and kids. Lowcountry Celebration Park includes: a large lawn and stage to accommodate festivals, concerts and other gatherings; a destination playground with an iconic ship playground; the Sandbox Children's Museum; walking trails and boardwalks; and exercise stations.

Pools are open from April 1 through September 30th and are not heated.
